"But you will improve eventually. There's nothing actually wrong with you, as far as I can tell" Kos told Sasha.

Soon, they were within sight of the farm. "That was faster than I thought" Orna replied, still held by Tran. "You think you can put me down on the couch?"

Veax took her right hand in his own. For a dracon, his hands were a bit cold. "May I have this dance?" he said with a smile.

"Yeah. Sorry for dashing off to fight your brother so soon after getting here. I mean, we males can be quite competitive" Larek told Nyx, adding a sheepish smile.

Sasha nodded, "I know" she said softly

tran nodded, "I can" he said, continuing to walk towards the farm.

Hermia smiled, nodded, "you may"

"Its okay" nyx said happily

"I suppose our daughters should get enough exercise too" Kos said. "Once we have some, that is" he added.

Orna hugged him tight. "Are you getting tired? You've been so nice to me, even after I snapped at you. If there's anything you want, let me know."

Veax took her hands and started to dance, taking care not to step on her tail when it was close to the floor.

"Maybe we should check on Railing and Prudence" Larek suggested.

"I'm good" tran said, giving her a smile, "good stamina and I am strong. So that helps"

hermia moved with vaeax happily. She was a good dancer, all in all.

nyx nodded, going to find her brother and his wife. Railimg hadn't come in yet, he was sitting as Prudance gently laid a water soaked compress on his right shoulder and arm. She looked up when Nyx stepped out.

"It helps with inflammation" she said softly

"I know, muscle damage can take a long time to heal" nyx said. She had known Railing had been more injuried by his captivity than he let on. It was why he couldn't weild his sword.

"If it will make you feel better, we can try for an egg again later tonight" Kos suggested.

"Heh. Like my brothers and father" Orna replied.

Veax wasn't the best dancer, but he had improved just enough that he wouldn't embarrass himself.

Larek followed Nyx saw Railing and was unpleasantly surprised by his condition. "Oh... gods. Are you alright, Railing? You didn't tell me you were still recovering from that. It's been months since we got you out of there..."

"Well see" Sasha said, giving him a small smile

Tran nodded, shifting to open the door to the house, "yeah"

Hermia was having fun, letting herself simply move as Veax did.

Railing smiled, shrugged, "it's mainly precaution, after a workout like that. To prevent damage to previously damaged muscles. Muscle injuries take a while to heal sometimes, and once something heals it never as strong, and can be at times easily injuried.My sword arm, so of course they would want to damage it. "

Kos returned the smile. "Yeah, I guess we will."

"Just set me down on the couch there, please" Orna asked.

Veax moved with Hermia, his eyes half-closed in joy.

"You should have that looked at by the clerics in the temple. They can restore damaged tissue completely, I am sure. I mean, they can bring back the dead if need be so fixing an arm is easy." Larek explained.

"So. What next?" Sasha said

Hermia could nave done this all afternnon. She kissed him softly as they continued to dance

railings exoression darkned breifly, "I have no use for the temples, or the clerics" he said softly, his tone conveying that he did not wish to speak on this topic.

Nyx winced.

"Depends. You still up for more exercise?" Kos asked.

Orna smiled. "Thanks! Also, if its not too much trouble, could you get the bucket full of water? I filled it up earlier today. It should still be warm, or at least lukewarm. I want to dip 'the girls' in it" she said, referring to her feet.

Veax eventually sstopped dancing. "Where did you learn how to dance? That was great!"

"Is something wrong?" Larek wondered, speaking to Nyx, as he saw Railing didn't want to answer.

Tran noddedm "of course" he said, going and getting the bucket soon returning

hermia shrugged, "you pick it up here and there working in an inn"

"Larek, it was mages that had him, remember? So of course he will be wary of magic, even if it is from the clerics" nyx said, at least, tnats what she thought.

[Aristocles]

"How about... you know what? I think we should be done for now. I don't want to overdo it, and I don't just mean for your sake, but for mine. I'm getting kinda hungry" Kos replied.

"Ahhh... much better" Orna said, feeling the water come into contact with her sore feet. "There's room for your claws in here too, if you'd like."

"You weren't a dancer for the inn, were you?" Veax wondered.

Larek thought on that. "True... but there were mages who helped free him. Hmm." Larek went over to Prudence and Railing. "If you don't mind, I'd like to see if we can get Vespion to help. He fought alongside my father back in the war. Don't think of him as a mage or cleric, but as a friend who just happens to know magic."

"Alrifht" tran said, and sat down, putting his own in.

"A couple of times I filled in" Hermia said, "covering a dancd, if needed"

"You can trust vespion. He was the one that healed the hatchling that was going to die, even with all of mothers treatment" nyx said

railing sighed, and orudence nudged him. "Fine"

[Aristocles]

"What shall we cook?" Kos asked.

"Doesn't that feel nice?" Orna said, her mood rapidly improving.

"I see. I hope you enjoyed that" Veax replied.

"We'll get him and be back as soon as we can. He lives in the temple here in Minbenthac" Larek said, getting up. He quickly got his pants back on and put them over his loincloth. "Let's go, Nyx."

"It was just dancing, Veax. My inn was a decent place, the owner didn't tolerate the female workers being treated merely like pieces of meat" hermia said

Nyx nodded, "rifht, we will be back"

"Some meat. Lots of it" Kos said, struggling not to let his mouth water.

Orna eventually got out of the bucket and lay down on the couch. "Do you think I need to toughen up, Tran?"

"Good to hear" Veax replied. "That inn certainly was better than many."

Larek led Nyx to the Great Temple of Minbenthac, going up the many steps to the plateau near the city wall. "This place always amazes me..."

Sasha smiled, heading inside, "alright then, that can be arranged"

"I think you are fine the way you are" tran said honestly, "but I will help if you want to"

"It was" hermia agreed

"Yeah" nyx agreed, following along

"Good. And maybe some of that tomato paste. That human stuff... ketchup!" Kos added.

"It's really just something I have to get used to" Orna assured him.

"Are your sisters as good as it as you are?" Veax wondered.

Larek went into the temple and looked for Vespion, finding him deep in prayer in front of a statue.

"Sure, we have some" sasha said, getting some meat, ketchup, and vegatables out.

Tran nodded, "alright"

"Sasha maybe. Nyx, well, she was never the type to go out. I'm not sure Bout her dancing skills" hermia said

"Yeah, amazing how good that sauce can be" Kos replied.

"How did you get so tough, anyway?" Orna asked.

"She's quite the fighter, for a girl" Veax said, smiling. "I hope that wasn't offensive" he quickly added.

Larek waiting for a moment, then Vespion noticed them and slowly rose, finishing his prayers. "Yes, may I help you?"

"Vespion, it's me, Larek. Adykon's son." The cleric looked closely at the dracon. "Yes, I see. And what is it that you want? We don't give special services based on lineage here."

"Oh, I didn't mean it like that, and I'm not here for myself. There's someone with an injured arm. Nyx, he's your brother, maybe you should explain."

"It is" Sasha agreed, starting to prepare their meal, "and simple to make, really"

Tran shrugged "living in the city, working on a farm" he said simply

"It's not" hermia said "she worked hard to become so"

Nyx thought for a minute "my brother was held prisoner for three years by some bad magic users. He must have posed a threat, for they injured him, and it seems quite continuously, and obviously lasting"
