well I will say from things I've seen, when one can infuse themselves with an element, they usually get a boost to strength, and endurance. though the results usually varies depending on how much element was infused and their original abilities. Don't know if it could go up that high personally as well without ALOT of lightning, not to mention adverse affects on the body afterwords sense your using the element to push your body past it's limits for a temp amount of time.

Honestly I say in truth it is natsu's years of training and adrenaline that makes him go beyond human limitations plus I am sure he would be considered to have adhd lol
