@reiko You know, it's funny; the way you wrote examples of their exchanges are exactly how I imagined it going - just constantly belittling each other to the point where everyone else would think that there's actually love loss between them, but in reality it's just some weird, kind-of-sort-of-but-not-really friendship.

Yeah, someone stop her. Alex is somewhat of a paradox in everything: her "feminity" shows during her displays of amped up testosterone in the fact she doesn't follow any "code." Like even when two guys who hate each other fight, they have this unspoken rule that some things are not ever brought up. Alex is just, "I'm angry so fuck you. No remorse for my words." And this leads into her "insight" and "observation" skills. She's cruel with words because she doesn't see how it effects those she's yelling at. If they cried then she would feel guilty because it has to be physically there. Or if someone she didn't have this vendetta against like Jackson was upset and it was obvious she wouldn't start anything with him and just let him be. Alex can make observations of humans as a whole (like I wrote in her CS, "everyone's got mommy or daddy issues" or people act this way when they're interested in someone) but even though she spends years with some of her friends, she still wouldn't be able to tell you how they'd feel or think of something.

Sounds like there are a lot of contradictions within her personality. Like, just based off of what I read in her sheet as well as what you just said now, she does or says shit and never realizes what it does to a person, be it making them cry or making them even angrier. I think, in Jackson's case, he'll get even angrier at her to the point of actually going in for a right hook or a left straight jab - yeah, if you've read his sheet, you'd know that he has no qualms with hitting a girl. Hell, in my latest post it was proven that he doesn't think before he acts, so punching a female is definitely within his long, long, long list of stupid shit he'll do. I think he wouldn't hit Ash because he genuinely cares about her, and, well, he totally wants to romance the fuck out of her..

But back on the topic.

A saying I've heard reminds me a lot of Alex:

"That person is a hell and a hand basket."

I really don't know what it means, but it probably has something to do with them being really mentally busy.

Lol, Alex doesn't go around punching everybody; she just aggravates them till they take the first hit and then it's all downhill from there.

After UrbanDictionary-ing it, I'm getting that it means shit's gonna get bad real fast. If it's hell in a handbasket, it kind of means the person's just terrible inside and out.

Tate isn't as disastrous as Alex but that's basically what that saying means. Someone who keeps getting worse and digging their grave. Due to Tate's foolhardy nature, I thought it was fitting since he does what he wants with little to no thought xD.

The saying just means you can start disasters and shit (and not rlly caring for the consequences) xD

The bolded part - that's JAckson in a nutshell. Dude is a loveable idiot, but Icly, ask anyone who has exchanged words with him; he's a dumbass with limited "safety first" concerns, which usually means shit just getting out of hand like in my latest post.

But I've been reading a lot of your characters! And I've done some roleplays with lovely complex and fabricant451!

I'm hoping to do a totally weird, stripped knee high, mismatching clothes character and a character that is a good best friend since childhood.

I need someone to be his childhood friend... Preferably a girl so that he teased her constantly.

@AimeChambers Where will she be located? That's the biggest thing depending on previous relationships. Make your character first and put a placeholder name for that character for the time being. If you want a character that can be easily teased, who has a bullied backstory, then Nessarose would probably be your best bet. Nessa moved from England to New York when she was 8/9.

Gray, Red, and Purple are available, so remember to incorporate some of the values of the color into your character(s).

@AimeChambers Keep in mind there's 1 female position for Purple, 1 female position for Gray, and 1 male position for Red.

Your male will have to be in red if you're making a male character since most of the other positions are practically filled up.
