Aklenroth left the war room, floating down the halls of his Necroplis to Shilo's room. He opened the door to see him lying there in a state of rest. "I have to do this." Aklenroth said emotionlessly as he put his hand on the boys head, absorbing his soul and body. Shilo faded from existence, dust replaced where he had once stayed. Muscles, flesh and skin began to spread from Aklenroth's hand up through his arm and around his body. It took quite some time to complete the process. The body was a strange, forgotten feeling to Aklenroth. He began to feel something else, something he had thought was but a memory. Aklenroth looked at the large mirror on the wall and stumbled towards it falling to his knees in front of it. "So this is who I am." He thought to himself as memories of his life began to go fill his mind rather viciously, causing him to grip his head. His eyes widened and the pain of so many sudden memories. Thoughts of his parents and friends he once had.

He was frozen, kneeled over as even more memories began continuously exploding in his mind. He began to remember when he was creating the DROMs with the other elven leaders. Times of joy, times of sadness... Everything that he could remember was coming in all at once overwhelming him with the pain of all these emotions at once. Aklenroth fell completely to the floor, lying there motionless and helpless to everything that was happening. It would be about twenty minutes before he was able to fully function and adapt to the body.

Kyran hugged Risa, friendly kissing her on the top of her head. He had no idea how she kept so positive when things got so dark. It was admirable. She would always put on a brave-face and try to guide others in order to make sure others were happy, but he wished she’d let up and let herself display negative emotions sometimes, for her own health’s sake. "I am sure you are right. We could go to Roshmi and get my mom to give us new clothes. She will give us some old ones or clothes that aren't selling. I agree on getting the human washed and disguised the best we can." He chimed in, still worried about her or Dionaea getting hurt and now even Jean

Her hand had been trembling when she had attempted to comfort and ease him. He decided to try to ease her fear as well. "I will protect you with my life, Risa." He told her while staring into her beautiful, violet eyes. Tears brimmed in his eyes at the thought of losing his friends. Kyran wanted to live through this to get to marry Risa, or at least finally confess his feelings to her. She had been his best friend for years and her kind soul had inspired him to be better every-day. He would give up the world for her. The two were suddenly interrupted by Jean coming out of the door of the house, who reacted rather negatively to Aklenroth’s words. Risa began to sum everything to him which was a very daunting task.

Kyran watched Jean fall to his knees with everything that he was told. All that he knew was being torn apart and reality itself was changing before him. Kyran felt terrible for him, his heart sinking for the human. Risa seemed pretty upset too. He couldn't understand truly what was happening with Jean as he had never had anything like that happen to him, but he decided then he would do whatever it takes for the poor human to understand and make the human as comfortable in Avalia as he could. Risa did a decent job of explaining everything to him but he still seemed overwhelmed. He knew he’d have to jump in and help.

"We could not save the girl, otherwise we would have. That being you saw take her was another fairy and we hoped he was taking her out of harm’s way since we had our hands full with the wolves and Risa was too weak." Kyran knew they had left the fire-wielding human behind. It would be in their best interest to locate her and make sure she was safe. "You will not be alone in your fight. There are many willing to fight for this cause." He was trying to address all of his concerns.

"As for your beliefs, we are not demons. I know we may seem so since you have never seen creatures such as us, but we are simply creatures of a different land that many humans have yet to discover or understand. Demons exist in this land and work under Aklenroth which is why we want to free ourselves from his evil rule." Making him understand that they were not from hellish origin was very important.

"You are gifted with divine power. From the way you created a shield and sword from the ground itself, it seems you can manipulate the materials of the planet." Jean’s words held many clues to who he was on Earth. Words such as "holy" clued Kyran into the idea that this human was quite religious and religious ideas would inspire him most. He may have not known the true origin of the powers but if he had to guess it was from a source outside of Avalia. "I am sure we will find that girl and we can save her just like we saved you." He got up, walking over to him and reaching his hand out. "Here, pick yourself up." he smiled looking down at Jean, hoping he assured some confidence and moral back into the upset human. "By the way my name is Kyran and her name is Risa. The sleeping girl is named Dionaea."

"We are your friends now and have your back, whatever your decision may be."

"Sir, come with us. We will take you to the Bank of Roshmi and you will receive payment." said one of the guards to Grezgorz in Polish, using a handheld solar box to translate the man's voice. The six guards knew this was a human but they were bound to give the man his payment and not harm anyone giving bounties sent by Aklenroth. They stood ten feet away and aligned themselves around Grezgorz as they escorted him to the bank. "I am grabbing the heads." The same guard had told Grezgorz, removing the heads from the side of the horse. "I will be right back." He then told him, heading into the bank. It was only a few moments before he returned with two sacs of twenty platinum Amas. "Here you go sir." He said, handing him the sacs of money.

