A bit of 0th post update regarding powers and characters,as it seems that I didn't provide enough info as the list I have in my head. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Now that I've got the chance to mention...

The main enemy faction, which is literally an army of robots, will have little to no force of supernatural powers by their side. If they do, then that'd be something like an AI-learnable magic or some poor guy tortured and brainwashed to be on their side. whoops did I spoil my future plan
Which makes superpowers a very effective winning hand (unless you forgot to bring protection against artillery shells). So I may be a bit harsh when judging your characters' powers sometimes.

These various swords need not be carried on her person due to her special ability but are listed as the equipment she favours for combat and assassination respectively.

Does this mean she can summon weapons out of thin air? Or that she doesn't necessarily need weapons for combat?
It'd be better for me to understand if you wrote only what she carries with her usually, and any optional equipmemts on additional info or such separrate section. And be sure to specify when she brings it along in character.

Name: Sinmara
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Appearance: Standing tall at 5'11” and sturdily built, with a robust physique she's clearly proud of. She's got an earnest face garnished most often by a smile, with short, rounded eyebrows, slit orange eyes, pronounced teeth, and thick lashes. Curled horns sit atop a head of thick, curly hair, long enough to be tied in a massive bundle that reaches past her knees. Her favorite gear is a deep purple suit jacket, with an unusually large and showy collar, completely unbuttoned and with sleeves rolled up, kept in place by suspenders. A pair of matching pants complete the set, albeit with flame décor. A number of skull attachments adorn her outfit, including knee pads. Her fighting gloves are clearly labeled to avoid confusion, and a number of long scars dot her figure
Personality: Sinmara is possessed of a strikingly off-beat demeanor. Whatever damaged her memory did a permanent number on her psyche, leaving her a little crazed. She's unfamiliar and can have difficulty with a number of ordinary things, making her look like a ditz at times, but her most overwhelmingly notable trait is her love of fighting. Bordering on an addition to the high of battle, this adrenaline-seeking obsession makes her a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield, tearing through robots like it's the funnest thing in the world. She's just as happy to spar with fellow Sunderers however, with an unpowered blade, training weapons, hand to hand, you name it. She loves a challenge and to challenge, bordering on annoying at times. When she can't get her fix, she crashes, drifting off into daydreams about fighting or growing depressed and sluggish. It's almost impossible for her to concentrate on or deal with anything that doesn't interest her, and it is impossible for her to live a normal life.
Backstory: The underside of Fidelis has no shortage of sad stories, and what happened to a certain middle-aged nurse is no exception. After losing her beloved older daughter in an accident, she sank into despair, only for a stranger to approach her. He offered her the power to heal and comfort others, and she took to it wholeheartedly. That woman, Shubni, quickly rose to the status of a celebrated healer in Fidelis, using her blessings to numb the pain of those who sought her out. Her power turned out to be a miracle cure, and with the only side effect that her patients tended to sprout horns, many sought out her benevolence. She gained an almost cult-like following, her followers fervent but subtle in their adoration, displaying their horns with pride. Few hurt more, however, than Shubni's younger daughter, who'd been dulling her pain in her own way: though drink. Now seemingly forgotten by the only person who cared about her, the younger sister became a hopeless alcoholic. Eventually she too sought out Shubni's miracles, not really caring what happened one way or another.

What happened came as a surprise. Shubni's power hid a terrible secret: that its seemingly benevolent blessings helped people by warping their mental states, making their minds and even bodies more malleable. With authorities on her scent, Shubni decided to handle two birds with one stone, and pumped her forgotten daughter so full of power that her already-cracked mind went to pieces, scrambling her memories and personality. The daughter entered a berserk state, causing such a scene that the Sunderers were called in to deal with her. After a pitched battle the 'demon' was defeated and captured. When choosing what to do with the her once she cooled down to her present state, command decided to put her strength and desire to fight to use against the robots. Given the name Sinmara, the girl never recovered her old self, but took to her new assignment without complaint. In exchange for being cared for by the support staff, she's more than happy to fight whatever and wherever command tells her.
Powers: Stronger than tougher than the typical woman by a fair margin, Sinmara also boasts some hidden firepower. When she's excited, her movements and blows can superheat the surrounding air and struck surfaces, giving the appearance of flashing fire. She's pretty heat-resistant herself, but whether she cares if she hurts herself while fighting is another story. She's prone to entering a battle high when fighting that greatly decreases her stamina burn while boosting her pain tolerance.
Equipment: The hellfire chainspear, Burnout. A durable and deadly if not flawless weapon, its heats up to enhance its cutting power and burn through enemy mass. There's practically nothing better for exploiting openings for critical damage, but its faults become more apparent when leveraged against sheer armor. Its teeth can't cut through metal plating, instead relying on the heating function to melt through. The chainspear is powered by concentrated fuel, which can run out if overused or explode if subjected to enough damage.
Additional info: The character in Sinmara's backstory and her mother, Shubni, may factor into other backstories or world events if people like, perhaps as an explanation for demonic characteristics.

