@PaulHaynek Don't be too discouraged, since this is just the equivalent of children unwrapping their shiny new toys on Christmas morning. The pacing of posts will become more regular and less scary fast later on, so just post your sign-up, eheh.
@Shoryu They can talk about anime and games, but I'm pretty sure none of those were anything from other franchises. Mostly it seemed to be shows within a shows. Also not a fan of the whole "point out other characters are from fictional universes" thing myself since it's so easy to abuse that.
@GreatSalmon Everybody has to arrive together I'm afraid, sorry for the trouble. ^^.
In any case, I'll be making another GM post once most everybody does their first post, so look forward to that.

I intended the idea more for side-comedy in the style that Metal Gear does it, where strange thing happen now and then but he kindof just brushes it off somehow without making it not funny. Being Big boss, he wouldn't actually 'know' anything about said characters, only that someone mentioned them to him at some point... And I'm fairly certain they talked about a 'few' specific things, even if right now I can't remember because Peacewalker and it's monster-hunter crossover are the only ones I experienced recently.
Still, it was just an idea for a bit of comedic effect, Big Boss 'does' kind of predate almost everyone in home timeline, cept for maybe king knight and overlord, and predates the creation of any but the oldest games in his current rendition, so it's just as likely he'd have no idea what he's looking at even if he 'did' have them described to him by movie buffs and tech genius anime fanboys.
In other words, yes, I can drop the idea without fuss XD
The race, sex, species, or personality of the bystanders didn't matter, for DIO's presence radiated magnetically, washing over all like a wave of power and majesty.
He made his way to the nearest building, the Yellow Flag tavern, pushing his way past some blonde human to get inside
Personality Hoo boy. Well, Delsin's a punk at heart. The kinda guy to be all for bringing down the big man and cheering for the underdog. Though he himself insists he's got the "gift of gab", his peers prefer to call it "an inability to keep his big mouth shut", which speaks volumes about the kind of selfconfidence he posesses-- pretty big, for the record. As confident as he may be, though, he's still human; and in times of distress and vulnerability he heavily depends on others to not completely lose it and receede into himself. Underneath those layers of 'rebellious street kid', however, is a big heart. So while violence doesn't deter him, killing anyone has never been- and will never be- an option. Though he might offer the occasional sarcastic jab, he never truly means to offend those he considers good people, and tries his best to be a good friend.
Powers/Skills
Power Absorption: Delsin has the natural ability to absorb the abilities of other conduits, which grants him a lot of possibilities. It's worth noting, however, that he can only have one of these 'active' at any given time. (Seeing as there are currently no other conduits, or anyone who could be counted as such, he wouldn't be able to use this.)
Telepathic Perception: Heavily limited. When absorbing the powers of another conduit, he gains the ability to look at another person's past and the emotions they experienced to rapidly gain information of their lives, though it is limited to memories pertaining to their power and/or the origin of it.
Smoke Manipulation: The ability to shoot smoke and embers from his hands as a sort of projectile, and partially or fully turn his body to a sort of semi-tangiable smoke to pass through smaller openings and objects as well as travel short distances at an increased speed. Along with this, he can use it to propulse himself, i.e. slow a fall or effectively 'jump' twice. It's limited in its' use, as Delsin has to replenish it through absorbing smoke from the area around him.
Neon Manipulation: Similar to the above, though he's able to focus neon into a sort of laser rather than as a non-continuous projectile. With neon, Delsin has the ability to sprint up walls and literally walk on air for short durations. Overall, he can solidify neon to the point of being able to channel it into his chain and make it into a sort of 'blade', as well as use it as a bola-like weapon to restrain others.
Enhanced Strength: Like all Major Conduits, Delsin has enhanced strength, though it's not too far outside of the realm of human capability.
Durability: Delsin is able to fall from relatively high distances and land unharmed. He has also been shown to be able to withstand numerous gunshots while showing only slight discomfort.
Rapid Healing: Delsin is stated to be able to quickly heal from sustained wounds, to the point where in a week, he had completely recovered from having thick shards of concrete violently inserted into his legs, without so much as a limp to show for it.
Parkour Skills: Delsin is a skilled freerunner, or at the very least a very enthusiastic one, and can usually manuever his way up and around objects with enough determination.
Brief Bio Before the sudden discovery of Delsin's conduit powers, he spent his days being a small-time menace to society, a less obnoxious Banksy-type guy who dreamt of doing great things but kept himself to tagging and streetart as a way of expressing his views on what the world had become. After a run-in with an escaped conduit where Delsin does discover said powers-- and the subsequent discovery of the armed forces employed by the government to keep conduits under control, the DUP-- however, he's forced into action when the leader of the DUP confronts him about his newly found powers, essentially torturing him to recieve an answer she doesn't believe, before moving on to 'interrogate' the rest of the Akomish. After finding out what she's done, and the only way to stop the ever-approaching threat of death to his family and friends, he goes after her and the rest of the DUP; convinced that the way to fix what's happened to is to bring all of it down.
He was taken sometime after almost being taken into DUP custody, saved by some manner of creature and- somehow- he's ended up somewhere that is definitely not Seattle. Though he's fascinated by this place and how he got here, he's not exactly willing to stay, as he's a man on a mission, so to speak.
Equipment: A chain wound around his arm to be used as a weapon, as well as a spraycan or two (For art!). Others: He's great fun at parties! No, really, have you seen the stuff he can do with neon? Goddamn gorgeous, is what it is.
I hope this is alright! If there's anything that needs nerfing or further explaining, I'll be right here o/ (and for the reference of GS and Screw, this is #1 sinner from skype- obviously.)
Oh, were you referring to DIO there? Sorry. When you said 'human' I assumed you meant someone else. DIO wasn't, after all, standing in front of the Yellow Flag.
I am legitimately not sure what to post now when I can, since, um, Kino just had rockets shot at her. Given her character I'm fairly certain she would pull out her revolver and shoot him. ^^;

Oh, you can shoot if you want to, nothing is stopping you. The Voice most likely will reign over Krieg, understanding that people would resort to self defense. He likes giving everyone the benefit of the doubt if they aren't completely evil. By completely evil, he means did they shoot to kill the instant they saw me with no provocation.
Edit: Basically, you can always rely on the Voice to control Krieg if the person has a justification to attack him, he would gladly be killed if he harmed another innocent. However, if attacked out of nowhere by a stranger, the Voice will allow Krieg to attack due to his will to continue saving people, and can't do that if he is dead by some random person.
