Personality:
Ruu is a girly looking Youkai that carries the purity of a wild child. No morals and only with limited knowledge imprinted by Faust, she has no real purpose in life beyond surviving, not getting bored and an innocent thirst for knowledge.

Beyond that, Ruu is tainted by her Neverborn. While her playful and innocent nature keep random urges of aggression and laziness in check, her endless hunger is a problem something she constantly deals with. And not in a sense of having weight problems.

Background:
Ruu is a youkai that doesn't remember anything beyond simply being there. All of a sudden, she existed, together with Faust and The Pack. Far away from civilisation, Ruu spend her times simply eating and traveling around while making two more friends: Rats and Terror.

Sooner or later however, actually quite recently, her curiosity and wandering brought her to more civilized areas, areas where she got to know a entirely new kind of delicacy: Human meat. Human meat was more delicious than anything she ever had, despite the fact that each human had their own flavour, and some actually tasted nasty, it was a heaven nonetheless. Ruu loved the taste of humans enough that she decided to stay there for a while.

Powers:
Doom Covenant
Ruu is capable of infecting other life forms with so called Abyssal Seeds. While this seeds show nearly no effect on strong individuals, they are capable of inflicting seizures, pain, hallucinations and alike that could kill an ordinary child, if not just drive insane. The true purpose of those seeds however reveals upon the hosts death, empowering the seed in a such a way that a Neverborn is called into existence: Youkai-like beings bound to that particular seed.

Ruu is capable of utilizing those seeds by either implanting them in her own body or corrupt objects to gain, either way, various passive and active abilities while tearing on her sanity. While a seed can be taken from an object without any loss, implanting them into her own body is permanent. She is also able to call forth the True Gestalt of a Neverborn under her command, trading mentioned abilities with a temporary minion. As long as the seed is intact, a Neverborn is theoretically immortal, even if the summoned body is destroyed, though sustained damage on the summoned body takes a time to regenerate and goes hand-in-hand with the impact of the passive and active abilities gained through corruption or implanting.

The Pack

A Neverborn consisting of an ever growing pack of fiendish black dog-like creatures capable of combining and splitting into different sizes. The creatures are agile, deadly and capable of traversing through connected shadows but ridiculously weak against light. While their intelligence is limited to an eternally growing hunger, with Ruu as the pack leader they are capable of following commands and sharing information in a hive-mind kind of fashion. Giving them the purpose of information collection and food collection. The current number of The Pack counts 7.

If not out on the field, Ruu shares part of their agility, sense of smelling, jaw-strength and teeth as well the attribute of traveling through shadows.

Faust

A Neverborn that, if looked upon, seems to resemble everyone the person knows yet no one. Faust is a intelligent being that possesses knowledge in many fields of occult and normal expertise. That knowledge however is not easily shared. He likes to plot behind his master's back, while pretending to be a nice person. Because he's Faust. And everyone called 'Faust' isn't actually going to be a good guy.

While in her body, Ruu's learning capability is greatly increased. Furthermore, not to Ruu's knowledge, Faust is capable of directly messing with her mind.

Rats

A huge humanoid-like 4 meter towering giant. Between the gaps of the violently flicked together skin, adorned by all kind of skin diseases, intestines spilling out can be seen. Sluggish, slow and stupid like bread, though sill following very basic commands, Rats smells like 1000 deceased orphaned kitten in a closed environment. Carries enough disease that a quarantine zone would be established due to its presence alone. Also capable of regenerating lost body-mass at a steady pace.

This gross thing gives Ruu an immunity against most diseases, strong regenerative capabilities and the ability to make spread diseases at will.

Terror

Another humanoid shaped, slim white Neverborn which sole reason of existence is to protect the queen: Ruu. With a mindset of that complete protection can be achieved trough destruction of all enemies, and everyone but Ruu and Terror being the enemy, maintaining control isn't an easy task. Nonetheless, Terror boasts a destructive combination of power, speed, intelligence, endurance and the ability of various energy particle shaped attacks.

One with Ruu, Terror grants her increased physical capabilities as well as access to weaker particle shaping, though lack of knowledge renders her incapable of doing so for the moment.

Ruu has literally no mention worthy life skills, she isn't even capable of reading or communicating if not for Faust.​
She survived a long time inside the Crimson Sky, so she knows her way around combat, nonetheless it still looks more akin to a feral beast.

Faust can be a plot device, as in, can be controlled by GMs. If it wasn't clear yet he isn't really on Ruu's side. He has a huge boner for knowledge! ALL THE KNOWLEDGE. Though he already knows a lot of things.

Personality:
Tamashi is haughty; exceptionally so. She is well aware of her exceptional abilities as a healer, and wouldn't ever miss a chance to cement this fact in other's minds. She doesn't speak much of herself, but rather tries to maintain her capable appearance through action. Tamashi is outwardly polite and graceful, known for her respectful demeanor and fine tastes.

