Just Gonna say its limited by the fact it needs Chaos Emissarys which generally don't have a way of summoning themselves to fulfil the cost outside of the dragon for synchro summmon. So. If the monster is synchro summoned by 2 level 4s for instance it will won't gain any attack. And it only has a once per turn proc of invincibility that can easily be worked around. So... say for instance the dragon is used. Thats 4 cards so 3000 attack points. Then it has that once per turn proc so 3200 attack points which is kinda over strong for a level 9. I guess the most effectvie way of nerfing is by nerfing it to not negate attacks but to just negate card effects, so cards can still plow through it.

Once per turn during either players turn If this card is targeted by an opponents card effect you can banish one Light or one Dark Attribute monster from your grave, Negate the card effect.

I guess revised effect.

Enemys monster doesn't die, if its a field spell it doesn't go. Generally meaning your on borrowed time if you can't keep your graveyard stocked.

Actually it is a problem by itself, as their is no attack point gain. Though It could be very helpful if the dragon goes 3000 or up xd

Make it not be treated as a synchro, otherwise this would be a deadly card in general. That magician doesn't need counters on itself for that effect to still proc.
