Setsuko wears her headband traditionally on her forehead with wrapping under it, so in case the headband were to fall off the cursed seal of the Branch House would not show. Not only that, but she also leaves her bangs out of the headband, and has it on the left side while having the rest of her hair in a bun. Rarely does she ever leave her brown hair loose, but when she does the hair is roughly 17 inches long. She has two ear piercings, and wears black earrings. She wears a black scarf that she keeps on at all times, a sleeveless blouse that fits her perfectly, and arm sleeves that are cut to reveal her fingers. When it's could outside, or she's on a mission Setsuko wears a styled Haori under a worn-out Obi that a store manager gave her for less than it's original price. Because she's a cheap-stake. She wears the Obi even if she's not wearing the Haori to keep from showing her stomach since the blouse is cut 2 inches below the chest. For pants she wears light grey shorts that have loose, but small pockets. Underneath the shorts she wears thin leggings while finishing it off with the traditional Shinobi shoes.

Her height is 5ft 5in, weighs 134lbs, and isn't thin whatsoever. Her build is more on the Mesomorph side what with her having some muscle on her bones yet she doesn't have too much muscle. Her face is longer than rounder, and she doesn't care if it gets a scrape or two. Even if Setsuko is into the decent fashion of a Shinobi she doesn't have too cute of a face being more rough around the edges making up for it with a small round nose, and light skin.

【Personality】

Setsuko is nothing of the calm, cool, and collected type of Shinobi. She's quite short-tempered at times, and can be reckless either off the battle field or on it. Not only can she be reckless, but she can also be impulsive on the battlefield which tends to bring with it mistakes and such while not intending to do so. Even if she comes off quite strong, and well, rude to others she's actually soft-hearted, and is willing to strike up a conversation with anyone. Because she's willing to be social Setsuko is easygoing as well, and likes to crack a joke here and there without fully understanding that her jokes aren't as funny as she thinks they are.

Despite taking most of her time to practice Setsuko likes to balance that out with being able to relax, and enjoy the smaller things in life like food. Food is her go-to thing to do as well as weapon shopping, and doesn't like to miss a moment of it. Even if Setsuko is easy going the battlefield excites her, and she likes to be the first one to enter it even if she hasn't gotten fully used to her fighting style since she doesn't always use the Gentle Fist. Because of this Setsuko likes to read different kinds of combat books to increase her knowledge, but seems to never finish one. Secretly, she likes to read romance books, and likes the idea of romance though she doesn't believe she'll ever find someone for herself because love in the real world to her doesn't exist. Setsuko doesn't easily trust people (males), and doesn't try to get too close to someone no matter if it's a possible friend, or a comrade.

【History】

• Childhood - (0-6): Setsuko was born to a Hyūga Branch member for a mother, and a traitor Red Sage of a father. Her beginning years involved both her parents since her father at the time still made others believe he was someone else. Her mother had given up the Shinobi life at the young age of 20, and wanted to start a family. Even if she had put her ninja things away the Hyūga had still kept a close eye on her to see if her child would have the Kekkei Genkai. For a while her parents cared for her like any other parent would, and made sure she was as happy as any child should be in those years. At age 4 all of that would come to a halt. Sadly, she had been born with the Byakugan the Hyūga clan was waiting for, and was taken away from them to be given the cursed seal as well as be taken care of by the Branch House. Being a little girl she understood nothing, and would continue to understand nothing until years later. Right after she was taken her father had disappeared only to come back with a few members of the Red Sages. At night they would enter the Hyūga territory, and attempt to take back what was without knowing that she had already been given the cursed seal. The mission was unsuccessful, and the punishment was death for every single member including her father. Setsukos mother had been taken in under the accusation that she had been recruited by her father while they were together. Distraught, and furious her mother would become a shinobi once again to be able to get revenge on the rebel group who, in her theory, had used her to try to get the Byakugan for themselves. Through all of that Setsuko would stay, and train at the Branch house up to age 7 where she would then be sent to Ninja Academy.
• Base School Years - (6 to 10-14): While in the academy as well as in the care of the Branch house Setsuko only got to see her mother. She had no knowledge of her father, and at that she would not even be able to say his name. In the Academy she would get picked on by her strange eye color, and would pick fights herself since she was to take crap from no one. At one point she had met someone with a similar eye color as her who, come to find out later, was also a Hyūga. She would challenge him multiple times, but each time he'd turn the other way which made her angry. It was almost like he would make himself believe she never even existed. Not only that, but the bullies wouldn't touch him because of how strong he was, so she'd do what she could to prove that she could be as strong. Mostly to get the mean kids off of her back. Because that kept failing she decided to fight him head-on which ended in her losing horribly. Even if she had lost the bullying had calmed down since she had picked a fight with a strong kid, and would do her best to show the boy that she existed.
• High School Years - (10-14 to 14-18): Once she reached High School Setsuko would find out who her father was. Before she reached high school she was a determined little kid who would do anything to find him. Her mother had told her what had happened at age 13, or at least her version of it, and a year later would be killed on a classified mission. With her parents both gone Setsuko would train almost nonstop to help her deal with the emotions that came with her parents death. As Setsuko passed each grade she'd begin to question if what she was doing is right due to the fact that she had parents by the hands of the confederation no matter how one looks at it. In a sense she also felt that they had left her because of their own desires, so she decided to speak about neither of them from that day on since the only thing that came with their memory was pain.
  While in High School She would see the kid from time to time that beat her when they were little. She noticed that he was unusually strong yet didn't have the muscle for it which made her wonder what type of person he was. She had found out his name because he was quite the topics of discussion which was shocking to her, but had heard something different about it each time. At one point she had tried to strike up a conversation, but it ended badly; It didn't end in her getting beat up, but somehow the guy still managed to ignore her which, in her opinion, was time to call it quits.
  As graduation came her skills were better than average, but never as good as Higōhō Hyūga which would irritate her when she'd think about it. Not only that, but the Hamajo Confederation would monitor her in case she were to do something against them, and the Hyūga Main Branch would assure her that if she were to do anything out of the ordinary she would be killed. She was upset to know that what she wanted was not to be a Shinobi to the Hamajo Confederation yet to also know that she had no choice to.

