Most of the time Willhelm is wearing his armor but when he is not he usually sporting light clothing. He has black hair cut short, six feet in height and is bulky.

I really do not care what equipment you start with. We are playing characters that are already experienced in surviving the wastelands. I started with the almighty Antimatter rifle. Boss Muffin started with a suit of power armor. I personally would prefer that you do not go around with a mininuke launcher. That is just bad for everyone.

I would obviously want the anti-material rifle but you already laid claim to it. If you don't mind us having the same weapon that would be great but I could also just do a regular Sniper Rifle if you don't want that.

@Yorutenchi You can have the antimatter rifle. It would make repairs simple if something were to happen. Exchangeable parts were a great advancement in gun design. If you take an antimatter rifle please modify it so it is distinguishable from mine.

@MinervianGrey Interesting the character. I do not think I have ever seen character from the Gun Runners before. Your combat knife has so many attachments I doubt its functional.
