@Heat glad to hear it, perhaps with speed being the key you could be tasked to hunt down Cassie? Starting at the airbase in gateway. Alternatively there was just a super powered jailbreak

@6slyboy6@Sep Also possible that your guy caught wind of a possible super in Lorne HQ. Lorne is an Enson competitor so Tobias would probably keep an ear to the ground on stuff they are doing. Especially if it concerns people with special abilities.

The other two options are more likely for him to hear about but maybe less accessible with the storm moving in.

@t2wave Yes, scratch what I said, I meant to say contact. No one wants to meet a creepy psychic person who probably weighs around 200 pounds and lives at his mother's house, having nothing better to do, than to hack into governement stuff.

@6slyboy6The reason the Watcher isn't going to contact anyone in person yet is that detracts from the mystery. He's intrinsically tied to the plot in regards to where powers come from, what you think that means I will leave upto you. Also you need to give me time as everyones wanting his attention :P
