I know you're all probably really confused on why the demons turned into Aircrafts, but within the Slayers universe, lies a larger Multiverse. Demons that leave from the Slayers one turn into spaceships. I know it sounds really really odd, but that is just how it works. I hope you're all fine with it~!

I like your character, but just a couple of things. Your Boosted Gear says it can boost someone's power and ability "Without limit", every ten seconds. Does this mean that it gives you infinite power? Because while almost any powerscale is allowed, infinite power is not.

Secondly, you state to have the ability to penetrate any ability that might prevent you from hitting. This seems a bit odd, simply due to the massive variety of abilities that might prevent you from hitting. This ranges from forcefields to invisibility, to blood control and hypnosis. As such, do you think you could perhaps make it a more logical power, such as the ability to disrupt defensive magic or something of the like?

Your character has the ability to talk to inanimate objects. It seems to me that inanimate objects wouldn't have much to say, considering the fact that they lack all emotion and intelligence. Is this perhaps an ability that allows you to glean information from an inanimate object magically?

1) it is in the sense that someone or something within the range of amplification will get increased by 10x regardless of status of ability regardless of their current status.
2) Penetrate prevents one from rejecting an attack through direct or indirect means such as shields, resistances, hypnosis and other means such as. Pretty much "fight me without your tricks!" the ability.
3) It is mostly used in the light novel series to speak to boobs. As long as this is not infringed upon, I am alright.

2) It would only affect the person in question. So say he created a familiar of sorts to fight against him, the familiar will stay in existence, if that makes sense. It only applies things that affect Issei's ability to attack the other.

3) It is a comedic ability for the most part.

Kay, in that case I'm fine with your character. Your char is accepted. I'm assuming he's at a severely superhuman power level, with large area destructive abilities?

Did some research on Issei. Based on the Boosted Gear's function as a multiplier, I'd say Issei can enter any reality regardless of the limiter by limiting the amount of times he doubles his power. Furthermore, at max power, I would estimate him to be at skyscraper level, somewhat below city block level. He would be able to destroy a large building like a football stadion at max power in a single attack, and has speed and strength of similar scale.

If you disagree with this evaluation please inform me, and I will adjust my judgement.

I do, sort of have some personal gripes with the penetrate thing. is it "fuck your shield" and you can still dodge or is it just "all your defense belong to us"?

Although he is mostly utility in terms of ability, I would argue he is around the level of a little less than city block in terms of destructive abilities, and increasing based on the level of "boosts" he obtains, reaching around city level in terms of power, but that puts a bit of a strain on his magic pool. Of course, this can be edited as world transfers occur and the like.

You can dodge and things like that. In terms of RPG logic, it gives him the ability to negate armor and shield threshold entirely, and remove status effects that hinder his ability to fight another person.
