Akimichi Chokurou

"Oh yeah. Teriyaki beef with broccoli and rice. Nice snack after a hard workout.”

Being of Akimichi descent it is no surprise that his has an above average frame. Cho stands at around 1.97 meters and 145 kg. Unlike most "fatties" however, Cho's weight is distributed fairly equally with the only difference is having slightly more weight in the front. Starting from his head he has short light brown hair along the sides and back, almost like a fade, with much more on top that he likes to comb back. His eyes are of a medium shade of brown. Around his mouth is a small stubble of a goatee that is usually well kept and neat. As most Akimichi, Cho adorns the traditional war paint. For him it is a red bar that goes from his chin to his lower lip and two bars on both sides of his eyes that run to the sides of his cheekbones and down.

He usually wears black sandals and grey combat pants, rolled and taped near the top of the sandal. On the upper torso he adorns a long blue sleeve shirt with a mesh undershirt. A grey trench coat is worn over the long sleeve shirt and resembles that of what Chouji Akimichi wore.

【Personality】
When he was young he was short tempered and quick to fight but now, Chokurou is a polite, playful and proud member of the Akimichi clan as he is usually seen helping in some way with the Akimichi affairs whether showing hospitality for the leaders of other clans when they visit or something as simple as helping family train. Unlike his cousin, Chokashi, who is usually seen as the more social one of the two, Chokurou is more on the reserved side in social settings, tending to let others start the conversation before speaking up. Despite his reserved personality, he is quick with his wit and that only adds to his charm. He doesn't usually say no to helping a friend unless there is something important going on in the Akimichi compound. Chokurou on his days off can usually be found at the Akimichi training grounds, the hot springs in the area or any of the hibachi in the area.

Chokurou usually wears a smile on his face and has a somewhat loose posture when in a calm setting or situation such as being with friends and whatnot. He can be a bit of a drinker and this is thanks to Chokashi on Chokurou's 20th birthday when he went shot for shot with his cousin which landed hem both on their asses. Usually when drinking with friends he is a bit more talkative thanks to the obvious fact that liquor is involved but it's when he's drunk that he is more unpredictable. Chokurou tends to tense in more stressful situations but mostly can only be seen in his eyes since they are the first to show signs that he is worried, annoyed or angry, falling back onto a smile when angered.

His views of the confederation and the Red Sages are usually kept to himself. When he went into the academy school he was aware that he would be working for the Confederation but the Akimichi, including Chokurou, and the Nara clans could care less about confederation and rather the safety of Konohagakure. If they are called upon they will fight for the Confederation but their concerns will mostly be for Konaha.

【History】
The story for a lot of those in the Akimichi clan are similar in their early years, revolving around being teased for their weight and whatnot and for Chokurou it was no different. His mother always taught him that he was to respect others in order to be respected but kids are kids and they don't usually listen and as such Chokurou never hesitated in fighting back, especially those who disrespected him or his family. This mindset of "hit first ask questions later" would cause problems in the academy even though physical training included sparring it didn't include sending kids to the hospital. Cho would come home to find his parents talking to the academy teacher about his behavior and would be immediately punished and sent to the training grounds to train for X amount of hours until his father felt he was ready or told to help out around the compound on the weekends when his friend, a young Nara, would be available to hangout. Many would think that his punishment was a bit too extreme but the Akimichi never strayed from the old ways as far as training went. Monitored by his cousin, Chokashi, he would learn from his cousin how to fight his way. Chokashi told him "So what if your fat or your mother and father are? Why do the Inuzuka have dog features or why does the Aburame Clan hide their faces? Because that's what makes them who they are. Don't forget that."

Years would go on with this running through Cho's head as he slowly started to incorporate this into his mindset. The first few times after Chokashi talked with him he didn't get it until he started to take notice to the different clans and saw the similarities that Chokashi had told him. Slowly he started to except who he was and no longer let this bother him. By graduation he had already seen close to 60 fights and the fights stopped closer to graduation. After graduation and he was placed in a team, he increased his training with his cousin and his father while beginning to learn what he would do within the clan. Time would go by and Chokurou would become much more involved with the clan's affairs so time with friends would lessen or become rather dull due to his mind focusing more-so on what was happening politically with the Akimichi, specifically to the recent happenings between the Red Sages and the Confederation. He still has the mindset of remaining neutral in the whole matter but he knows he has to do what konaha asks of him.