Setsuko at one point did have both parents, but now she lives alone in an apartment.

【Dreams and fears】

Setsuko dreams of becoming a legendary Kunoichi despite her lack of talent. She hopes to one day become as amazing as the famed Neji Hyuga who was able to get past his fears, and become even stronger. Her main fear is to be abandoned once again by the people she loves/she is close to.

【Fighting style】
Setsuko doesn't use the Gentle Fist fighting style unless it is her last resort, or unless the squad leader demands it. The Kunoichi usually packs many different types of ninja weapons such as the exploding pouches, the Shuriken, the Windmill Shuriken (her favorite, and first resort), and the usual kunai. She usually uses these to fight with more often as well as close-combat fighting.

【Kekkei genkai, or bloodline limit】

Description: "The Byakugan is usually manifested as very distinctive eyes, characterized by their enlarged and featureless white/lavender irides with no visible pupils. While active, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. The Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra. The range of this vision varies between users and in fact can be improved with training."

Strengths: Setsuko can reach a maximum range of 9 Kilometers.

Weaknesses: At one point Setsuko trained for too long with the Byakugan to try, and master its abilities. Because she had trained nonstop with the Kekkei Genkai (Which is something no one is ever recommended to do) she has permanently strained her vision. The strain has handicapped her to where she may miss details while fighting. She refuses to wear specially made glasses for it. Not only that, but Setsuko doesn't know that the Byakugan has a blind spot.

This technique can stretch from the person using it to as far as 6 meters.
At what range is this technique useful? You can measure this in 'long' 'medium' or 'short' but those are rather vague. If you wore depth, use a distance such as meters.
Description:
The jutsu uses the seals of the Tiger, Ox, Ram, and Bird. Essentialy it's like the Grid Palm technique where the user slams their hand on the ground creating a network of grids to the range they desire, but instead of inflicting pain on the victim the jutsu is used like a bear trap. Once someone, an ally or an opponent, steps into the grid network their foot/feet cannot be lifted back up, and they're stuck there as if glue is holding them to the ground. After that, the network quickly begins to slide up the victim restraining their movements little by little as if they're being tied up in rope. While the grid works its way up it sends pulses of chakra to the victims chakra pathway system not only making them feel uncomfortable, but also makes it a bit harder for the user to use jutsus due to the fact that their chakra pathways are being disrupted.

The chakra pulses do no such damage a person, and if the victim can easily ignore the pinching sensation internally then getting out is no difficult task. To get out of the jutsu one simply has to focus a small amount of chakra to the bottom of their feet due to the fact that Setsuko doesn't apply much chakra to the jutsu, and because that small amount would cancel out the jutsu then the victim would be free. If they don't figure this out then the grid would slid its way up until the person is covered in the network, and then break into a million pieces as it fades into nothing. It takes about 5 seconds for the users chakra pathway to readjust itself, but no harm comes to the person. From start to finish the jutsu lasts for a maximum amount of 6 minutes, and does not warn Setsuko in any kind of way that someone fell for the trap. Once the trap is sealed to the ground it stays there, but because there's only a small amount of chakra put into it the jutsu fades after 3 minutes if no one has stepped in it.

Setsuko mostly uses the jutsu to stall for time, as a distraction, and/or a trap. If she puts more chakra into the jutsu then it could possibly cause severe internal damage as the chakra pulses would become much stronger, but she never does to be able to use the jutsu often.

【Weaponry, tools and objects.】

Windmill Shuriken

Description: In its folded state, all four arms of the shuriken are folded together. When fully unfolded the large shuriken can be thrown through the air. This is the first thing she makes sure to pack, and is her first resort in battle. Even if it's her first resort she doesn't unfold it unless she's willing to let it go (for the greater good) for the rest of the fight/battle since the shuriken isn't a boomerang that will come back to her after throwing it.