With her unmatched abilities comes an aloofness that few can circumvent. Tamashi enjoys living life with little worry, often appearing fearless to all dangers. Indeed, Tamashi is difficult to scare, facing horrors with an unchanging, pleasant expression, to the point of almost seeming ignorant and innocent to any true danger before her.

Having no energy bounds, Tamashi also presents herself as generous and plentiful. It is rare that she forgoes helping someone in need where her powers are concerned, though it is difficult to know if her eagerness to aid them is born of a desire to impress or out of true sympathy. She is, of course, not above forgoing leaving a dead enemy dead.

Background:
Born to a spiritual yokai family in the heart of Japan, a young Tamashi startled her parents initially with a vast reservoir of magic energy, though her ability to properly use spells at the time was negligible. She grew up clinging to the idea that with such energy, she could potentially cheat death countless times. Being an adored priestess, honored by untold droves of people excited her, and so she drove herself to develop her skills as a healer until the very idea of someone dying shamed her. How could such a thing happen in her presence?

Within the Crimson Sky, Tamashi made a name for herself as the emergency medical responder for those willing to pay her some cash from time to time. The sheer number of injuries she's healed for Chasers has amassed Tamashi a considerable sum of wealth, which she spends quite readily.

Powers:
[Endless Mana] - Passive
Tamashi is known for her divine stores of magical energy, seemingly inexhaustible no matter how drastic the spell she casts. She simply does not tire from spellcasting, nor do her spells degrade in potency.

[Pact of Eternal Servitude] - Active
At the target's discretion, Tamashi can essentially "secure" their very soul and mark it for safe keeping. This allows Tamashi to resurrect any person whose soul she has at will, returning them to life even after obliteration of their physical form at her side. While the prospect of forging such a pact doesn't seem outwardly bad, it does mean that Tamashi has absolute jurisdiction over the individual's life, able to kill them in an instant just as easily as she could heal them.

The actual modem of such an expansive network of healing stems from Tamashi's ability to summon a familiar for every pact made. These familiars, appearing as large foxes bearing weapons, serve as wards against death for individuals who have made a pact with Tamashi. Upon "death", the familiars retrieve the fallen person's soul and return to Tamashi for her to revive them fully. The foxes bear weapons to "fight off Death" as they run back to their priestess... or so the legend goes.

Normally invisible to everyone but the served individual, they can make a short appearance to aid them in battle before returning to the ethereal plane to recover their energy.

This pact differs from her normal ability to resurrect the dead in that those without the pact are left vulnerable when away from her presence. Anyone with the pact may live, no matter where they die in relation to Tamashi. As long as she retains a pact with at least one person, Tamashi herself also receives a guardian familiar, whose strength corresponds to the number of pacts she currently has.

[Thaumaturge of Worlds] - Active
It is well-known that Tamashi can heal and individual from mere scraps of flesh to normal in but seconds, but her true exceptional skills lie in the sheer vastness of her arcane spells, able to heal the wounds of entire groups of people with a wave of her hand. The healing extends not only to living things, but to the soul of inanimate things as well. "Injuries" to buildings, armor, weapons, and the very ground, among other things, can be mended through Tamashi's grace.

Personality & Background:

Eos is an interesting construct, behaving like a proper and demure lady for most, but revealing her genki attitude on to the most intimate of her friends. She's an expert musician that's a living guitar legend, and exceptional songstress, but her true heart lies in making other people happy. She's also an expert waitress, having all the refinement and dignity of a pure hearted maiden etched into every frill of her maid-like outfit. Though she can be a bit of a klutz, she's ultimately good natured and innocent, being able to believe even in the most absurd stories if people tell them to her with a straight face.

Her story, however, is a bit more weird than most people (even among the Chasers and Youkai) would like to believe, yet the proof of it's veracity in the very fact that she exists.

To begin with, Eos isn't a living being, but an android (or better, gynoid, since she's female shaped), created by the genius roboticist Dr Marito Yoritomo during his stay as an underdog at YTC's R&D division. Some say that she was created as a "replacement goldfish" to Marito's own daughter, who died from leukemia a few months prior to Eos' completion. During this time, Marito also lend an invaluable hand to @NacNakDr Joyce's research on John, since Marito was regarded as the world's best roboticist, but too soft to ever get a good promotion.

However, as soon as Eos was finished, Marito found a way to sneak away with her using a teleportation device that he had been working on. Though in retaliation, YTC sent his best man, Edward Harker, to seek and retrieve Eos as well as kill Marito. What happened of this clash isn't known, but the end result of Eos getting separated from her "father" is all the same.

A little time later, she was found by @TheWindelKusanagi, @AgentFallenSoulIkkime and Eleanor in a dumpster, somewhere on the Crimson Sky version of Sonomachi wearing nothing but a few rags and clutching a custom white Gibson Les Paul guitar with the name Marito Yoritomo engraved at it's body, like her life depended on it.

