Alright, after some discussion, me and Tex have decided that everyone can post as much as they want.

Besides during battles of course, you can only post once per turn, one attack.

If some peeps end up posting too fast, I'll point it out.

And if some people feel left behind or have a problem with the current speed, they can mention it here in OOC. Do try to post at least once a day, though.

But yeh, keep discussing a crew name, would be good to have the name by the end of Chapter 1.

Well out of the three names so far, Silver Sword [Pirates] fits the best I think. Tried to think of a different name but I couldn't really think of a good theme to base it off of, that and my work likes to drain me of brain power. Heh.

The problem is we don't have much to work with here at the moment. Should we make up some of our own npcs/events as we explore the town? Also is the little girl only yours to command? We need to know what we can work with here to make any more progress. @Jensoman

You don't have to be focused on the child and her family, by the way. You can try to get into contact with other people within the village.

Technically speaking, you can try to explore the entire island without even talking to people within the village, too. There is a path leading into the woods behind the village.
