[IC] Pokémon Hoenn: α and Ω

"I have an idea." Liam said. He fished out a stack or hand-made cards that were bound together with a rubber band. "I made the Zenner(sp) Cards to help my Ralts learn to tune its psychic powers."

Khuda looked in awe before calling her own ralts out. She hadn't seen it smile but she knew that it could do it. She wanted to see how much of a bind she had compared to lance's. Went it was out, the ralts was upside down, but feel just as it was completely free. Sluggishly standing up, the Pokémon wobbled and but before falling to its butt. Khuda tried to believe in it, but all she got was a feeling a regret. Still, she scooped it up and put it 9n her shoulder. Maybe if she treated it like mankey, it'd be strong.
"Yeah...so cool"

"I haven't had my ralts for long but zhonya acknowledged my good intentions and that I believed it her" Lance said rubbing Zhonyas head. "Me and Zhonya are gonna become strong along with the Pokemon I have and the ones I will catch along the way" Lance said giving Zhonya a thumbs up.

"Well, they did help my Ralts greatly on mastering his psychic powers." Liam explained. "He's now a Gallade." Liam wondered if he and Shiranui called in Gallade and Titania respectively if they could help show these two Ralts some tips. Liam returned the Zenner Cards to his bag and said that either trainer could borrow them if they wanted.

"If you need help with Ralts, Khuda, I have the perfect mentor," Shiranui offered, "Also, once Ralts develops its telepathic abilities, you'll be hearing its voice in your mind."

"W-what? That's...that's sort of creepy" she said turning to her rants which was snoozing on her shoulder. How could this thing possibly be able to do something like that? It looked sort of like a mushroom, and basically acted like one. The mentor thing brought her hope and she turned to shiranui with a face to express her pleading. She took his hands into hers. "Please! This thing is so confusing already!"

"Psychic Pokémon can be very powerful if trained well." Liam commented.

"I will be honoured to help a trainer in need," Shiranui consented, "Titania, come on out!" He opened a Poké Ball and a Gardevoir wearing a pendant containing a Gardevoirite materialised in front of Khuda. "Khuda, this is the mentor I told you about. Her name is Titania and she's a Gardevoir—one of Ralts' fully evolved forms." Titania read Khuda's emotions and kept her telepathic voice silent. She instead bowed in greeting.

Liam had done a swap while at the Pokémon Center and pulled out a Luxury Ball. His Gallade emerged. "This is Gallade, Ralts' other fully evolved form." Liam's Gallade also had its stone needed for Mega Evolution.

Zhonya looked at Titania and felt a bond. "Hey did you say that our Pokemon might be related" said Lance. Titania seemed like w powerful and formidable foe.

Titania looked over at Zhonya and linked her mind with the Ralts. The Gardevoir sent a telepathic greeting, smiling as she did so.

Khuda looked between both pokemon. Granted she had only started a few weeks ago, but to think these guys where so much more powerful than her. She let out a sigh, and kept a sad smile. Looking to her pokemon she wasn't sure how she'd ever keep up with them. Her ralts gave the girl a pat on the head and she hugged it eagerly. "So, what's the difference between the evolution? How does it decided which one?"

Lance was curious to know khuda's question too.

"A female Kirlia will always evolve into a Gardevoir," answered Shiranui, "A male on the other hand presents a very big decision. A Dawn Stone will cause him to evolve to a Gallade otherwise he'll evolve into a Gardevoir as well. Something to keep in mind if you have a male Kirlia is what style of battling you favour. A Gallade's style of battle is similar to a Medicham thanks to the fact their types are exactly the same whereas a Gardevoir is more of a mentalist in battle—a style that is more typical of a Psychic-type Pokémon."

Khuda listened intuitively to every word of what her friend said, she studied each of the pokemonth before her. One she noticed, it was clear the diffrences. Gallardo looked more masculine and gardevour was so beautiful. In a way she envied both, and to have either on her team was so cool. Stars formed in her eyes as she stared at them , the chance to have one on her team? It was then that she panned to the rats snug in her arms. It looked so wimpy compared to theirs.grabbing it by it's nape she tried to look under to see...what it was. "Now..." she said with a blushed and a gulp. She was clearly nervous and a shaky hand raised the seeping get ralts. "Are you a boy, or a girl?"

"There's an easier way to find out," Shiranui interjected before things got awkward, "Titania, use Attract on Khuda's Ralts! Titania is female so if her Attract affects your Ralts, we can deduce its gender as male." The Gardevoir conjured a love heart and sent it fluttering at Ralts.

Khuda let out a sigh. She didn't want to take any chances, or see...that. Ralts slowly yawned, looking to the gardevoir. At the heart hit it softly, they exploded into tinier ones and ralts lazily swatted at them before slouching slightly to sneeze. It looked around, checking with khuda to see what was the matter. Khuda shrugged then looked to shiranui. She was about to say something when mankey let out a screech. IT's eyes where large, pulsating pink hearts.
"Well, I guess it worked on someone"

"We now know your Mankey is a male and your Ralts is female," Shiranui concluded, "Therefore she will eventually evolve into a Gardevoir herself." He recalled Titania and sent the Gardevoir back out, curing the collateral attraction.

"Well, I knew he was, but ralts...I guess a gardovoir is cool" She said. She felt bad for the thing. She didn't exactly comprehend the whole physic power power ordeal, but she was trying her best. She wasn't sure this thing would every get very strong with her...Maybe she aught to trade it.

"Would you like a demonstration of how psychic powers actually work?" Shiranui asked, offering a glimpse of what Khuda may be getting into.
