So, if I were interesting in joining this, is there anything I should know about the RP before making a character?

Is there a summary of what's happened thus far?

@Onjage Hey there! It's probably best to get a feel for the RP by reading the first post of the OOC and skimming through the first 4 mod posts or so (you could really just skim the IC posts that are by me, up until the one that starts with "The city had never been so quiet" to get the gist.) Essentially there's been an enormous explosive noise, lots of lightning, after which the grand majority of city-folk were immediately turned to stone. The sky is split in two: night and day, split right over the center of the city.

The OOC first post should hopefully have all you need to make a character that fits in this world, but let us know any questions! :)

I'm back! Had a blast! Found a new Kickstarter project that I'm 1000% on board with: a super amazing post-apocalyptic open-world style board game with infinite replayability called Fallen Lands. Absolutely loved playing it. Went to a lot of writer's panels and was very happy to figure out that I'm doing everything right with my stories when I had doubts in my mind before, no more doubts now, so I can start really getting to work happily on my novel I'm working on.

I'm awesome, thanks. Currently stuck acting as an emergency replacement at a small office forty minutes away, doing my old job, probably until the end of the year. But I get paid more now, and they pay my mileage too, so that's nice.

The house is looking nice. The boyfriend bought extra shelving for all of my books and his forty-something Amiibos with their little displays he imported from Japan and everything. And a new expensive office chair, new sofa cushions, new sofa cover, new lamp. It's seriously frickin fancy in here now.

He's growing a goatee. I've had various beards for half my life, but seeing him with facial hair for the first time is weird. Also strangely sexy.

Sorry. I like talking about myself sometimes. I hope someone posts soon. You're all awesome dudes! In the meantime, I might go play more Styx and try not to die.
