@twannyman Use your imagination! :) However, you could always assume that your character is already really good friends with one of the established characters in the rp. Maybe your character could see all of these changes that have happened with him and he decides to text or call his friend about it, freaking out. The friend, who already knows everything will break the news and catch him up with everything.

@twannyman I would, but I don't think it would fit with my character as of this moment. Other characters would likely present a better opportunity.

You have three established places to relate to people. The cafe where this all went down, the other diner where a few people work, or a tenant of the building where this recent altercation went down. If you're looking for a direct relation to an established character, you could say you've played with Liam.

@Leolycan Ooh! I like them! They are all shiny and high tech! However, what would you basing on who's posted or not. A period of time or if it's their turn in the rp? If it is a period of time, what period of time would that be? If it is by turn how is that to be determined? Or are you just going to put on a red light if you believe that it is a player's time to post?

Typically (and @Eklispe can vouch for this) I like for everyone to get one post in before updates, so the green will be for those that have made at least one post since the previous update. This shows people who we're waiting on, or as a reminder that you haven't posted in the current cycle. This is actually a reused asset from a dead RP I was apart of, and it seemed pretty useful.

It'll be placed below the IC update in a separated section. I'll update the colors as I see people post: Green means they've given a reply, and Red for hasn't replied yet.
