What you're looking for is the SRD, which means the "System Reference Document" i.e. official stuff. Here's the link. Here's also a quick-link to what the spells do and such, along with other spells of their level.

Admittedly, it'll be hard for you to just be a lightning throwing sorcerer because there are only so many electrical based spells you can pick from. That being said, if you want to be a pure evocation blaster-caster, that's totally doable. The fact you favor lightning is just a quirk.

The only reason I'm being nitpicking is mostly for balance, since things Lesser Teleport essentially means "Fuck your cage" or "To hell with gravity". And that's a cantrip. With a bit of creativity, you can do some massive damage simply by teleporting above your target, dropping an object as a free action, and teleporting out.

Do it do it do it. Make it a lady orc too with a double orc axe, so Malkai won't feel so nervous around the other girls. He's not very good at interacting with other girls of "prettier" races cause he doesn't want to act stereotypical. You'll see what I mean once you get past his gruff exterior.

@Lucius Cypher Hahahaha, no. In all that SRD list I only see 2 electrical spells from lvl. 0-5. I just can't limit myself to know only 2 electrical spells, one of them being shocking grasp which empowers your punch with electricity meaning I have to get THAT close as it was discussed earlier. If your only problem is with my teleport, I'll change it for something else, no need to give me a spell list made for punching bags...

Well, the simplest option takes a page out of the wizard book from Pathfinder, so not so much homebrewed as backward conversion: allow your evocation spells to convert the type of energy damage they do. For example, a fireball becomes a lightning ball instead. Effectively the same spell, just doing electricity damage. This way you can use other evocation spells and just changed the the name and damage type.

I'd say this would take a feat, but considering that were somewhere around level 10 you should have one or two to spare.

@Bishop Frankly? Nothing from the Homebrewed section. Trouble with that is that most all of your spells are homebrewed.

Also, a memory wipe cantrip? Saves aside, you could stab someone, throw the dust in their face, and they wouldn't know what happened.

Yeah, no offense Bishop. But home brew stuff is pretty often op. That's why I would prefer it if people stuck with srd not home brew. The dust especially can be a problem.

Teleportation is a little iffy as well. Because it would mean that any situation I put you in. Especially a cage you can get out of no sweat.

About the mana thing, I suggest we sorcerers have a minimum of 103 mana pool(based on our level that I'm taking as 10)
lvl.0 spells->1 mana=6 mana per day
lvl.1 spells->2 mana=12 mana per day
lvl.2 spells->3 mana=18 mana per day
lvl.3 spells->4 mana=24 mana per day
lvl.4 spells->5 mana=25 mana per day
lvl.5 spells->6 mana=18 mana per day
Calculating the mana that we need to perform lvl.0,1,2,3(6 times per day),lvl.4(5 times per day) and lvl.5(3 times per day) spells I came with a mana pool of 103 to be able to perform each level of spell the number that was allowed for sorcerers each day.

We don't need a limit. It works just like how I said before. The spells drain mana and as it gets used up the character will begin to feel exhausted. The higher the spell the more tired you become from using it.
