Bio: Yay is a calm person, who likes to help other people. He is always happy to help, but he is way too careful to accept any. He learned not to trust anyone during his career, and this often leads to unwanted conflicts. He is also a mathematical genius, after his father's legacy.

How you got here: Yay lived his entire life in the awe of his dad, who was the captain of a dreadnought. He spent most of his childhood playing with models of airships, and assembling them when he got older. He went to the military academy, and after showing impressive skills, Enson recruited him. He started work on smaller cruisers, but seeing his real talent, they moved him up the ladder quite fast. By the age of 35 he got to be the second-in-command on a battleship. He was moved to this ship 5 years ago, and was promised to get promoted to captain after this battle. It seems someone didn't want him to become a captain...

When he was 18 he joined the military and fought in all kinf of battle's. However due to his bad behavior and a lack of following orders he is stuck at his post which annoys him to no end.
How did you get there: He was called up by the captain for an unexplained reason.

Bio: Born on Rohini Nova, Alistair entered the military in the pursuit of a better life, and to get away from a looming future as a farmer or factory worked, like had been his parent's fate before him. He established himself as a hard worker with a dry wit, and managed to work his way up through the ranks until he was appointed to the ESS Hanson as a tactical officer. Now, he faces a situation that will test him to the limit.

Bio: Layette is generally considered a bit of a cold bitch at times. Not that she lacks a sense of humor, she just chooses to ignore it most of the time. She is smart and knows it and has little patience when having to explain things more than once, or dumb down her language. She adheres to her Hippocratic oath fiercely and takes great pride in her work.
How you got here: Growing up in relative poverty with four older siblings, nobody expected much from Layette. Her parents owned a small shop and like her siblings it was expected that she would simply work there as they did. She took this as a personal challenge and threw herself into her studies, taking an early interest in science and biology she quickly rose to be top of her classes, but never took much interest in making friends. She was accepted into a moderately prestigious university on a scholarship. She graduated with a majour in Medical Biology, a minor in Biochemistry and no real friends. She then attended med school and earned her doctorate before then suddenly finding herself with little more to strive for. Having proven her point, she returned home, unsure of what to do next. After some deliberation she enlisted, seeking to apply her skills where she felt they would do the most good and soon enough found herself as the CMO aboard the ESS Hanson.

Bio: Sif, born on the world of Wendell, was forced to play heavy a lot compared those born on other planets. Wendell has a gravity heavier than many other planets, forcing the inhabitants to evolve to adapt to these heavier gravities and objects. Because of this, Wendell produced great engineers and even soldiers. Sif herself joined into the space military at the age of 19, and after taking part in a pair of battles and a few fights over rules on board a ship, was moved to the position of an MP (military police).

How you got here: Sif was in the process of removing a member of personel who did not want to leave the bridge from the bridge. Her ward (person she was escorting out) was sucked into the void once the ship was hit, before the emergancy deflector sealed the breach, leaving her on the bridge.

Known Medical conditions: Drake tends to get very nervous, and often stutters or punctuates speech with “uhh” so that he doesn't have to speak. He also has a slight inferiority complex, and will often say things like “if you want”, or “ if you please”, etc. He has also been known, on very rare occasions, to have panic attacks.

He also has a cybernetic arm where his other was amputated due to his own stupidity.

Bio: Erren was born into a family of spacecraft officers and pilots, all who had great reputations and experiences. Since he was born, he always wanted to become someone like them or greater, constantly studying everything he could till the day he could become someone like them. But, since he could speak or feel emotion, he always had problems with speech and anxiety, to the point where in some cases he couldn't speak. His parents tried to get him some help, in an attempt to help him overcome his nervous disposition in social situations, but nothing seemed to work. When he started training to become a member of ESS Hanson, or any spaceship, he had his arm crushed whilst trying to help some people lift something. He had to have it amputated, and now has a cybernetic replacement.

Fast forward, and he has managed to become a member of the ESS Hanson as their communications after he got over the worst of his disposition. He still talks as he used to, but he is now able to talk without stuttering on every word.

How you got here: Drake was aboard trying to receive clear passage through the space without being shot to hell, or to at least land on any nearby planet/moon that would shield them from the worst of the battle.

Bio: Arica comes from a family who for generations have worked and lived on their freighters. Never setting foot on a planet they just ship cargo from one space station to the next. Most of the time the only people you have for company is your family which makes a lot of people go a bit odd. When Arica was twenty her family ended up not being able to support the costs of running their ship so they sold out to a large cooperation. Her parents managed to get jobs with the company but Arica unfortunately was not offered a job. When she looked around some other freighter companies they either weren't hiring or they couldn't pay Arica what she believed was a fair wage for her work. Eventually Arica went to a military recruitment centre were she heard they were looking for experienced spacers. When she arrived she was quickly seen to being given a talk about how great the pay was and the medical care provided. It was all rather tempting and Arica signed the forms to join the military never once thinking about the likelihood she might die. After all the military was very good at giving of the impression it was invulnerable. The next few years of Arica's life was spent at a military academy so they could train her for war.

How you got here: Arica was at the helm during the battle steering the ship as best she could to avoid incoming fire and wreckage. Has been serving on board the Hanson for about a year.
