Name: Hor'ual
Gender: Male
Rank: Valus
Troop type: Centurion
Appearance: Valus Hor'ual stands at an imposing 14'9 and weighs around a ton outside of his armor. With all his gear, his bulk weighs around 3 tons, his blood red Centurion armor has been modified to be only slightly less heavy than that worn by a Collosus, requiring Hor'ual's jet boosters to be somewhat larger and more powerful than most. The crest on his helm is not straight facing like most in his legion, but instead mimics a roman centurions crest running from left to right. His back and shoulders have their own plumes of yellow, the same color as his crest.
Disposition: Valus Hor'ual is loud, rapacious and incredibly ambitious. He would rather fight or shout a problem away than find some way around it, we're you to place a wall in front of him he would break it down and grind it to dust, never even considering avoiding or going around it. With such a straightforward and hot headed way of approaching problems most would think Valus Hor'ual a poor strategist, which could not be farther from the truth. A master of heavy hitting, blitzkrieg assaults and his deployment of faster units to reinforce have allowed him to somewhat expand the beachhaed on the Dreadnought, despite his forces being severely depleted.
His hot temper is often a problem however, and has led to many clashes within the Sky Burners with his lieutenants over minor issues in strategy or simply petty arguments. It is also difficult for the proud Cabal to do anything but front line assaults, meaning he loses a significant amount of men in assaults that could have possibly been avoided. (It is suggested such failures not be harper on, unless the speaker would like the 14 foot Valus to break their jaw)
Biography: Valus Hor'ual entered the system alongside the vanguard of the Sky burners as Val Hor'ual. Shortly after their deployment to phobos, the Taken launched their assault. Val Hor'ual had to be dragged off world by his fellow Val and Bracus as he refused to abandon the base to the taken. Shortly after receiving the Emperor's order to capture the Dreadnought it was Val Hor'ual who first suggested using the Dantalion Exodus VI to create a beach head by ramming it into the Dreadnought. During the campaign behind the hives lines Val Hor'ual lead several daring raids on important hive assets, destroying many powerful hive. Upon Primus Ta'auns being taken Val Hor'ual pushed hard for a rescue mission, but was over ridden by Ta'auns bond brothers decision to retaliate when they learned of Ta'auns death. When the Guardians stopped the bond brothers the sky burners retreated into the Dantalion and sent the distress call to the Emperor. Val Hor'ual was outraged at such an outward display of weakness in his own legion. It was then that Val Hor'ual made his bid for power, declaring himself Valus and giving his own legion an ultimatum, support him or perish to the hive. The Sky burners chose the former. He now awaits the Warlords who will answer his call to action, preparing the Dreadnought beachhaed for their arrival.
