Powers:
Flurry(Passive) Gabanre is capable of attacking beyond human speed. He can only do this in his true form. All the second parts of his powers are only true form
Sonic Wave: Gabanre can throw out a ball of special energy which hurts.
Second: When he lands this ball on an other person he can fly to them with a dropkick.
Safeguard: Gabanre dashes towards an ally and gives them a endurance bonus, so they are capable of taking more damage. Gabanre can use this on himself aswell.
Second: Gabanre is able to heal when he punches people. His ally’s which got Safeguarded are not capable of doing this.
Tempest: Gabanre slams the ground. A shockwave of energy appears which makes others slower and make their reaction time higher, so they reacted slower.
Dragonrage: Gabanre does a roundhouse kick which hurts pretty badly. He makes the target fly away due to the force of the kick.

Personality: Gabanre is a Challenger I Jungler in League of Legends. He is a good shotcaller in all manners. He is the best on Lee Sin in the world. He is a kind dude. Very detached towards strangers, yet get to know him and he makes a reliable friend.

Short Biography: Gabanre Van Houten was born in a rich family. He never had any friends during his school carrier. Thus he started gaming, He started playing League of Legends when it was still in Closed Beta. He is now doing his Master History. He never wears socks because he hates socks. He is has autism and due to that he got bullied a lot in school. Although he Is more fond of himself then ever at the moment. He has gotten a lot stronger since then. He already lost both of his parents and due to that has a lot of money.

It's not super far-fetched, some people with autism are exceptionally gifted in certain areas. My only gripe is that it's usually with mathematical fields. League is sort of a mathematical game,soooo....

I don't have a problem if the character has a high skill capacity in game, because that doesn't neccisarily mean he'll do well with his newfound powers. Might lead to some over confidence issues, but that's to be expected with anyone given powers at the moment. Post him up, and we'll see how this plays out.
