I actually like how compared to the last run on the rp, all our characters are actually acquainted to someone so nobody is left alone or take the role of 'the new guy no one knows about'.

It'd be interesting. As I read the two are basically the opposites of one another. Your character is popular and an image of an honors student, but mine is pretty much a delinquent who does what he pleases.

Fighting Style: Shinobu has no formal training in a style of fighting so he is just a delinquent brawler for the most part. However, he has an ounce of knowledge in pressure points which he will use to his advantage. Not being specialized in a particular form of fighting forces one to be more creative with what you can do. As a result Shinobu is extremely adaptable, adjusting his approach on the fly and even in the midst of the most heated exchanges.

• Mysterious Durability - Shin's body is capable of enduring more damage than any regular person should. While this doesn't mean he doesn't take damage he is capable of shrugging off impacts that would normally result in broken bones, internal bleeding, etc. The reason for this is unknown.

Background:
Personality: Isa can be summed up in one word...ill-tempered. He's quick to anger and is quite the hot-head, throwing his fists being his first instinct. If not annoyed being around people, he's at the best indifferent. Of course this is just the surface. Underneath the delinquent exterior is a little more. While Isa goes around picking fights and getting into trouble wherever he goes, there are times when he'll act with more purpose. Isa fights for himself and for the most part that's true. Even though he'd never admit to it, he does look out for those who aren't able to stand up to other delinquents and bullies. Usually, he'll pass it off as "being in a bad mood at the right time".

That's the top most layers of Isa though. At his core he is a very troubled teen. The loss of his older brother left him with a lot of unresolved feelings. Inadequacy, guilt, self hate. Blinded by all this, he swings his fists wildly in an attempt grab hold of a future he can't see. Isa throws himself into fights to drown out the voice that tries to guide him. At some times it even seems like he's trying to get himself killed.

Yeah, and for all their differences, they've actually got a few similarities when you get down to it (even if those similarities have differences in and of themselves).

As for actual ideas, if they're on friendlier terms, I could see them having this weirdly chill friendship where Hisaki has a weak, harmless person he can be less cautious around, while Ayumu has someone to admire for their ability to do what they want, when they want without too much repercussion.

At any rate, no matter the relationship, I don't believe he'd have earned Hisaki's respect given he's not much of a fighter (though IDK, that's really your call)

Sounds okay, though I would say it's less of someone he can be less cautious around, and more of this strange friendship where he can just be more tolerated, since he can be quite insulting at times, sneaking in subtle insults in his dialogue sometimes.

Though for a strange friendship, they would also have had to have met on strange terms.

The opposite character type thing again. I CAN SHIP IT. To be fair tho, the original series had a lot of potential gay ships even if you didn't want to admit it.
