Depending on when the GM decides to show up again, I might drop out of this.
And I might give up on joining. Here's the CS I've planned, by the way; I was going to have Hex privately parse it, but he's been gone for three days:

Theodore Narra
Age 18| Height 5'6| Blood Type O
Physical Description:
Theodore is, like most Limiters, physically fit beyond his time and training, with the body of an olympic athelete. Well-muscled, but lean and thin, Theodore is...proud of his body and tries to keep it fit through mundane means even though he subconciously knows he doesn't have to. Not merely that, but either because of his genes or his Limiter powers, he is perfectly symmetrical; his eyes are perfectly alinged with his nose, while his arms and legs are the same length. His brown skin also melds aestethically with his green eyes and black hair, giving him a strange, exotic look.
Biography/background:
Theodore Narra was born in the Philippine Archipelago, two years into the Moonman Invasion and the days of suffering. During that time, the Islands were being ravaged by a vast invasion of abominations, with Manila, the capital and his birthplace, teeming with refugees being evacuated to Japan, which was successfully fighting off the Moonmen. Theodore and his family were part of the thirteenth evacuation wave, which was lucky as the metropolis soon had to be destroyed by nuclear fire when the enemy hordes finally reached it. Nevertheless, the boy would grow up in a country that was not his own, a country which was soon to join The Coalition, the first Pan-Human Government.
The early years in Japan would have vague memories of hunger and hardship and as he grew, he and his family began to experience episodes of racism, racism directed against Koreans, Chinese, and other Non-Japanese. Thankfully, the Directorate stomped on such treatment, not out of altruism but out of stern pragmatism; they couldn't afford to let Humanity divide itself. And so Theodore's adolescence had him be treated as an equal, although 'equality', in this case, meant being equally oppressed. He took to the Directorate-sponsored education projects quickly, taking history as one of his favorite subjects. And so life for the Narra family progressed - until disease took Theodore's parents, a simple infection that was too expensive to treat, 'necessitating' their being euthanized.
This shook Theodore hard, especially as he was now left with almost nothing except what the Directorate would give him, and so he did the best thing he could; he learned more and he trained more, to ready himself for a career in the army; if he were to die, let it be on his own two feet!
So for the next few years, he would ask what troops were nearby for tips; how did they fight? How did they survive? How did they deal with things? Should they not answer, he would request military and weapons manuals, as well as train himself in Eskrima/Kali, the Philippine Martial Art. And so, life went on, until on his 18th birthday, he was tested for Limiter powers...and found positive.
Quickly snatched, Theodore would find himself thrown headlong into a fight he did not expect...
Personality:
Theodore is persistent, but not foolish; he knows exactly what to fight for and what to not give up on, this primarily includes hope of a better life and hope of a better world for future generations. He believes that he cannot achieve it in his lifetime, but that would not stop him from trying, and nor would it stop him from trying to be the best, kindest, and most protective person he can be. While he has seen both the benefits and drawbacks of the Directorate, he also knows this; that for now, it is the last hope of humanity. He would then smile, and emphasize:
"For now."
Special Ability:
Theodore's power is the ability of rejuvenation and control of organic matter; he can restore rotten meat to freshness and barren soil to fertility at his lowest levels. At medium strength, he can heal people's injuries, knitting wounds, fixing bones, and replenishing lost blood. And finally, at highest levels, he can take a seed, toss it at an enemy, and watch it become a writhing morass of vines that would slowly strangle it. Alternatively, he can transform a piece of spider silk and bug chitin into durable armor, or a small thorn and some plant matter into a Kalis.
However, his powers come with one great cost; If Theodore tried to bring an animal or a human back to life, going beyond keeping the 'meat' fresh, then the cadaver becomes a Moonman Abomination should he pump too much power into it. This stacks with the costs of overexertion, meaning that Theodore, theoretically, can work himself to fainting only to create a monster.
Skillset:
Theodoro is skilled in History, Swordsmanship, Unarmed Combat, and also First Aid, which he might use in conjunction with his powers in the future. He is also fond of music and musical instruments, and has also learned how to cook. And finally, he is also a gymnast.
Equipment:
A vest, shirt, and tough jeans, with the first containing various pockets of seeds and organic material. Smartphone, Money, and a First Aid Kit.
