Well, nothing's stopping us. I haven't heard from stickman, but I talked to Lord Pie a little while back, and they're really busy, apparently. They'll probably be okay with us carrying on. We can always adapt the story to fit a smaller team ^_^

Yeah, the dice limits and everything seemed a bit complicated, but from what I've heard, it plays pretty well. Character creation is a lot faster than the 400BP system, apparently.

well were still missing someone so I thought maybe create another character based on who's missing

Here's the character I was planning to make if you decided to continue. Figured your missing a street samurai so I made something similar.

Name: Jack Rinner

Street name: Mr. Contrakt

Race: Human

Age: 29

Appearance:


Role: Street Samurai

Bio: Rumors can be a mans legacy, his ballad, or his curse... in Jacks situation, it is all of the above. Rumors plague this mans past and what he has done (or didn't do) due to speculation, some don't even believe that this is he same man that dissapeared off the grid 5 years ago...

*Will elaborate if necessary, Im going to wing it with this guy since I want him to play the mystery role. Have fun with him, if you guys want to come up with rumors you heard of him go for it :)

Cyberware:

-Class II Aztechnologies prosthetic arm, shoulder, and chest cavity cybernetics. Prioritizing speed and agility over strength.
-Wired Reflexes
-Retinal overlay and smartlink
-Anti Emp chest cavity (to protect his cybernetic heart)

Weapons he carries on him always:

Google Arms Pistol

Basic Pistol with silencer/laser extention.

Aztechnologies EM Pistol

Aztechnology prototype Electro magnetic pistol able to temporarily stun an organic or disable small electronics for a short time via. Self recharging but takes time, 2 shots per charge.

I'd probably lean towards continuation of where we were, but again happy either way. I've not written anything since my last post so may be a tad rusty! :p

Lol thanks. I flipped when I found that :) yea my old character had Aztechnologies hunting him so I figured why not have them help this time :)

Hah! I like the Street Sam. The Google gun is a nice touch.

If you want to continue playing Old Soul, we can totally roll with that. It would give you a chance to write a post containing some big corporate goons catching Old Soul at the border or something :D - two mages works fine, we'll just say Koch-Huang has some pretty advanced magical security.

Okay, since we're at a bit of a standstill, here's what I suggest we do:

Cunfuzzler, you and I could write up a post about the meet between Mouse and Red Five in a Google Document or in a PM or something. Saves us some time and space. Maybe throw Roman07 into the mix?

Roman, no matter which character you decide to play, you're gonna have to write some sort of intro. You've already got a story hook for Old Soul, but I'm sure you have an idea or two. If it fits, you might join either Cunfuzzler and me or Lord Pie and Ollum. Or Blue Demon, maybe?

Pie, Ollum: How about some physical recon? Timeskip as much as you want, maybe write up a post together in a document with Thovren bringing recon drones and Doomproviding security?

Blue Demon: Lei Ne has the employee list now. Maybe she could chat up one or two of the employees? If Doom isn't going with Thovren, maybe he could play the role of bodyguard.

I have an idea for Old soul and Jack in an intro already.. its just a matter of when I can post and whom do you want Jack to contact you guys first or just meetup at the safehouse. There's also the matter of the old street sam who's no longer here... is he just background noise now or will he be killed off?

Sadly I can't collab much since I do everything via crappy smartphone and programs like titanpad don't work so well

The Google Docs app works pretty well for collaboration. Google just released a standalone version, so you should be able to manage without the Drive app. Maybe give that a try?

I'll figure out what to do with stickman. Killing off Quicksilver is definitely an opportunity. Maybe someone got word of the upcoming mission, decided to get rid of their muscle.

You go ahead and write your intro post, I'll figure out how to make Jack replace Quicksilver. It might be a good idea to have Jack contact the group first. At the moment, nobody knows he exists :D

I feel ya. It's always easier to create a character's personality than actually portray it. If it makes any difference, I really like how you've been playing Lei-Ne so far.
