Okay, added the abilities to my WIP app. I now only need the history and the personality. I was thinking about him always running away from problems or that he wished to be faster because he was too slow in the past when he could've stopped an accident. Which one sounds more appealing?

In his apathy he'd take his sweet time to deal with stuff, but one day disaster struck and in his slothfulness he was too late to solve a problem he could have fixed. Also if Speed is your thing, The Scarlet Harley's are the guild of speed. Though I would also suggest the Fanged Rangers or Ivory Masks since we'll be needing a few named players fighting the Strykers.

Second one it is! I will build Charlie around that, but about the Guilds, I think the Red guild suits his style the most. I was gonna make him a mercenary, but a PvP focused guy is good as well. I already have a plan for his build so Green isn't his style, and neither is White's economy based style.

Charlie Walker/Kick Shot

History: Charlie used to be a very lazy guy. That was until, on the age of 12, he agreed to meet up with a friend. He was late like usual so when he was heading to the place he saw his friend coming towards him already. There, when his friend crossed the road to get to him, a car came at his friend with a lot of speed. Charlie wanted to reach for his friend, but he was too late, and the car hit his friend just a meter in front of him. His friend died that day, and from that moment onward, he promised to never be late again.

After he joined DGO, it became soon clear that even the game knew what he needed to be, as his character was based around speed. The first thing he did when he knew he had this 'gift' as he called it, was run. He ran, fell, stood up, and repeated untill he didn't fall anymore. It was his first step to becoming the person he needed to be. Later, it also became clear that, possibly because of his reaction time training, he was very good with dodging attacks, making him an excellent 1v1 fighter. Because of this new revelation, he joined the Red Guild and their PvP focused members.

Personality: He is kind and caring, but he always seems busy. Everything he does needs to happen fast, and to achieve this he wants to be fast himself. In his free time he trains himself to be fast in both body and mind, meaning he can easily outrun most people and also has an amazing reaction speed. He doesn't do competetive sports though, as they only 'slow him down'.

Lvl 2 - Run and Hit: The more speed Kick Shot has, the more damage his next attack will do.
Lvl 3 - Need for Speed: Every chained attack will boost the attack speed of the next attack in the chain. This is reset when the chain stops.

Lvl 3 - Vicious Strikes: Melee damage increased by 20%

Hmm. His Avatar isn't bad, but he's pretty bare bones as far as his history goes. If possibly, expand more about how he's changed and how he's like in DGO. Stuff like accomplishments, important events, why he joined the Scarlet Harley's, etc. one or two more paragraphs would be nice, and the more the merrier.

That should be no problem at all, after all, the Harleys will be helping the Rangers, which in turn will be helping the Masks. So, Kick Shot being of any of these three won't matter, in the end, he'll be working for Chiyo.

The Strykers and Sweepers joined together in the Black City and repelled an invasion by the nefarious Corpse Collector.

There was a brief civil war in the Black City. No one achieved their objectives in this conflict, though the White Guild used it as an opportunity to announce a war on the Black and Blue, with the Green Guild as their allies.

A festival is occurring, with various events going on, including a basketball free throw contest to determine who wins the allegiance of the Red Guild in the coming war.

In terms of the overall plot, that is the very abridged version of events. I leave it to the GMs to add nuance.
