It's the original Megatron! Everything came after him. But the comics are very serious storylines, makes him seem like a real villain.

Some of the other stuff I've seen, like in Beast Wars, yes they had a Megatron in that one, made him pretty scary. One of my more favorite variation of transformers.

That's actually a different character! Beast Wars Megatron is a criminal who took the name for himself, since the real Megatron has been missing for millions of years. However, he's a great character and I love that show. It aged pretty well. :D I really liked Tarantulus, Inferno, and Rampage.

...I need to watch this again.

Should still be the same, I just haven't been on much because I've spent three weeks in the hospital, and I have to come back in another week for surgery, so my Skype time is limited.