Aro stands at 174 CM, his build is slender, like most boys his age. He's taller than most of his peers, being almost as tall as most adults. His eyes are blue, with a red nasty scar running down his right eye - the scar caused by him falling off the swings, right into kunai lying in the sand, only a couple of inches from poking his eye out. Besides that, he has a tattoo on his left shoulder, running down over his chest - a pinup of a Kunoichi, with green hair and bandages over her bussom under a cut flack-jacket, showing off her belly. Aro always dresses in a casual looking suit, much to the dismay of his seniors - chinos, dress shirt, tie and sports jacket. All in black, except for the shirt and the tie, which are white and red, respectively. Black gloves don his hands, or his pocket. His red hair is usually braided or in a ponytail, keeping the front unkempt.

【Personality】
Aro is a little egocentric, he's not uncaring, or easily excitable, but he is self-assured. He speaks his mind, saying exactly what he means and never beating his chest. He knows his strengths and his weaknesses, proudly proclaiming his positive traits, and doing his best to hide his weaknesses. He is truly something of a believer - as most of his clansmen tend to be, his head sometimes in the clouds, instead of on the task ahead of him. However, his natural slacker tendencies have been all but eradicated thanks to the disciplined upbringing of the Sarutobi Household. He's a excellent soldier, and a free thinker. He might be a jack of all trades and a master of none - or he might be the best of both worlds. Discipline and self-awareness working in perfect harmony.

【History】
He was born in Konoha, his parents both shinobi at the time - his father a jounin and his mother a special chunnin. He grew up in a tough household, being expected to keep up the standards of his fellow Sarutobi, despite showing none of their natural prowess for the ninjutsu arts. In the academy, he was popular due to being social and a easily approachable guy. He wasn't too loud, he wasn't too quiet - he was always ' right on the curve'. He was mediocre, truly.

He graduated at 12, and was put in a team with two other kids, just like everyone else. He grew a lot during this time, able to graduate into chunnin at the age of 16, now showing true prowess, proving himself as a fighter and shinobi, using his wits instead of his chakra to overcome challenges. He made headway during the third part of the chunnin exam, where he made his opponent surrender without throwing a single punch, but instead simply talked to him, using his charisma to convince his opponent that maybe his purpose in life wasn't to be a chunnin - maybe he wanted to be something else.

His opponent went on to be a baker, a damn good one.

Aro's always been fascinated with the power of nature - of storms, in particular, ever since he was little and a storm tore through the Sarutobi compound, lightning running down the big oak tree in the center, leaving beautiful marks. Due to his fascination with the natural phenomenon he has made a name for himself as The Stormchaser - always on a adventure to find a storm, and tailoring his techniques after said storms.

【Family ties】
His mother was a proud member of the Uzumaki clan, strong, passionate and incredibly caring, his father a warrior of the Sarutobi clan, concerned with the fate of the world. They were joined thanks to their love for poetry, and found their love in the craft. He grew up in the Sarutobi clan grounds, being trained like one of the clan famous for their tendency to breed prodigies. His childhood was hard - but not too hard. His mother is currently very sick with a form of cancer, and his father is a retired shinobi, unable to continue his work because of many battle earned injuries.

【Dreams and fears】
Aro is a dreamer, that is true. But what are his dreams, truly? Well, at first sight, it strikes me like the only things he cares about are steak dinner and female civilians to flirt with. But over a few sessions, it's clear that he has a deeper purpose. He cares, he really does care. About who, and for what purpose? It's impossible to really tell, it's a question best left for time to answer. When asked to talk about his fears, Aro shrugged and said he was afraid of not being enough, that his fears was really not something he thought about a lot. He sometimes felt a little anxious, being part of the lead clan of the nobles in Konoha came with a burden all within itself, after all.

【Fighting style】
The short and curly is that Aro is a brawler, taking influence from the kickboxing style of martial arts, amplifying it with the use of his knuckle dusters. Relying on momentum-based strikes and his natural agility to defeat his opponent with his taijutsu. However, despite this, he is not stupid, and on multiple occasions proven to be a thinker, using his natural affinity for seal-based techniques, mix with his elemental jutsu to defeat foes more powerful than him.

Effective range - Melee.
Description:
Aro channels a lightning bolt through his body, using it to literally ride the lightning towards the ground, at the same speed the bold naturally travels. The energy of the bolt circumventing in his fist, leading to a tremendous amounts of power being channeled through his hand and knuckle duster. While it is primarily a single target attack, it could be used to straight up attack the ground, causing a shockwave able to shatter the ground in a small area. A direct hit is often a direct sentence to the hospital - or worse. Naturally, the power of the technique comes from the speed as few can outrun the speed of a lighting bolt. However, the speed is it's own drawback as it can quite easily harm Aro, leaving him in a weakened state after using it, usually even dislocating his arm. The glaring flaw with the technique is that it's hard to aim as he has no natural way of controlling the bolt.

It soley relies on the concept of hitting someone with the bolt of lightning - a bolt Aro cannot throw.
