Interesting a civilian. I would possibly increase her age a bit. 20 is an rather young age for someone to be a world famous reporter. I mean I'd say maybe you could get that status in your mid to later twenties if you're lucky, more probably in your thirties (forties would probably do it but you'd lose your young girl charm normally). So I'd say push the age up a tad, unless you have some reasonable excuse as to why her "years" at a local newspaper connected her to a world-wide-web of writer. But I suppose the kids in Japan are trained to be super children, given the number of times Kids saved the world with beyblade, pokemon, yugioh, digimon, etc, etc, etc. No wonder why getting into a university is hard when you've all saved the world by age 16 four to eight times. All joking aside, just please watch your word usage, I think there's an odd typo in there I noticed but other than the age factor I think she's fine.
I normally am more of a stickler for the details but there's not much to be fussy about.
Name: Jack 'Deadeye' Andrews"I'm not good, not bad... but I sure as hell ain't ugly."
Age: 38
Species: Human
Side: a gunslinger for hire playing after his own rulesDeadeye is a famous Gunslinger well known in the underworld, from normal delinquents to the biggest crimelords, everyone has heard the stories. He made a name for himself back then when he was in his mid 20s, where he took on an entire Cartel singlehandedly. Slowly bringing it down, facility by facility, man by man. Soon there was nothing left from neither the Cartel nor its former members.
Another time a criminal organisation was robbing a train Jack was on, as a blind passenger to avoid drawing attention. They rappelled off helicopters onto the moving train, which was pretty crazy in Jacks eyes, but he also knew that those guys had to be professionals and that they didn't just get on the train for nothing. So he decided to crash the party. He took them on alone again and soon the passengers were safe. Though he couldn't find out what those guys were after in the first place, but it didn't really bother him. The government however was holding Jack responsible for the train robbery. He didn't claim a reward from the passengers he saved. When the conductor asked him what he should tell the authoroties, Jack simply said "Tell 'em the truth. If they don't listen, that's on them. But maybe you can get on the radio... Fudge our arrival time a bit... It's been a long day. And I wouldn't mind a 5-minute head start."
Personality: Jack believes that the world is what people made it, and if they made it a bad place, it would be bad for them. He also believes in decisions and respects what his enemies had chosen to do, but constantly says they still brought their deaths upon themselves. He believes in justice and respects everyone and their choices.
Jack has a bad habit of blowing stories out of proportion, or changing them up as he goes along.
Powers/Skills:
- Gunslinger
- Marksman
- Quick on the draw
- Good Reflexes
Main: His trusty pair of Sixshooters with switched out Cylinders and different ammunition types ranging from your average bullet to trackers.

- tracking devices
- When hunting down his targets he challenges them to a showdown, like in the old western movies. He never lost a single duel so far. If his opponent decides to run, Deadeye will hunt him down. In his eyes he gave his opponent a fair choice.
- In most situations he unintentionally gets wind up in, the local authorities hold Jack responsible.
- There is a bounty of 60.000$ on his head. Dead or Alive.
