I think there are far more important things to worry about than people calling their characters "muses".

Eva Jones & Didi Sabello

Directly continued from @lopsided last post

Eva looked up at the approaching girl, smiling. "Good mornin'~" Eva took a sip of her coffee, almost sighing as the warm drink immediately began working on her tired body. "Do you wanna head up to my place?" The girl asked, "might as well get started getting ready for the party, eh?" Taking her still steaming cup of coffee and barely touched muffin, Eva waved goodbye to Connor as she headed towards the exit.

"Right." heaving a sigh, she followed Eva, wearily. "Let's just get this over with. " She gave Connor a wave before heading out for the door. There was no turning back now when they reached for the stairs to Eva's apartment. "I really hope you'll go easy on me, E." Didi said.

Pulling her apartment keys out from her skirt pocket, Eva struggled to jam the key inside, sighing when the door to her place was finally unlocked. She nudged the door open with her shoulder, shoving her keys back into her pocket, trying to make sure her muffin didn't drop to the ground. "Well, depends on what you define as easy" The brunette teased the older girl. She had been waiting for this day, to be able to finally see Didi dressed up in one of her outfits, her cute outfits. "Want anything before we get started? This process might be a long one~" There was still a teasing lilt to her voice, and Eva was sure that it would remain like that for a while.

Well, It cant be that bad. Just try on a couple of dresses and see which one she fancies, it's not like Eva'll force her against her will. Her stomach slightly churned at Eva's teasing. "Good Lord, help me." She thought.
" How about some reassurance. Would be nice." She lazily dropped her bag on the couch, and slumping right next to it. It wasnt the first time Didi was here, and she could never get over how fancy the place is compared to the hovel she shacks up with Benji and Kip.

"Right, assurance. Well, I can assure you that you'll look fantastic tonight!" The girl smiled brightly. Eva threw her morning bag across the hallway towards her room as she headed towards the kitchen. "You sure you don't want a drink or anything to eat? I'm sure someone's bought the groceries this week..." Eva's voice trailed off as she checked the fridge for anything to offer her guest.

"No, no. I'm good." Didi made a face when she took a sip of her room temperature coffee. Setting it aside, she reclined in the couch, making herself at home. She was still feeling a bit sleepy from the lack of sleep, and the couch wasnt making her any more awake. Moving to her side, she sees a bunch of make up scattered on the coffee table, and taking the eyelash curler w/c she is awfully reminded of that one scene from Clockwork Orange. Scourging through the pile, she took the fancy looking eyeliner with a fancy name. L'Oreal, she muttered, familiar since it was the name of their old neighbor's pitbull back home.

"Hey can I doodle with this? Welp, I'm doing it anyway." She then proceeds to write on her forearm.

"Do what you want, as long as you can clean it up in time for the party." Eva waved her hand, shutting the fridge. She tip-toed, trying to pull out her coffee mug from the shelf above her but without any success. She huffed, her cheeks heating up in embarrassment. 'Forget it, I'l just drink from this take-away cup.' She thought, sighing as she was unable to grab her favourite Harry Potter mug. Eva returned to the living room, raising her eyebrow as she watched Didi draw on her forearm with some eyeliner she had left on the coffee table the previous night. "Right... whenever you're ready, we can check out my stuff." Eva offered, still holding her coffee.

Didi was satisfied with the mini cthulhu tattooed on her arm, returning the lid from the eyeliner, "All right." she stood up from her seat and followed Eva to her wardrobe, w/c was much more vast than she had initially imagined. "Seriously, you could open an indoor thrift store with all of these clothes."

Eva let her coffee rest on her dressing table in the far corner of her room. She reached over to shut the blinds so that she could turn on her lights inside her walk-in closet. "Right, time to go crazy~" The teasing lilt was back as Eva began approaching Didi and her closet, a sinister grin on her child-like face.

Three hours later, and with various articles of clothing spread across the ground, Eva sighed tiredly. Currently, she was standing beside her closet, her arms crossed against her chest as she watched what Didi would choose for herself. For the past three hours, Eva had been pulling out various dresses, tops and skirts, with each Didi either refusing to try at all, or to wear for the party. After a while, Eva simply gave up trying to dress up the girl and just let her rummage through her closet instead. "Have you found anything yet?"

Didi walked out of Eva's walk in closet, as she awkwardly adjusted the length of her skirt. It was shorter than she had wished for thanks to Eva's kiddie sized height. Getting a hang of this whole dress up thing after all, she jokingly turned around, making the most nettling imitation of a fashion model "I'm ready for my close up." She attemted a supermodel pose, w/c she failed horribly at.