"Welcome, I would like you two to join O'Ner outside the Necropolis and find Xenelith to help him track down the humans. Also, I would like you to tell him to contact me with any information he has gotten so far regarding humans and those helping them with a solar box. I will give you a few items to help you during your mission." He said, reaching into his pocket and pulling four charms from his cloak. He handed one to Umber and the other three to Azriel. "These are enchanted with a tracking spell. You will need to keep them on you and not lose them. Azriel, I would like you to give the other two to O'Ner and Xenelith." He paused for a moment, heading towards the corner of the war room and picking up a palm-sized black crystal engraved with ancient demonic runes. Aklenroth returned to Azriel and Umber. He handed Azriel the crystal. "Be very careful with this and do not do anything with it until I give you the order. You may now head out." He said while motioning to the door.

As Aklenroth waited for them to leave, thoughts ran into his mind about the humans and the destruction they caused the last time they were in Avalia. He pondered on the words he would use for his speech. He would need to give some incentive for denizens of Avalia to help him or for the humans to give themselves freely knowing their inevitable fate if they did not. He headed to the back wall of the War Room and pressed on one of the stone brick. The wall began to recede, revealing a door to a staircase leading deeper into the Necropolis. Aklenroth followed the steps down, leading him to a small dark room. He raised his hand and blue flames sparked from his hand and floated towards four torches placed around the room. The torches lit aflame, revealing an old book on a pedestal. Aklenroth began reading from it to begin the ritual that would create an illusion of a translucent figure of himself, dressed in his robe and his skull staring straight down at the citizens, would cover the sky.

"Greetings citizens of Avalia. I have felt the disturbances of DROMs being used to summon humans. You all know this is highly forbidden. I offer you one thousand Amas for a human head, five thousand for ones captured alive and for those who turn themselves in, I offer you ten thousand Amas along with a spot in my army and protection or a chance to return to earth. I have raised my armies. By now they will have reached the mainland and will search your cities and villages for these humans. Those who protect or attempt to hide any humans will have their city or village purged and destroyed. You have been warned. I thank you all for listening. May you do the right thing." Aklenroth closed the ritual with the illusion of him fading from the sky. He closed the book, putting out the torches and moved up the stairs closing the door behind him.

Kyran woke to the smell of food filling his nostrils. He smiled as he began to open his eyes. A good meal would really make his day. He knew it was probably Risa and wished she wasn't so quick to push herself and would take some time to take care of herself before others. He began to sit up when the voice of Aklenroth started echoing in his head. He rubbed his eyes and looked around wildly, realizing Risa was not beside him. He started to panick. Where had she gone now? He rushed outside to see Risa but was quickly distracted by the sight of a large illusion of Aklenroth in the sky. Kyran slowly walked over to Risa, eyes locked on the bizarre illusion. He sat beside her while still being forced to listen to Aklenroth. "What are we going to do, Risa?" He questioned with worry in his voice. The severity of the situation was much more than he could have ever imagined. He reached his arm around her, pulling her close. She had been humming to a small bird. He couldn't help but smirk at her purity. "We shouldn't stay here long. With the human, we are in constant danger."

Kyran's form changed back to his more humanoid-self. The fur began to retreat backwards like a wave retreating from the sand, the red fur dissipating to reveal human skin, moving around his blue eyes slowly. His snout receded backward until it was once again a human nose and mouth. His red ears remained on top of his messy head of hair. To Jean-Luc, he would have looked like a human man parading around in fox ears and a tail. That was all that remained. "Good job, Hades. Thanks for getting help." he told the wolf. He would have petted his head but he was still carrying Risa. Hades would have probably taken it condescendingly anyway. Hades ran off in a direction and Dionaea gestured for them to follow. It seemed they were going somewhere a bit away from the village instead of directly backward. He guessed that Dionaea would translate what Hades had told them when they got there.

"Knight, do you have a name?" Kyran questioned Jean as he began his move after Dionaea and Hades. "I am going to need you to settle down for the night. A lot of things are going on right now and you are likely in shock from all of this. We will explain everything tomorrow when we wake up." He explained to him. Kyran hoped that Jean would not start yelling again. He was sure even he could tell that being loud would endanger them. He was wary of trusting this man to stay near his friends tonight but Jean did seem to want to defend them despite things.

