For one, the cast includes a paraplegic who stays crippled while transformed into a magical girl, which I have not seen in any other anime.

This is exactly what I had planned for Kei's replacement character; A religious girl with the choice to wish for her own disability, but who instead wished for a family member to return to the fold of God because fourteen year olds raised conservatively are like that. Just trying to shuffle along the five (counting Yuniko) girls in the tit skit towards main street. Also, I'm assuming that they're in a different alley and/or still much further back from the familiar than Minnie and Frederica, so I didn't mention seeing them.

We could actually do with either moving towards another event (which admittedly seems impossible with these girls all over the place, but something to consider), or giving us more to hunt. I predict that if tit skit reaches the action the pace slows into a drag.

They'll sense that it's gone and won't have to pursue any further other than to extricate Salomea, and anyone who's not Julia might collectively be motivated to leave the scene to avoid confrontation with whoever the hell did the thing.

After that someone will have to round up Mary and her bag, which might help split us up a little more until the next in-game day.

I second this notion.
Having the two closest to the familiar kill it would be a nice wrap up for what's currently going on, and could allow for new scenes that might not be as much of a cluster as this one could become, what with it being a special event for the town and all.
