Personality: Oscar is a natural delinquent and rogue, but very friendly. There's never a moment that he doesn't want to spring up and just do something. Intensely loyal, the boy treats his own with a teasing but affectionate manner. Oscar is not shy when it comes to introducing himself and is known to always stop if a pretty girl catches his eye. Being such a handful, Oscar is a high-octane boy with a heart of gold to match. He's known to be intensely protective of his friends and will go to any lengths to defend them. However, he's loathe to admit when he's wrong, thinking that his way is the right way. The hardest thing for Oscar is to say he was wrong or apologize.

History: Oscar Coutts comes from a long line of Purebloods, but after a magical accident from a spell his parents had been designing, he was left an orphan. With no extended family or next of kin, Oscar went to a prestigious orphanage, as was his parent's will. It doesn't feel like any sort of home, but when they were asking where he'd like to go to school, there was no other choice. Oscar wished to find out anything and everything he could about his parents from Hogwarts, their alma mater. He'd been only five when the incident occurred. The boy was scared that he might forget the memory of his parents and desperately wished to keep the strenuous connection.

Wand: Willow, Threstal Hair core, 15" 3/4

Wand Description: The wand is slightly on the longer side and is supple. It's reasonably thick, molded at the handle to provide a truly secure grip. Set in its pommel is a jet stone, carved and gilded with the Coutts' signature lettering. Thick at the bottom, as if four to five pencils were taped together, it tapers an inch from the tip, giving the wand an elegant look. Almost like veins, the handle also has gilded grains to provide a very fashionable appearance.
