[Aristocles]

"True, although it's the little touches that make all the difference" Kos said. "I'm not exactly known for the fine details."

"Hmm, I don't suppose a woolen loincloth would be bet. Too itchy down there" Orna said, laughing a bit.

"Do you miss living in the big city?" Veax queried.

Larek thought about that. "I wouldn't like it at all. You have a good point. Still, if I were to be injured like that, I'd seek help immediately, not put up a fight about it."

Aerta focused on the side that had Jammy in view. Her words only reached Jammy at the moment, but she could still see Danae and choose to respond to her when she wanted to.

"I'm glad I didn't surprise you too much. Or at all. Well, Jammy, when are you available? I was thinking of a meeting either at my place or at Danae's house, given that there is more room there. I can provide transportation for you and Marx when you need it."

"Because pepper and ketchup aren't fine details" sasha said

tran laughed and nodded, "definetely not"

"Not as much as I thought I would" hermia said

"Yes, but Railimg was held captive for three years by magic users. I can understand why he wouldn't trust the clerics, he only agreed to let vespion help because we suggested it" nyx said

"We can be free any afternoom" jammy replied

[Aristocles]

"Well, that is true" Kos said, a bit embarrassed.

"I think I'll make those out of cotton for you" Orna replied.

"Well, there's less crime out here. Less noise, much less crowding too" Veax added.

"I guess I wouldn't be adverse to it, as my mother is a mage" Larek admitted. "Not everyone has a sorceress for a parent."

"Alright, that works for me" Aerta said, switching eyes. "How about you, Danae?"

Sasha nodded and smiled

"Good idea" tran said

"It is nice" hermia said

"He just needs time. More than his body needs to heal" nyx said, sitting down

Danae was rocking her newly hatched child and looked up to see Aerta. "Well, nice to see the old ways are still used. My husband and the rest of my family are gone for the next few days herding cattle, so I've got plenty of room if you and Jammy would like to come," She said.

[Aristocles]

"Do you have any favorite spices? Want to try anything new" Kos asked.

"Any color you like?" Orna asked. "White is easiest to make, but I suppose I could dye something for you."

"We don't have a lot of culture out here, I admit" Veax said. "Not much music besides mine."

"His mind and soul need to recover" Larek said. "That's true, but retreating into a shell won't help him any either."

"That would be good. The three of us can meet and we can sit down and discuss things before our families meet. One moment please." Aerta said. She teleported to Jammy's place and offered her transportation to Danae's house.

"I've even got my older grandchildren visiting if you'd like to bring some of your children along," Danae said to Aerta before she she left.

[Aristocles]

"My children are all busy or taking naps at the moment. It's why I've waited until now to contact you. Besides, we'll bring all our families to one place in a few days or weeks. Whatever works for you" Aerta said to Danae. "I can come over for a few hours. Just give me a moment to get Jammy." Aerta wouldn't take another person far from home against their will, so she needed to get Jammy's approval before being teleported all that distance.

"Hm. I don't really have a favorite spice" Sasha said

"I am Happy for white" tran said

"Your music is enough" hermia said

Nyx shrugged "shall we just throw him into an adventure then?"

"Alright" jammy said, packing up her bag, putting it away

[Aristocles]

"I like pepper. The hotter, the better!" Kos replied, giving her a toothy smile. Or a fangy smile, as it would be for a dracon.

"Got it. Less work for me!" Orna said, chuckling a bit.

"Aww. Thanks!" Veax replied.

"Oh, no. Not now, at least. Only when he feels up to it" Larek replied.

Aerta teleported Jammy to Danae's place. All three females were now in the same room together.

"Welcome you two, anyone want tea?" Danae asked, shifting the hatchling in her arms.

"Tea would be nice" Jammy said "I doubt I will ever get use to traveling so quickly" she laughed

[Aristocles]

"Oh yes, tea would be fine, thank you." Aerta said, bowing her head in a gesture of gratefulness. "I see your new child has hatched" she commented.

Danae nodded and set the hatchling on a clean blanket on the floor so it could stretch and play with its toys before getting her guests tea. "Just today in fact. Still haven't figured a name for her, I thought I'd have another boy so I didn't think of girl names," She said, looking up as her group of grandkids ran in from outside, caked in mud from head to toe. They chased each other around for a few moments and then ran back out. "Thank goodness they didn't go on the carpets," She said, going back to making tea.

Jammy smiled, watching the hatchlings run around. "You let them in messy" she said amused. She wached them leave, "So,its true then that humans raise their children differently to dracons"

[Aristocles]

Aerta was mortified upon seeing such a mess. Her blue eyes were open wide upon seeing the muddy footprints and claw marks, not to mention the rest of the mess.

"Shouldn't they get cleaned?" she took a few steps, walking gingerly over the mud, accidentally stepping in a small puddle of mud. She leapt up in response. "Yah!" she fell back and would have landed on her back if not for her ability to teleport. She teleported while falling in mid-air, appearing just over the couch and landing on her back. She made sure to keep the mud on her right foot from touching the couch as she stumbled for a handkerchief with which to clean her claws. Luckily, she found one on a table.

"Well, never a dull moment around here" she replied, calming down as she cleaned off. Turning to Jammy, she replied to that. "Yes... very different. I hope the tea is good."

"Clean them just so they can go roll around in the mud again? No, let them get dirty and then I'll give them a bath when they're too tired to fight me for bed," Danae said, setting the tea down on the coffee table in front of her guests. "And besides, a little dirt never hurt anyone. Keeping little ones clean all of the time is a sure way to raise sickly children." Danae smiled to where her hatchling cooed and kicked around, waving her arms.

[Aristocles]

"Well, thanks for the tea" Aerta said taking it and drinking her cup. It was quite good. "I let my children exercise quite a bit, and they are free to get dirty outside, but I insist they clean when they enter. Still, I'm not going to tell you how to raise your children, especially since many are human and all that. It's important that they relax after exercising too, you know."

[GhostWing]

Danae nodded and snapped her fingers, the majority of the mud disappearing back outside. "I used to have Adair wash up outside before coming in and kept this place spotless, but Alan and Bran kept getting sick. Then Adair's mother said I was keeping them too clean. I haven't had a sick child since. Anyways, what were you wanting to talk about?"

[Aristocles]

"Well, a number of things. What to tell our oldest sons or daughters and what advice we can give them. We are grandmothers, after all, matriarchs of our families" Aerta said, taking no small amount of pride in it. "As for the other thing, I mentioned keeping the children relaxed. It's important that they get some rest after exercising and that they recover from exertion well. I make sure they get their naps and I knead their muscles after they've had a lot of exercise. It helps them sleep better and helps their muscle tone, I've found."