Not too long later, the Dangeki Electric Girls were born to help promote Dangeki's Pawn Shop (which became even more of a weirdo Mecca), quickly raising to world level stardom thanks to their unique talent and style, plus the freaking amazing shows they put using their powers in place of special effects, and the rest is history.

Powers:

Eos first and foremost power is the fact that she's a heavily shielded robot, thus she doesn't need to eat, sleep, breath, never gets tired and can withstand anything less than a naval gun shot without a scratch, as well as being impervious to all kinds of ECM and ECCM up to and including EMP's from a nuclear device detonation. Though, this also means that she weights an unholy lot, thought her true weight is a secret that only she knows.

Eos' other powers are derived from the fact that she's essentially a walking nuclear fusion reactor, her core being much akin to the Sun's own, which means that any breach of its shielding would flood the nearby area in ridiculously large amounts of radiation and burn it with a few million degrees hot flame. Thankfully, this feat
is next to impossible to do.

She can summon a number of drones that are stored in a dimensional pocket where they are constantly repaired and rebuilt using the surplus matter generated by her core, the normal amount of drones she has is 4, but she can summon up to 32 under stressful circumstances. These drones are able to shoot powerful plasma beams channeled from Eos' core, allow her to levitate if she uses them like roller skates, can physically tackle her enemies and many other crafty move that Eos can think off.

Eos found Rikka one day while she was wandering around a random park on Sonomachi. Nothing is knows about her other than the name (which is written in a tag attached to her dress) and the fact that she's mute. She follows Eos around like a big sister because she was the first person to show kindness to Rikka, together they try to learn more about her past.

Appearance: Seemingly wears an odd, almost ceremonial like clothing, that makes one think of a brilliant yet elegant flame. With light red thigh highs matching her dress and detached sleeves, it isn't hard to imagine her as a fire priestess.

Although at the time when she's serious or angry, it seems her clothes and hair darkens, as though dipped in blood, while her eyes take on a more yellowish glow. Even her usually cheerful gaze drastically changes to a more sharper, cold gaze, as if she was deducing how many different ways she could tear through your flesh from where she stands.

Personality: Despite how dangerous everyone makes Suki out to be, they couldn't be farther from the truth. Despite having that much power, she generally does not require it that often. Whenever fights occur within the Crimson Sky, she can be found floating in a seated position nearby, merely observing, only to repair any damages caused to the landscape when the battle concludes.

For those who have met and spoke with the girl, they would tell you that, while she still has her innocence befitting of her age, with happiness and naivety on a normal basis, underneath lies a very observant and ponderous individual. Granted, that is very hard to see, as she usually acts quite playful around others.

For someone whole is nigh on immortal. Rei is suprisingly level-headed. She never picks a fight unless she has too, and even then goes easy on her opponents unless directed otherwise. Provoking does nearly nothing, however one could just simply ask her to duel.

However, if you manage to actually anger her too much (good luck trying), you are going to be harassed constantly by the environment itself. Even a trip to the relieve yourself will become messy, figuratively and literally.

Background: Suki was born as a normal human, and led a pretty mundane sort of life, before she accidentally stumbled her way into the Crimson Sky. While wandering about, she had managed to stumble her way into the distortion known as the Deeper Shadows. However, by utter chance, she ended up acquiring a piece of Chikage's powers, which to this day Rei still doesn't know how that had occurred. It could be compared to being struck by lightning out of everyone around, as how she compared it.

Through that event that changed her life, Suki has spent most of her existence watching over the Crimson Sky, making sure no one goes overboard and caused a large scale calamity.

Powers: Having a piece of Chikage’s powers within her, so long as she is within that world, she can alter/change the world, whether through appearance, physics, or even transporting others from here and there. It could be said that she is nigh on invincible in there, although others argue that high-power exorcism can temporarily drive her back.

However, that is merely rumors. While she can affect the physical aspects of the Crimson Sky, that is it. Basically, it’s like collapsing or piecing together buildings, roads, the surroundings for the more easily noticeable, to the increase and decrease of gravity’s forces, and even portals from one area to another. What is the most important part of her powers, is that she keeps the Deeper Shadows from spreading. Repairing the distortions that seem to creep farther and farther, else maybe the entire world is consumed.

While it sounds powerful, most if not all her attacks via the world are merely nuisances. collapsing buildings can be easily blasted from, sudden prison of steel springing up can be crushed, and the changes in gravity are nonlethal, only annoying. Even her ‘immortality’ is just simply Chikage's powers sustaining her.

What is interesting is that, while seemingly invincible in the Crimson, in the normal world, Suki becomes as vulnerable as a normal human. Her abilities in the normal world are reduced to simply opening portals in existing shadows, and being unable to age.
