California chuckled at Iowa's off-handed comment about not losing. "Wasn't planning to." He replied. Loading his first pistol, he watched as the two women took two pistols. Might be a good idea. California rummaged around his locker till he found another pistol. After loading and holstering that one, "the Bear" felt ready to move out. After he found Iowa and Tex, he figured that a game plan might be suitable. "So, what's our play?" He asked, when the rest of the agents weren't listening.

"No Oregon. Your on Blue team by the way with Carolina. your locker room is over there " she said Pointing over to the separate locker room across the hall. bit of a stupid question to ask if you can use explosives in the training room, he'd most likely kill another agent and tex didnt think it was worth cleaning up at this time. she turned to her Team " Right, heres our plan. stick to it and we may win. Iowa, i want you to flank left. C, your going up the middle and ill flank right. Do not engage unless they fire at you. they dont need to know our position that quickly"

D.C. went over to the red team locker room just to get set, unloading the conventional ammunition from his shotguns and began loading them with paint pellet shells

Hawaii, having finished his food, stood up from the table and nodded at the soldiers as he left and put the tray in the return. he figured he might as well head up to the training room and get some exercise and made his was up, when he got the he stopped a few steps into the door, seeing everyone splitting into teams "woah, what's going on?"

After Tex explained the action plan Iowa holstered her knife and pulled out her pistols and making sure both had their assigned ammo, in her left she had the lockout paint and in her right she had the regular stun rounds. I.O. put the one with stun rounds in its holster "Texas, would you mind if I took the high road if the need arises?" She asked before checking her gun again not wanting it to jam like the last time she had used the training pistols causing her to get lit up by her fellow freelancers.

California liked the plan, a three pronged attack with himself down the middle. "Roger that." He replied. He then decided to take out his pistols and keep them ready. If he couldn't get fully automatic weapons he'd sure as hell duel wield. He then turned to Iowa. "High ground would be a good idea, but you might stick out a bit more if they catch on what we're doing." He debated, thinking that he should voice his opinion on her request.

Tex listened as her team talked about the tactics they should use. "You know California is right Iowa, Dont go unless they see you. then do what you can"

Louisiana whistled in an attempt to catch Tex's attention, having surmised that the name of the game for today's training session would be a firefight. "Hey, so, what do I do exactly?" He asked somewhat uncertainly. Louisiana had heard stories of the freelancer's, shall we say, less than amiable nature, and was rightly afraid of her reaction to what could be considered a stupid question. Still, he'd had to put away his latest pet project to come to the training room, something would rather have had to do with an actual reason. "Woah, what's going on?" Someone inquired somewhere behind him. Despite being a demolitions expert, Louisiana proved to be surprisingly jumpy at the strangest of times, as evidenced by the slight jump he did before sharply turning to glare at Hawaii, an action ultimately lost thanks to his helmet. "Jesus, give a guy a heart attack, will you? It's another simulation battle I think. ".

D.C. put the last paint shell in each of his guns and turned the other members of the team he was on "so if you three are taking the flanks and center, i suppose that means i'm defending?" he holstered the pistol that was given to him.

"oh, sorry man" Hawaii said to the started spartan "didn't mean ta jump ya" he looked around the room again noting the numbers of each team "so if were having team training, from the looks of it i'm on blue" he spotted tex across the room and shouted "HEY TEX, I'M ON BLUE RIGHT?"

California turned to look at the new guy. "D.C right?" He asked, he then holstered a pistol to extend his hand. "I'm California, that's Iowa. You've met Tex." He said, introducing the other members of red team. "You can defend if you really want, I don't mind swapping with ya." He offered. Let the new recruit get in on some action.

"HEY HAWAII. YEAH YOUR ON BLUE TEAM. DO ME A FAVOURITE TELL CAROLINA TO GET HER SHIT TOGETHER REALLY QUICK OK" Tex shouted back to the rather tall freelancer. He had been a valued asset to freelancer and was also an excellenct soldier

D.C. put one of his shotguns down and shook California's hand and nodded at him "aye" he let go and picked up the shotgun again "defending's fine with me, and i've been referred to as capitol before, i'm fine with that or D.C." he looked at Iowa and nodded.

"ALRIGHT YOU GOT IT" Hawaii shouted again to Tex before heading into the Blue locker room and grabbing a pistol, as he loaded it he said "Hey Carolina!, Tex say to get yer shit together!" he put a clip into the pistol and then put a couple more clips on his belt for when he needed them...to bad he couldn't use the ADS in here.

Carolina scanned the group of 'Rookie' Agents. "Indiana, Louisiana hawaii get your asses in here. You guys stick to my plan and you'll be on the top 10 leader board for sure. Now the floor is set up for Capture the Flag. Hawaii. I want you on flag defence. Indiana left flank Louis right scan up high. I know tex will try something fishy "

Oregon walked off to the Blue Team locker room with a cheerful "Okay!". He picked up a pistol and four clips, one for his pistol and three for backup....although with his aim, three was a bit excessive. He turned towards Carolina and asked, "So what should I do?"

Louisiana stood rigid as he heard Carolina bark his name alongside those of Indiana and Hawaii, "Yes ma'am!" he shot out reflexively before jogging towards the veteran freelancer to listen in on the plan. As carolina spoke, Louisiana snagged his own pistol and racked the slide to ensure there was nothing in the chamber before he snagged three magazines. The first was slid into his weapon which was then holstered on his waist before being met by the other two as they were clipped on as well. "So i'm playing scout? Eh, works for me." He said with a hint of amusement in his tone. The prospect of being the lookout was both an interesting and refreshing one for Louisiana, after all, his strongest abilities lied in the arming and disarming of explosive devices, and while he loved doing so with a passion, the idea of playing a different role excited him. Louisiana glanced down at his pistol and smirked beneath his helmet. His main weapon was a light machine gun, a hefty weapon with a kick to match it's weight, something that often forced him to seriously barrel down on it whenever he needed to shoot. With the considerably lighter recoil and weight of the pistol he'd have very little trouble taking shots from up on high to cover his team, all he had to do now was hope he could get at least one of the other team out before he was noticed.

Hawaii grunted "rrg, defense, you got it" normally he would have liked to be on the attack but without his ADS he'll admit he's might not be as suited seeing as how he doesn't have the same armor, wearing slightly modified Marine Battle Dress uniform rather than the powered assault armor the rest of the Freelancers wore meaning he didn't have the same benefits they received from them. He cocked his pistol and leaned on a wall waiting for the match to start.

"Good question Oregon. I want you to get yourself into an ambush position by the flag" Carolina yelled to the agent

Left flank it was. She didn't mind, less directions to get ambushed from. Indiana nodded. "So what's the general plan? Hang back, or charge forward? Wait for them to fire, or get the jump on them? I really don't want to get under fire when the rest of the team is still near the base."

Carolina had thought long and hard about the plan she planned to use. "Well I want the flankers to keep the reds pinned. That way we can get people up the center and lock them down"

California quickly did the maths, so he could calculate the probability of winning and losing, in his head. "Guys!" He said loudly, to get his teammates attention. "It's 4 to 5!" He announced as soon as the realisation hit him. This was going to be even tougher than he thought, let alone the fact Carolina was on the enemy team, who was next-to-nothing scary if you didn't count Texas.

Tex smirked under her helmet. She thought it humorous that California had little faith in his team "Well California if you had paid attention in tactics meetings or had even gone to Corbullo military academy with the rest of the UNSC then perhaps you would know that a smaller force has an easier time applying guerilla tactics to take out a larger force"
