You said the virus you are getting is coming from a site called safebooru? If so then yeah it's Unending Empire's character images, her two appearance images come from that site.

@ Rumi: I don't know =P Out of all the years I spent watching Justice League, Teen Titans, ect, I never asked where they got their funding from. I honestly don't think it's going to effect the story much.