【Family ties】
The Akimichi are a close nit, traditional family, usually taking care of one another first before moving out towards the community, minus the Hokage or whoever was in charge at the time. Usually politics and such remain in the compound unless the clan leader says otherwise. The clan has not currently come up with a concrete decision on which side they stand for between the Red Sages and the Confederation but have opted for the answer of protecting the citizens of Konohagakurefrom anything that may put them in danger. Besides that the Akimichi clan has, after 200 years, maintained their relations with both the Nara Clan and the Yamanaka Can.

【Fighting style】
Chokurou is quite the powerhouse thanks to the training his father and cousin put him through. He is able to take a beating and continue forwards while providing heavy blows and powerful jutsu. He has no problem getting close and starting a grappling game or staying back and on the defensive. Cho's signature, much like his cousin, is the Buddhist palm, a powerful jutsu that can be used directly or at a distance and can be combined with a few of the Akimichi secret jutsu as well. His stance is basic with left hand open while his right remains closed.

Description:
How it is made: Chakra is concentrated in the palm of the hand and condensed to a fine point. Once it is at the users liking, it is forcibly released from the palm outwards in a cone like shape. From max distance it is enough to knock back an opponent and cause loss of breath. Half the max distance has enough force to knock back single or multiple targets a few meters with a chance to cause disorientation and/or loss of hearing. Direct impact and up to 1.8 meters is enough to shatter bones, rupture organs, cause brain damage or death but once again this also depends on the amount of chakra used and its density.

Appearance: When forming it gives off a light golden hue before turning into a bright gold at the center of the palm. It can also turn to a whitish-gold but this is mostly at a higher level of mastery that Cho has not reached yet. When released, a quick flash of white followed by a dark gold cone-like beam is shot outward, enveloping those in its path.

Sound: When forming, it's sound is relatable to that of a group of monks meditating (humming or whatever it's called) and then when released, sounds very similar to multiple gongs being hit in unison.

Weakness: Like the Akimichi human boulder technique, it is limited in direction as it is a linear attack. Also thanks to how powerful the attack is. It is very taxing on the user's chakra, allowing the use of this move limited to a few times. For Cho, 4 times is max before chakra exhaustion. The best way to negate this attack is with any high powered wind attacks or a similar yang/ying based attack

The snap of the jaw like rock is enough to break or shatter bone and tear flesh, pending if the target is trapped and struggles to free themselves.

The Three Coloured Pills are secret medicines used by the Akimichi clan. As the name suggests, there are three pills, each with a different colour. First is the green Spinach Pill (Hōrengan), next is the yellow Curry Pill (Karēgan), and last is the red Chilli Pill (Tongarashigan).

By forcibly converting the body's fat reserves into chakra, each successive pill ingested gives a tremendous power boost. The Chilli Pill is even said to increase one's power a hundred times. However, the pills have a drawback. Each pill damages the body, poisoning it and since the third pill converts all of one's fat reserves, the user will become dangerously emaciated. It is said that after the third pill, death is imminent. However the Nara Clan has done extensive research on the pills since the Fourth Shinobi War and have lessened the negative effects of the first two pills and have managed to lower the risk of death in the third pill by 20%. Still, this doesn't change the fact that the colored pills are still dangerous as the first two still have the negative drawbacks as they did in the past even if it has been decreased.

@FallenTrinity Akimichi Style: Buddhist Palm lacks weaknesses. What you listed are limits. I want to know what ways I can overcome this technique and negate/stop it.

Earth Style: Terra Vice is not C rank at all if it can break bones and tear skin. Should be closer to B. That said I'm not sure what it does. Does it set a trap? Or does it send the users hand underground to grab the enemy? Needs a bit more clarification.

Three Coloured Pills how long do these effects last?