She paused at Eva's shocked expression, not sure what her slightly deformed face means but she'd take it as bad sign.
"What?" She said, a bit edgily. "No?"

Eva's eyes widened, and she nodded to herself at Didi's final outfit. "You look amazing!" Eva smiled at Didi. She laughed as Didi began imitating a model, Eva kneeling slightly so she could copy a photographer. She made a sign with her hand, peering through between her thumb and index finger and nodded to herself, humming. "See, you should dress up like this more often, you really do look supermodel worthy." Eva complemented as she stood back up. Eva decided to get dressed herself before getting on with the make-up and hair.

Eva took a quick shower, wiping off the earlier morning shoot's heavy makeup and washing her hair. She stepped out of the bathroom with a towel around her body, the other towel between her hands as she rubbed the water out of her now fresh hair. "Right... Now my turn." The girl hummed to herself. Eva didn't take as long to choose what she was going to wear, having picked out everything a while ago anyway. Re-entering her closet, she pulled out her dress, hanging right at the corner and brought it back to the bathroom where she changed a dark green dress carefully.

Didi snorted at the thought, but slightly blushed at the complement. With the afternoon spent on playing barbie and half of it, patiently waiting for Eva to get ready, only to get awfully bored in just a couple of seconds. She looked around nosily poking at anything she encounters. To a line of framed pictures displayed on her mohogany dresser, to checking out the contents of its drawers, and of the various items in her vanity. She got a piece of tissue and drew a cute little octopus with a monacle, and tucked it on the side of the mirror frame. While randomly walking around on Eva's a-la suite like bedroom, she stoped by the full length mirror, checking herself out in various awkward poses with a little pride in her face and indeed, it was a bit weird seeing herself looking this pretty. Thank Mom and Dad for such wonderful genes.

Returning to her room for a final time, she twirled in front of Didi, giddly like a school girl, "So... what do you think?" She asked, looking down at her dress. It was quite a short one, the skirt of the dress folding over just above her mid-thigh.

After waiting for Eva that almost took, forever, she finally came out in a cute looking dress, that really complements well with her petite and youthful appearance. But then again, she always knows how to dress to kill, cuz, come on, this is Eva we're talking about. "Hmmm..." rubbing her chin, Didi made an exaggerated hmming impression, and walking closer to Eva to fix the fold of her skirt. "Muuuuuch better." She smiled.

Eva laughed, looking down to hide her embarrassed flush on her cheeks. "Anyway, time to get make-up and hair done. Oh, have you got anything green to wear with what you're wearing?" She asked, as she began applying Didi's make up carefully.

Eva helped Didi with make up, like an artist carefully maneuvering a brush on her canvas. Pretty much, it ended well, the style is a little too much for Didi's tastes. "I look like I'm auditioning for a theatrical rendition of Pretty Woman." She said, grabbing a tissue and tucking her crimson dark lips between them, only to be satisfied by the light colored matte. "Thaaat's better."

"Uhm... " She stood, and rummaged through various accessories in one of Eva's box-o-fashion-goodies and, conveniently , she found a really neat looking mask stacked with some others. "Sweet. Can I use this? " She asked, putting it on, and playfully imitating a gentlemanly voice, " A toad, madam? Perhaps it is you who are the toad..." She chuckled with a snort and cringed at herself at the same time and Eva didn't seem to get the joke. She got a bit carried away with all these dressing up.

"Sure, take whatever you need." Eva laughed as Didi began imitating a gentleman. With Didi's makeup complete, Eva quickly set out to dry her hair, the strands coming out in slightly bushy waves. As she started applying eyeshadow to her eyelids, the girl noticed the napkin with a little ocotopus on it. "That's so cute," She laughed, "I'm going to name it Ser Octavius."

It didn't take long for Eva to finish applying her own make-up. She grabbed a hairband and tied it carefully, trying not to ruin her hair as she did so. "That's me done!" Eva grinned. She grabbed her coffee cup, throwing it in the trash can that was shoved into one corner of her room as she quickly tidied up as much as possible. She knew that she was going to go straight to bed once the night was done, 'so I might as well save some trouble for myself and clean up now.'

"Alright, time to get going~" She hummed excitedly, while slipping on some dark green heels.

It wasn't long before the two girls left Eva's apartment, the latter making sure to lock the door behind her as they began their journey towards the party venue. They chatted about everything and anything, the topics ranging from simple small talk to fashion (although, it was more like Eva talking and Didi listening at that point, Eva too oblivious), until finally, they had arrived.

Bekip? Or Kiji? :D

Bekip makes me hungry, so that's probably a bad idea. Kiji is similar to Fiji, so I like that one c:
