Shiranui took his place opposite of Liam.

"Begin!" Vivian called. Liam snapped his fingers and called out "Double Team!" Multiple Jiriyas leapt from the shadows.

"Feint Attack!" The Zoroark shifted into a Meowth guise before slouching and swaying side to side. Zoro disappeared and with lots of slashing, made the Greninja copies vanish. He reappeared behind the real Jiraiya and punched the Greninja square in the back.

Liam lost a few points with that maneuver. "Power-up Punch!" Jiriya did some acrobatic flips before rocketing toward Zoro with his move. Protean changed him to a fighting type.

"Extrasensory!" Zoro shifted to an Espeon guise and used the psychic move to stop Jiraiya in his tracks.

Liam lost more points. "Aerial Ace!"

"Flamethrower counter shield!" Zoro shifted into a Ninetales guise and breathed out a Flamethrower straight up until it formed a spinning cage of fire. The disguised Zoroark braced for impact.

"Substitute!" Liam called. When the smoke cleared, the substitute doll as in the cage of fire. This caused a drop in Shiranui's points. Jiriya came from behind Zorro to use Areial Ace.

"Zoro, behind you! Use Fling!" Zoro dropped his illusion, grabbed the substitute doll and threw it at Jiraiya.

"Double Team!" Jiraiya made copies of himself and the doll was flung through a copy. Jiraiya kept coming with the Aerial Ace.

The Aerial Ace had struck Zoro, costing Shiranui more points. The counter shield was dispelled in the process. "Zoro, use Feint Attack!" The Zoroark shifted into a Greninja guise, matching Jiraiya in looks before picking up the doll and disappearing from sight, striking the copies with the doll one by one. Zoro nailed Jiraiya in the back with his own Substitute.

Liam lost a few more points, making Shiranui have approximately 1/10 more of his points remaining than Liam did. "Smokescreen into Shadow Sneak!" Jiriya through down a gases orb and a cloud of smoke enveloped the battlefield. Attempting to use this to hide which direction he was attacking from, Jiriya used the priority ghost move.

"Detect into Psych Up!" Zoro saw a shadow coming and just as Jiraiya popped out to strike, the Zoroark caught the attack. In doing so, Zoro copied Jiraiya's stat boosts and returned his Accuracy stat to normal, meaning the Zoroark was just as evasive as Jiraiya.

'Haze into Water Shuriken!" Liam ordered. The Haze eliminated the stat changes, but would give off a aesthetic affect of a smoke screen.

"Night Daze!" Zoro was struck with the watery throwing stars, causing his illusion to break. Shiranui lost some points. The Zoroark conjured a dome of dark energy that grew in diameter, pushing the haze away.

"Night Slash" Jiriya did an aerial backflip as he sent the slashing move through the dome of dark energy.

When Jiraiya made contact with the dome, sparks were flying as the battlers tried to overpower the other with their dark moves. The dome exploded when the attacks were at a stalemate.
