6'2 150 lbs, Owen had crystal blue eyes and short blonde hair, Owen has a slim body built for running, Owen wears thick glasses and is more often the not carrying a notpad.

Skills: high intellect, Knowledge of maths and chemistry
Powers: Pathokinesis
Emotion manipulation - Owen can sense and manipulate the emotions of people, animals and other creatures, whether by increasing, decreasing, causing or otherwise channeling emotions

Emotion inundation- Owen can channel other people's emotions into one person overloading their brains causing them physical pain.

Weaknesses:
Owen is very socially inept and often gets nervous when around multiple people. When Owen is around multiple people he has trouble detecting specific emotions and often overloaded with peoples emotion.

Biography: Owen was originally born in England but moved to the states at the age of ten. During the comet he was in his chemistry class. When the magnetic field was weakened he could feel the fear of all his classmates, when he heard about other people with weird abilities he began researching them , now he tries to expand his knowledge of his powers and finishing his chemistry Phd
