I'm currently going under the assumption that the Watcher is a hacker (possibly a technopath) given this and the previous iteration of the RP. Assuming that is the case then communication with Lynda could be made directly, presumably at all times.

He's intrinsically tied to the plot in regards to where powers come from, what you think that means I will leave upto you. Also you need to give me time as everyones wanting his attention :P
