Jen nodded and smiled.
"Sure," she said, standing up, ready to go.

Ryouko then moved the sphere of blood to his lips, blowing into it. Even though it was an effect he made happen with his control, the sphere blew up a bit, like a balloon. He then seperated the balloon of blood into marbles, making them orbit a central sphere, slightly bigger than the others. Though it was small, the original amount of blood, he still made due with what he had drawn out.

They walked back into the arena and joined the others, the next two combatants had yet to start. Veronica let out a big breath as she sat back into one of the seats.

Jen sat down next to her.
"Do you think this day will end at some point?" She said jokingly.

"Maybe once we get through these fights...any day now..." She joked back. She started to wonder when the guards would come over and make the next two go at it.

[Ryouko]

Ryouko walked out and onto the arena floor silently, against one of the walls. He sat down, closing his eyes, as he inhaled deeply and began to shape the sphere into raindrops. Bloody raindrops. He made them slowly turn around and around, in a circle of seemingly connected blood, a few feet in front of him.

"I am so ready for a nice, warm shower," Jen said, laughing a little, "I haven't been this sweaty in a long time."
She paused for a second, before blushing.
"That came out wrong," she said quickly.

Veronica let out a chuckle. "Oh I get it. I get this sweaty all the time!... And that also came out wrong!" She shook her head and laughed softly.

[Ryouko]

Ryouko then put the sphere back into its concealed place, having it in his pocket. He silently walked back into the audience area, sitting with the people who were already there. 'Why haven't the guards made the next two go yet?' He thought softly.

"What else can you do?" Katherin asked. She was fascinated by Ryouko's ability. Yea it was kind of gross. But atleast it was useful. She could do all the things he could do with it.

Ryouko smiled at Katherin, before he answered her. "I can do a lot of things. I can make my blood into weapons...What I used growing up...And make different things out of it. My favorite is just making it solid enough to where things won't go through it without a lot more force than usual." He then glanced at his pocket. "I don't try to control the blood unless it's outside of me. Never had any need to." He whispered, softly, as he closed his hand around the small sphere of blood. Ryouko tilted his head at her. "Though, I probably need to try it. What do you think?"

Veronica realized this was the first time she could talk to Katherin after the fighting began. His blood power was intriguing. "That is a pretty cool power, but how would it go against a Kiiros flame sword?" trying to get into the conversation.

"I think that if you haven't needed it in all this time it isn't likely that you will need it. But you might want to think about it. But if I had that I wouldn't not until you actually had to.Katherin answered honestly. She was amazed by the others. They could all do so much. What could she do? Not nearly as much as they could.

He looked at Veronica and tapped his chin, before speaking. "It depends on how dense I pack the blood and how cold I can get it from what I can think of. Or if I make my blood...say...acidic. One of the effects of my manipulation." It was actually an interesting idea. He hadn't thought about the effects of fire on it.

Then he looked at Katherin again. "Alright, then...I'm definitely taking that into consideration."

Now was a good enough time to talk to Katherin. "Speaking of powers and with the arena here... I will be honest with you Katherin, you did awful. Now that isn't to say you were personally are bad, just that your fight with Kiiros went over fast and you didn't even get a hit. Granted, you did have the opponent voted most likely to kill, but all you did was fly. I thought you might appreciate some honesty." This may have seemed out of place for Veronica, and it felt bad for her to say it, but she wanted to see if Katherin would respond better to honesty.

"You are the first person to say that. I know I sucked Veronica. I have avoided people my whole life. While I have seen fights I wasn't close enough to actually learn a lot. And I've never been in one. I know I am going to get my ass kicked whenever we do these things." Katherin looked at the other girl. She appreciated the honesty though.

Well, it did go about as well as expected. "If we do sparing/training matches here, and almost defiantly will, I would be happy to help you learn to fight. Your wings look cool, and that is most of what they do, for now. I could help you learn to fight, if you want." Veronica, in her time, has only trained one other person to fight.

Kiiros started trying to withhold laughter from when Veronica decided to be brutally honest with Katherin, it just felt like she walked right up to her and started to tell her she sucks for no reason whatsoever. "ff....hmmhmhm... you should be blunt more often..." He tried to hide his smile with his hands. "I think it fits you- *snort* so much better... ffft." He was doing a terrible job at hiding how hilarious he thought it was, mostly because it sounded like Veronica just pulled a Kiiros on Katherin out of no where.

Katherin shook her head. Not because she didn't want to learn but she didn't think that there would be allowed to do so. "I appreciate the offer Veronica. But I don't think they are going to allow that."

Completely ignoring Kiiros. "They are going to be sending us on missions, the most you could do without combat training is fly people to safety, and they know this. There is no way they would send someone to go help the public that couldn't defend themselves. Not offering sparing matches in down time would be a really stupid move if they do intend for us to help people." The brutally honest and straight forward approach seemed to be working. But Kiiros deserved a brutally straight hit to the...
