If you want to do it, do it. If you don't want to do it, don't do it. It's pretty much that simple.

Yeah, I figured I'd mostly get answers like these.

It's just that, when one guy raises concerns, I feel like I have to ask everyone. I don't want this to get to a point where I'm up for writing for the RP, but nobody else is.

I'm not going to start it back up again immediately, and it probably won't continue until after I've done my exams (So at least another month from now)

Hope y'all can understand.

The stresses of real life can effect our writing or motivation to write, so it's understandable that you would want to wait until some of those stresses have come and gone.

For me, I view it as a chance to make up some cards for Joshua and Amelia's back-up/alternative decks. If I ever get my brain to actually think about that.

@1Charak2Holy shit. I'd never thought I'd see the day. But in all honesty I'm more hype for the new zefra card. Been trying "zebras" lately and they're pretty solid if they don't brick like a mofo. Dudes crack out horus, and nirvana high paladin so easily. Ultimiya is also great.

It's a play on the word Zefras. Some people pronounce them 'Zeb'Rahs instead of Ze-f-ra

Ah. And here I thought it was going to be some weird BA/Zefra hybrid deck.

...Would that even work?

No there'd be no synergy. Zefra Windi, and pilica can make Dante. That's about it. Both sides are extremely xenophobic.

However. Zefra Staircase sounds like a fun thing. Use every archetype supported by zefra in the same deck.

I love the duel terminal story which is why I picked up a TCG version of it. Zefras have acess to Nirvana High Paladin, Metaphys Horus, Ultimiya Tzolkin, and the Yang Zing traps. Their field card searches. On top of that they'll be getting a ROTA which searchs, and protects from destruction so treetoad can get fucked. Versatility is the name of the game.

Whatever you do don't make a deck based around the first war. It'd incorporate AOJ, Mist Valley, Ice Barrier, Laval, and Gem Knights. It'd be god awful lol. Ironically AOJ Decisive Armor isn't a bad tech in Zefra against blue eyes.

I am sure i could use minimum Laval and Mist valley and AOJ. While making full use of Ice barrier and Gem Knights. The Deck would be decent but nothing exceptionally good.

Though Another Fun deck concept of combining cross archetypes is combining Roids Cyber Dragon and Cyberdark. (The full Brother deck)

Or making a deck that runs all four of the Arc V dragons. (going full yuya over here.)

OR making a deck that runs Gishki Nekroz and Ice barrier. (full plot line).

So many concepts. This is probably my favourite part of yugioh. The deckbuilding.

You want to see an absolute travesty in terms of card story telling?

These four Zarc Magicians.

Instead of making an incredibly hard to get out boss monster using all four Dimensional Dragons, Konami took the easy way out and gimped any ludicrous effect Zarc could have had by making the dragons into four main deck monsters. Heck, in the anime, we see him fusing using the dragon cards themselves. How does this make any sense, aside from being absolutely lazily designed?

Well, they already used up all the summoning methods, so how are they gonna get a "boss monster" out of all of them now?

Zarc's a fusion monster, evidenced by Chronograph and Astrograph magician. Not all that surprising, considering they fused together and all.

The issue I have, however, is that these four magicians make it too easy to get Zarc out. Banishing from grave was iffy enough as is (you don't need to get all four on the field, basically) but making these four effect monsters basically gimps any real power this card could've had.

And not only ginps alot of the creativity in building a deck that coukd reliable summon all four dragons. Because whats the point in takng the extra deck risk when you can jst maindeck them.

I kind of feel disgusted with myself. I've picked up magispecters for ranked duels. I want to shove ABC's into the black lagoon from whence they came. However all I've done so far is bitch slap blackwings and dank magicians around. I've fought ABC's but they got lucky when I either A: Brick, or B: Go second. Feels bad man.