Kyran looked down at Risa, making sure she was alright. The long-haired fairy was passed out like a baby as he carried bridal-style. She always pushed herself too hard. Her healing skills were very admirable for her age. Most healers could have not healed someone from near-death and then procceeded to heal Dionaea the away she did. Unfortunately, it would not aid her much in battle. She was going to need to learn offensive magic.

They had to go through some bristles, having to use both hands to push away branches and vines. They came to a secluded clearing. Dionaea slowed to a halt by Hades near a house within a very large tree. The trunk was enormous and there was a wooden door. It seemed to have no other houses in it. He moved over to open it up for everyone. Someone, probably Risa's mother, had left quite a few blankets. There were three beds in one corner of the one-roomed wooden home. There was a lit candle on a wooden table and chair set on the other. There wasn't much of a kitchen but there was a basket of food on the table. It seemed to be a lot of bread and fruits. There was a jar of jam as well.

Kyran moved over to one of the beds and laid Risa into it, her hair sprawling everywhere. He pulled the blanket on top of her and tucked her, kissing her on the forehead. Knowing Risa, she'd probably wake up hyper as ever and be fine. He glanced over at Dionaea and Jean. "Eat if you're hungry then let's get some rest. Try to keep quiet." His voice was hushed as he spoke. "I am going to get some rest I am worn out from my fox form." He said as he crawled into the bed beside Risa her falling asleep shortly after.

Soruklithbaal was enraged, letting out a breath of flames towards the trio but was countered by Corvina's flame. When he tried to proceed, a tree crashed before him, blocking his way. He roared, stepping over the burning tree and began building up a massive flame in his hollow stomach before rearing up on his hind legs and releasing the eruption of blue flames at the three, only to be stopped once again by Kenia, who created a magical shield. After the flames dissipated, Souklithbaal saw six enemies looking identical running in two different directions. This confused him for a moment until he looked up. There was a young dragon coming toward him. Soruklithbaal charged at Marion, clawing him and biting him as he weakly struggled back to hurt the undead dragon. The two dragons fought for quite some time. Soruklithbaal managed to grab Marion's head between his teeth and crushed his skull, killing him. Marion dropped lifelessly to the ground with a loud thud, dirt clouding around the large beast. Soruklithbaal let out a deafening roar in his victory and turned to look for his former enemies. They were nowhere to be seen. He scanned the area once more before lifting off and flying back towards Daka Island.

Alaia

The girl had supposedly been stealing for three or so months. Alaia did not know how true that statement was but she could tell the following statement about her family being dead must have been true due to her suppression of emotions. There had been a slight tremor in her words. Alaia laughed at it, taking joy in her slip. "Rue, huh?" She spat in her face after speaking and grabbed her hand, clenching her finger in one and holding the pliers in the other. "Well, Rue. You can call me Alaia. You won't think meeting me is such a pleasure very soon. I want to know all the details about how you pulled this off or else I'm giving you a little manicure."

(You can time-skip to after this interrogation if you want. Just write about how much info you gave her and how much Alaia ended up hurting her. She would hurt her for any hesitation or bad answer)

Kyran raised his lance in front of him to take the wolf as it pounced on him. The wolf took him to the ground, biting and trying to get at Kyran's neck. "You feral beasts are getting in my way." He said, struggling to push the large wolf. Kyran kicked the wolf back pushing on its chest with his feet. It had only taken a few seconds to prepare for his next move. Kyran pointed his spear towards the wolf that had been charging him again. The wolf charged itself into the spear which pierced the wolf chest. He quickly pulled himself closer, biting the neck of the wolf and breaking it.

He turned to examine the situation. Dionaea was kicking the wolf off her thankfully after he snagged a bite. Hopefully, it wasn't bad. The human was clearly more than capable of taking care of himself. He let out a sigh of relief, his shoulders relaxing. Kyran was so glad Dionaea seemed okay. His blood ran cold at the sight of Risa being bitten by one of these wolves. She was crumpled up on the ground, the wolf's teeth piercing her thigh."Risa!" He yelled in terror. She was too weak from healing the human to defend herself. Kyran rushed over to defend Risa, the whole world ceasing to exist besides the situation at hand. Kyran stood in between the wolf and Risa. The wolf was thankfully injured by the fire that had come from the other human girl. "We are not going to leave you, Risa." He said and scooped her up into his arms. "Hey! Dionaea! Human! Let's go!"
