Those aren't the official uniforms. We had official uniforms but I don't remember where the images are. It's basically the same thing, but black and purple.

It's been stated already that, with the exception of Moon Rider, everyone knows the King's ties. Concerning the Black King, no one knows about her except that Yoshino is her IRL representative.

I didn't even thought that the festival had to have a theme, after all, all groups do different stuff, but maybe having them tied bya common thematic would be interesting.
