Exactly how famous/infamous would you say Cyrus is at this point in his life? Bear in mind he's fought in the war for around 14 years now, and there's the whole Grim Reaper thing to consider...

Hmmmm my guess is it would depend on the world and the stories told. I mean if you think about it not all the worlds might even know of the war. Factor in that some might not have gotten the details of his looks incorrect so they could meet him and not know exactly who he was till he had spoke his name where as others would. Others might know of his name without him speaking. I say that it is a toss up. Some would think him infamous, some famous and others maybe only knowing a small detail

@Akayaofthemoon I'd say the biggest factor is how long have they been in the war. I would argue that a veteran that's been fighting long enough would definitely have heard most, if not all, the stories. The main part of his fame/infamy definitely stems from the body count he's racked up during the war as well. So it's likely that a Keyblade Wielder who's heard enough of the stories would probably know better than to screw with him unless they were very confident in themselves.

Hmmm you might be right on that but not all stories hold complete truth so if they only knew stories than they could do something out of ignorance not confidence. He probably has a name for himself among Keyblade weilders but for the ones that are new to a Keyblade, they might of kept themselves out of it. Most citizens might not fully be aware of in depth details and left it to the higher ups. As I said, depends on the person but you are right that he would probably be more famous than not. Though someone might not know him just by looking at him unless his Keyblade was out.

So Arthal not only just knows people were on the roof, but he also inexplicably knows they are Keyblade Wielders despite one of them (Cyrus) never once summoning either of his Keyblades? Unless he happens to recognize who the Grimm Reaper is on sight then I think I'd like some kind of explanation. Does he sense a disturbance in the force or something?

Yeah, I can't answer that. You might want to add a mention to Apollo so he see your questions and can answer them for you.

Bellasiel didn't notice them at first and only is upset and untrustworthy of them because they stayed to just watch. Normal people usually don't just watch. That would be her logic in guessing they were Keyblade users without knowing it but that is just my point of view.

He's using his Master Enlightenment he can detect them. Post since the Enlightenment was designed to target and identify Keyblade wielders. Also I mean your hanging off the side of a wall, the first guess is magic and easiest way for most to gain magic is with a Keyblade.

Azazel was the one hanging off the wall. Cyrus was doing no such thing. He was just standing there, like a normal person would.

Not that that matters now, since I posted. And yes, it was my intention from the start for Cyrus to briefly fight Arthal to gauge him for himself.
