@Weird Tales I am very iffy on this just because 5th imps are basically god like beings by the standards of normal people/DC characters. Having one on the team seems like it can lead to some serious problems. That and dimensional teleportation at a whim seems a tad scary to me power wise. @Wisp Your thoughts?

@knighthawk That is what I was thinking, which is why I am iffy about it in the first place.

@Saarebas Jr doesn't have any reality powers and literally his powers that is listed are all he has because he's young and the dimensional belt is for traveling purposes only and won't be used in combat

@Saarebas@Weird Tales
I have to agree - I'm thinking that having a dimension-jumper from the fifth dimension may actually be a bit too much. In comparison to others in the DC universe, he does register on a more godlike level than them. In my opinion, he's got excessive knowledge beyond his fourth wall awareness/breaking, given the fact that he's only thirteen. The dimension jumping at a whim is a concern, too; he's a thirteen-year-old with a lot of power, even if it's from his utility belt. We already have Toon Girl with her portable holes, but dimension traveling is on a whole other level.

@Weird Tales Fair enough, just do three things for me and he should be good to go. One is be careful with his 4th wall knowledge", having that much insight on literally everything in not only one universe but dozens of them can be a bit of a deus ex machine type situations that would put Batman to shame. Keep your word about his dimensional belt and not abuse its power. Lastly maybe tone down his flight speed a bit, I only say this because I gave @knighthawk such a hard time for his speedster character.

EDIT: @Wisp Sorry about the sudden judgment call, I will make sure to communicate with you more about these things.

@Saarebas@Wisp I made his flying speed mach 1.2, also his knowledge of the DC universe is from a fanboy perspective so it isn't really for problem solving purposes, but more for humor. I won't abuse the dimension belt, it was just so that he had a way to get back home

@Weird Tales Are you willing to drop his speed down to just bellow the sound barrier, because as of the moment he is still breaking it. Besides that everything else seems pretty good.

Do you consider flight speed as abusive as running speed? Flight is mostly a method of travel

From what I understand its a bit more abusable than running speed since its basically 'running' in 3d. Sonic Booms are pretty nasty.

running makes it easier to dodge and make sharp turns and being in doors hurts high speed flight

Oh shoot! Hmm, do we want to make up a new city, or use an established city?

@Wisp An already existing city could work as long as it isn't one such as Gotham or Metropolis

EDIT: Then again since we are a new team we could go with a new city

@Saarebas
"Central City, former home of the second Flash (Barry Allen). Its location has been variously stated to be in Ohio, Illinois, and Florida. During the Wally West era, it was shown to be across a river from Keystone City in Missouri."
We'd just have to pick a state to put it in?

Alternatively, Nouveau City - a play on words? That's not an existing city.
