Ah yes that was more or less a undesirable consequence of dealing with BPD. Basically at about the time I 'vanished', my doctor had switched me onto a different medication than the usual (a new clinical trial that was supposed to be better for me because it had less chances of me becoming totally dependent upon it) but and I quote it had 'adverse effects to my mental state' or to put it less bluntly I was about halfway between throwing myself off the nearest building or drinking myself to death. So much fun right? So my RPs at the time kind of fell to the wayside because I was too much of a mess to really deal with anything at all. But lucky that issue has been resolved. So yay!? I guess.

Edit: I know it's kind of short, but I didn't have much to say. The way I have Serenity is, she wouldn't be chummy with many of the other Guardians, only because she would have been very studious. Apart from Jack (who I've talked to about their relationship) she wouldn't know most of the other Guardians aside from their name and what they look like.

@DJAtomika She might have, but again she isn't one to start striking up conversations with everyone. She may give him a smile or something. Once down the road she will open up more (hopefully) and talk more to everyone.

Your post was excellent. The perfect length, in my opinion. As you've already discussed with DJ, and what I said before, friendships will grow naturally in the story. The whole 'already being friends' was purely optional that some people went with.

I thought I'd address activity in this roleplay. The point of it is to be fluid. If you run into real life trouble, want to focus on something else, take a break, or whatever, then it's totally fine and you can return whenever you want. This is one of the reasons why we have summaries in posts, so that people can catch up.

Your primary character will be marked as inactive if you yourself are inactive in the in-character and out-of-character for an extended period of time. By that time I mean weeks, not months. When and if you come back, you have to create a new primary character. That's it. You don't have to apologize or send me awkward messages or whatever. The only things I will say is "come back anytime" and "welcome back".

Also, I've bumped @Rockette to co-GM. She has been helping me with the anti-godmodding system, and she has experience with judging combat posts in the fashion that I do myself. She was in the first The Spirits Within roleplay that I did, until the bitter end. And we have worked on lore together on several occasions. Whatever you can think of to ask me, she could probably answer as well.

Honoured to be a co-GM to you guys. The first The Spirits Within was so long ago, it's crazy to think about that it was some - two years? - ago. TSW has come a long way since then! Anyways, just got home officially so working on my introductions now.