A Short History of Fidelis

A majority of civilization was destroyed beyond repair when a world wide war swept the surface of the planet. Surviving people gathered as much as they could on different spots of the world, trying hard to survive in the barren wastelands.
Fidelis was founded by a group of people lead by former government officials. They had a batch of soldiers by their side, and a secured old capital of a fallen nation to use as their base of operations. Thanks to the choice of positioning, they were able to quickly recover pieces of technology crucial for survival.
A century or so of prosperous time passed, but everything changed when the robots attacked. Taking various shapes and sizes, these tools of war shot people down mercilessly. While Fidelis' territory was considerably wide before the robot attacks, the nation had to retreat their line of defenses as stronger robots started to appear.
Ever since the appearance of hostile robots, Fidelis declared war against those metal foes. Their main focus now is to hold on to their current territory, destroy the source of enemy robots, and hopefully, find any technology that could help them in their crusade.

The People of Fidelis

The people of Fidelis are survivors of the wasteland. Life out of its borders is deprived; dire. Robots roam out of the woods every often, and the polluted lands are not suitable for growing anything edible. Not to mention the scarcity of wild animals. The only protection is your own weapons and the occasional Sunderer patrol.
Inside the borders of Fidelis, the recovered technology allows them to maintain much cleaner soil and water supply. The defense forces provide security, and robots hardly appear within the borders.
While technically there is no solid hierarchy, there does exist an unspoken ranks among the people. The descendants of the government officials solidifed their own positions in the Council of Fidelis. It is simply impossible to get a seat in it unlesd you have a connection to any of these "nobles."
Soldiers, Sunderers, ones who are recruited to take up arms against external threats, come second. Their life risking labor is acknowledged across the nation, and they gain respect from other people for their service.
The rest of the people come third-farmers, technicians, doctors... any who is not a "noble" nor a soldier.
There is no specific general discrimination against people with animal characteristics(or in professional terms nekomimis(catgirls) and such),as they had existed alongside ones without those features. It's just seen as a personal quirks.

A Short History of Sunderers

The 'prototype' of Sunderers was a military division specialized in fighting robots, using the remainder of old military techniques. While it proved effective against squads of smaller variants of robots, it started to prove ineffective against more diverse enemies, along with a lack of fire support(modern air forces were no more, neither did they have much air vehicles in possession). With their limits, a much more... "anime" techniques proved effective in combat.
So came the Sunderers, taking up stylish weapons and fighting more like comicbook characters than soldiers. The government of Fidelis uses war propaganda style recruitment ads to recruit young people to the order.

Basic Sunderer Initiate Recruitmdent

Aka "How did all these anime girls end up here?"
You can't sign up to this institute of Sunderer Education just by signing up. You have to prove yourself worthy of such a glorious title-a basic examination of health and intelligence is done.
After that, the ones who passed the examination go through a field test, put to combat against robot minions with only the basic of gear to test their skills. The survivors of this deadly three day camping in the wilds are finally allowed in.

Also, Regarding Powers

As far as you keep the power level to a personal level-no building wrecking, sun summoning, giant energy beam shooting, thunder striking wizard thrashers- I will allow most forms of powers. Please refrain from making one shot powers. What's the fun in that?
Powers existed for a long time. Probably before the apocalyptic war too. There's things like powers you are born with- stuff like shooting fire from your hands- and powers you can learn, like magic. So you can make a magic casting guns blazing anime girl with a dragon horn. Or something like that. Fun times.

Basic Human Man?

I never specified "races", did I. Well, getting straight to the point,you're all humans. No elves or dwarves or anything. You're a human with related characteristics. You could turn into a giant wolf, howl at full moons,but that'd mean you have werewolf powersnkt that you are a werewolf race member thing. So yeah, that's that.
Think My Hero Academia if you ever watched that anime/manga.

We Just Started Learning

Some 19 years old anime girls can destroy buildings with a flick of a finger. Some are mastermind fighters with intense neon green hair. Or even glowing hair. Or no hair at all.
That could be the case here too,but...
If you read the Also, Regarding Powers tab you would know that I'd prefer not too much of a super powerful character. You can be Stylish, but not Smoking Sexy Style. In understandable terms, your peeps just entered basic education for Sunderers after all. This isn't the endgame. Please keep that in mind.

I'll say that it's a suoernatural happening along with the existence of powers. You can randomly be born with it, or if your parents are both of a same type then you are born as one too.
