To answer your question, your options will be from a number of attempts you can make to intercept S.C.A.R.'s plans for the government. An example of which is varied tactics of espionage. You can be a part of S.C.A.R. at the early stages of the RP and then commence betrayal, revealing that you are working as a spy for the government or any groups siding with them with a single purpose of putting down S.C.A.R. once and for all. Yes, S.C.A.R. is basically the villains but in the RP's point of view, the real antagonists are the government. So, if you side with them, you're basically playing with the bad guys. XD
Also, players can break away from S.C.A.R. but deciding to do so will need further discussions with me first. Lastly, it's not really necessary to be a member of S.C.A.R. but I highly recommend that you become one since the RP is entirely represented by S.C.A.R. and its members. You can play on the opposing side if you want, though there are only a maximum of 3 slots I can assign for that particular role.
