You're very welcome to! There should be enough scope there for you to get a pretty similar feel for your nation. Would be happy to have you on board

Nation Name: New Gobolia

Chosen Colour for Nation: Gold And Regal Green

People of Importance: Gaz The Boss (Ruler) Wimpy The Weak (Former ruler since last week) Grazgul Gutrippah (used-to-be Evil Orc Overlord a couple years weeks ago)

Races: Goblins

TRAITS:

National Trait: Cunning Linguistics

Army Type: Grab Yer Pitchforks and Get Marchin'!

Conscript Military Units: 400 Archer Units
300 Warrior Units

Navy Type Merchant Fleet

Navy Units: 55 Transport Units. 5 Ships

Military Traits: Superior Forging, Fearless (free), Kill them from a distance, Mithril Armor, Soldiers of the line.

Naval Traits: Ship building. Extended Holds. Ship Artillery

Flight Type: Death from the skies.

Flight Trait's: Highly Explosive

Flight Unit's: 50 Bomber's, 20 Fighters
No magic for gobbo's.

Technology Traits: Steam Engine. Trains. Al chemical Alloys. Controlled Flight

Racial Traits: Sneaky Little Buggers.

Nation History: The Land of New Gobbolia used to be a small country of Goblin Settler's from the Tushienia, that really hated the dictator who lived their for "Stealing" their land away. however one hour after they landed they were immediately taken over by a massive tribe of orks. who immediately found fit to using the Goblins as their slaves,

and forcing them into slavary, the Ork tribes then decided to use them as currency. selling them off to other Nations and tribes. to act as makeshift soldiers, garbage collectors and sometimes pet food.

Rebellion was almost impossible for the Goblins. but however they found a loophole in one of their governmental laws. that if the leader of the Tribe is killed. the Strongest Man will be crowned as the New Leader.

and also, killing something that is stronger than you will immediately make you leader. even if you aren't buff in the first place. so the goblin slaves had a idea. they got the wimpiest Goblin they could find and told him to go and challenge the Leader Grazgul to a dual.

Armed with nothing but a rock Wimpy threw said rock at Grazgul. killing him instantly and making Wimpy leader. Wimpy kicked out the rest of the orks and took control. Wimpy was a idealistic young gobbo and decided to turn the new country into a gigantic place of commerce. where money is everything and capitalism rules. unfortunately this caused a lot of Goblins to become extremely poor and start gangs. causing New Gobbolia to turn into Fantasy Las Vegas.

And then Wimpy was stabbed in the back (literally) by a goblin named Gaz, who was the leader of the Gang "Green Teef", who was declared the strongest man and put in control. Gaz then removed the Strongest man law ASAP. and then decided to take advantage of the crime situation. causing the local Gobbo Guard to be replaced by Local Gangs. and having Poor Goblins who couldn't pay the excessively high rent to be drafted into the Military, which was ruled by Gangs also.

So basically at this point New Gobbolia becomes Double Las Vegas controlled by gangs.

MILITARY:

Army: 300 Conscript Archers (in units) (300 000 in people)
300 Conscript Warriors (U) (300 000 P)

Navy: 55 Transports. 5 Ships

Airforce: 50 Bombers, 20 Fighters

@Hipster I like the feel of your nation, there are just a couple of issues before I can accept you. Firstly, you actually have extra traits you can take if you want. You only have 15 at the moment, so you can take up to 22 (including the free Military trait you get from having Goblins)

Secondly, you can only take 1 Racial Trait, so its either Sneaky Little Buggers or Horde Tactics, not both.

Other than that, all that's left is if you can tidy up the formatting, and expand your history as you see fit! Other than that, looking forward to having on board!

@Romero Updated Tushienia a bit. Cut off the fat as it were. Honestly I misunderstood that army units counted as traits.

Do they, or don't they? I was confused about the same topic. Since they're not explicitly labelled 'traits,' I was inclined to think they didn't count. Doesn't seem like it'd make a lot of sense for some categories either; many traits are made redundant (needing to select & spend both on 'type' and 'unit').
If you spend a trait point to buy the "Controlled Flight" ability, it doesn't make much sense to spend another on "Dirgibles" because it's already a given that you'll have them and can make an air force.
As another example, if you buy the trait that allows you to take walkers, buying walkers themselves in "units" with another trait point makes no sense - you already bought the thing that 'allows' them to exist.

Also @Romero, under Military Units, there are a few duplicate entries - units from light infantry to arquebusiers repeat before getting to the magic and tech-savy stuff.

@Aristo

To answer your question, traits like Controled Flight and the trail that allows the walkers just means that your nation can produce those sorts of things. You can't really make a dirgible in a timely manner if your people had no idea how to make an airship fly in the first place after all.

But traits as written just seem so redundant: Controlled Flight's effect states "allows you to field dirigibles." Great, I have the know-how to make balloons, and presumably use them for war. But to actually field dirigibles you need "Dirgibles" - "allows you to field an air force."

You'd think that if you had the knowledge to make them in the first place, you could make an air force out of them.

Also, you pick a 'type,' like "They Shall Fall." Great, you can start with 60 interceptors. But then you have to go and spend another point to add interceptors to the 'flight unit' list. It's redundant.

@Hipster So close to being accepted :P You just need to have the Bomber Unit, otherwise you won't be able to have an airforce.

@Bright_Ops Your sheet looks all good now, you can post it over in the character tab and I'll add you to the map later today.

@Aristo It's my mistake for not making it clear enough, but the easy way to think of it is that if you have to click a drop box to look at it, it counts as a trait. So Units and Army Type etc. all count as Traits. In your examples, think of Controlled Flight as being the knowledge of how to make things fly. Then Dirigbles allow you to use this knowledge to actually build the things. The same goes for Mechanical Walkers. And for Airforce Type, They Shall Fall represents your nations desire to have an airforce of Interceptors, you need to know how to build Interceptors to be able to make that desire a reality. I'll go back and try and make that more clear.

And in terms of the repeated bit, I thought I managed to fix it last time I edited the first post, but I'll go back and take a look.

5-6 people before we get started.

And the Mechanical Walkers are kind of like little AT-AT's, so they'll have fun ports along their side etc.

@Bright_OpsAm I insane or do you have 22 traits? Not counting the racial freebies.

I'll have a CS up in a while; a former magocracy overthrown by an oppressed populace, which now focuses extensively on technology.