Aro stands at 174 CM, his build is slender, like most boys his age. He's taller than most of his peers, being almost as tall as most adults. His eyes are blue, with a red nasty scar running down his right eye - the scar caused by him falling off the swings, right into kunai lying in the sand, only a couple of inches from poking his eye out. Besides that, he has a tattoo on his left shoulder, running down over his chest - a pinup of a Kunoichi, with green hair and bandages over her bussom under a cut flack-jacket, showing off her belly. Aro always dresses in a casual looking suit, much to the dismay of his seniors - chinos, dress shirt, tie and sports jacket. All in black, except for the shirt and the tie, which are white and red, respectively. Black gloves don his hands, or his pocket. Aro is a little egocentric, he's not uncaring, or easily excitable, but he is self-assured. He speaks his mind, saying exactly what he means and never beating his chest. He knows his strengths and his weaknesses, proudly proclaiming his positive traits, and doing his best to hide his weaknesses. He is truly something of a believer - as most of his clansmen tend to be, his head sometimes in the clouds, instead of on the task ahead of him. However, his natural slacker tendencies have been all but eradicated thanks to the disciplined upbringing of the Sarutobi Household. He's a excellent soldier, and a free thinker. He might be a jack of all trades and a master of none - or he might be the best of both worlds. Discipline and self-awareness working in perfect harmony.

【History】
He was born in Konoha, his parents both shinobi at the time - his father a jounin and his mother a special chunnin. He grew up in a tough household, being expected to keep up the standards of his fellow Sarutobi, despite showing none of their natural prowess for the ninjutsu arts. In the academy, he was popular due to being social and a easily approachable guy. He wasn't too loud, he wasn't too quiet - he was always ' right on the curve'. He was mediocre, truly.

He graduated at 12, and was put in a team with two other kids, just like everyone else. He grew a lot during this time, able to graduate into chunnin at the age of 16, now showing true prowess, proving himself as a fighter and shinobi, using his wits instead of his chakra to overcome challenges. He made headway during the third part of the chunnin exam, where he made his opponent surrender without throwing a single punch, but instead simply talked to him, using his charisma to convince his opponent that maybe his purpose in life wasn't to be a chunnin - maybe he wanted to be something else.

His opponent went on to be a baker, a damn good one.

Aro's always been fascinated with the power of nature - of storms, in particular, ever since he was little and a storm tore through the Sarutobi compound, lightning running down the big oak tree in the center, leaving beautiful marks. Due to his fascination with the natural phenomenon he has made a name for himself as The Stormchaser - always on a adventure to find a storm, and tailoring his techniques after said storms.

His mother was a proud member of the Uzumaki clan, strong, passionate and incredibly caring, his father a warrior of the Sarutobi clan, concerned with the fate of the world. They were joined thanks to their love for poetry, and found their love in the craft. Aro is a dreamer, that is true. But what are his dreams, truly? Well, at first sight, it strikes me like the only things he cares about are steak dinner and female civilians to flirt with. But over a few sessions, it's clear that he has a deeper purpose. He cares, he really does care. About who, and for what purpose? It's impossible to really tell, it's a question best left for time to answer. When asked to talk about his fears, Aro shrugged and said he was afraid of not being enough, that his fears was really not something he thought about a lot. He sometimes felt a little anxious, being part of the lead clan of the nobles in Konoha came with a burden all within itself, after all.

【Fighting style】
The short and curly is that Aro is a brawler, taking influence from the kickboxing style of martial arts, amplifying it with the use of his knuckle dusters. Relying on momentum-based strikes and his natural agility to defeat his opponent with his taijutsu. However, despite this, he is not stupid, and on multiple occasions proven to be a thinker, using his natural affinity for seal-based techniques, mix with his elemental jutsu to defeat foes more powerful than him.

Description:
Aro channels a lightning bolt through his body, using it to literally ride the lightning towards the ground, at the same speed the bold naturally travels. The energy of the bolt circumventing in his fist, leading to a tremendous amounts of power being channeled through his hand and knuckle duster. While it is primarily a single target attack, it could be used to straight up attack the ground, causing a shockwave able to shatter the ground in a small area. A direct hit is often a direct sentence to the hospital - or worse. Naturally, the power of the technique comes from the speed as few can outrun the speed of a lighting bolt. However, the speed is it's own drawback as it can quite easily harm Aro, leaving him in a weakened state after using it, usually even dislocating his arm. The glaring flaw with the technique is that it's hard to aim as he has no natural way of controlling the bolt.

It soley relies on the concept of hitting someone with the bolt of lightning - a bolt Aro cannot throw.

Well, except I'm not a cunt and wouldn't do that. The range is proportional to his mass and the speed at which he travels. You know, like, physics, and my guestimation of how to calculate said physics. I'd imagine it to be like, 5 meters where shit would actually get wrecked, 100 where you'd feel a tremor in the ground, and like 20 where the earth would be somewhat altered. Like a comet, but out of electricity, and dude, I guess.
