It's happening again. I have been visited by a soviet mad scientist, a king, a penguin prince of darkness, a house plant god thing, a mystical ancient member, a tired reaper (thank god) + a greeting.

Welcome :)

@Ace of flames01 I think Snow is just saying it'd be hard to abduct an angel with so many people around. His plans might have been foiled. ^.^

And Naya is just over here like, 'Gimme does feathers doe....'

@King Atlas I mentioned your guy in that last post. I'm assuming he's still wearing his armor, but if I'm wrong let me know and I'll fix it!

@ArenaSnow I mentioned Caezel too, but she just thought about him. :P

Here I am, trying to get angelic DNA samples for immortality and ascension experiments and one just happens to be in your town's square that gives you free feathers.

Caezel's going to have ruffled feathers of his own when he gets back.
Bugger. Right when Caezel had the opportunity of a lifetime... or 27.
Underestimate not the (re)composition skills and intuition of an old vampire alchemist that really, really wants that angel. And he hasn't even gotten to what he wants to do yet :P

(Just surrender. It won't be fatal ^.^)
Caezel found the potion he was looking for. In truth, he should have brought it out much earlier - but he didn't expect things to go nearly the way they did. He would take it now.

He took the cap off the small bottle he brought out and drank the contents in one gulp, immediately noticing the effects. Mainly, his arm dropping down after preparing to throw it at the fairy. That's one of my good bottles...

Everything was wrong, he saw that more clearly now. A fairy following an angel that ran out in the forest. Said fairy moving back in the direction of the Border. Oh yes, it was clear. A trap.

Caezel didn't like the idea of letting a fairy go in any circumstance, but he would rather not die to a hundred elven blades. Death was all that awaited; the whole situation was a trap.

The best he could do was try and get the angel, and leave before a true battle erupted. And Caezel knew there were beings on both sides that were at least curious about him, in bad ways.

He stared at the retreating fairy, anger simmering but not excessively so. Cunning bastards, the lot of you. You won't have me today. The scents of an angel, demon, vampire, fairy and magic-attuned human were all too clear.

He went towards the scent of the angel fishing for something else in his pocket. He found it and counted himself lucky - the bottle, only half full, was the last he had in supply of the stuff.

He threw the bottle at the fairy, but differently - towards the ground in front of it, with a very deliberate move. The impact would cause it to explode in tall flames, hopefully serving to keep the fairy away for the moment while he left to find the angel. Of course, there was the side effect of attracting every demon and other being in the area to the spot - but there was nothing he could do about that anymore. Humans and fairy scents would be far superior to an old vampire. He had thrown the bottle without much consideration for Velia - if she was smart she would follow him, as the fire, while it wouldn't last long, would certainly get her considering the speed and height that it was designed to spread.

He hates fairies. Putting them on a dislike list just isn't enough.

He really, really hates them. Maybe I should have made that more clear in the CS :P

And yeah, fairies are pretty much the only things that can break his illusion of being a calm sneaky fellow.
I decided to flip two posts in the storyline; Cuccoruler's and Deyedreamer's. It made sense to me for Deyedreamer's to come first in the scenario.

Yes, Caezel did just think about peeling fairies.
Smells began coming in at a rate uncomfortably fast for him. An angel, mixed with the demon far behind, mixed with a hint of mortal and a side of Velia-

Eh? Side of Velia

He stopped to listen; the distinct scent of Velia, combined with her quiet but present footsteps. Yep, it was her alright.

Caezel supposed he shouldn't have been surprised. He knew she was around somewhere; she liked the area as he did, although probably for different reasons. And, he had to admit - while she was a wee vampire, and hardly an impressive being in raw power, she had her uses. Albeit bloodthirsty, a side effect of youth. But it wouldn't hurt to have her when going after an angel. Besides, while he would never admit it, she had a well kept appearance, although any appeal for such things was long gone. Usually.

He grunted and shook his hand in a vague gesture when she commented about his noise, no doubt the legs from earlier. Yet another reason why immortalit-

He froze when he smelled something foul, foul beyond all measure. Elf? Worse...

A rock bounced of his head, just as the scent registered, filling him with a moment of rage. Fa"ry SCUM!" His thought turned to a howl as the pebble dropped. He swooped down to pick it up and threw it in the direction of the fairy with full force, picking up a return pebble and sending that too before finishing with a dense handful of leaves. Nothing was likely to actually make impact, but throwing projectiles at fairies was nonetheless refreshing. He snarled as he threw another clump, cooling down and realizing the futility of attacking a flying creature on the ground with no proper tools for the job.

Pointless. Nothing would please him more than to slowly peel the wings of a fairy, but he certainly wouldn't be able to do it there, he told himself as the white hot moment of rage passed slowly. And there was still the tempting angel, a thought that made him feel much better.

He moved in the direction of Velia, watchful for any other projectiles coming his way. Two is always better than one he thought as he fumbled through pockets, hoping he had some sort of potion to use for the situation. Damn fairies. I haven't gotten to peel one in centuries.

@Cuccoruler @Ace of flames01 @Deyedreamer

@ArenaSnow yeah it unintentionally became about my character for some reason :\ I tried explaining that you don't have to be where my character is but nobody really listened.... :\

Oh well. Caezel's going to have a very interesting day himself at this rate.

Speaking of which, post incoming SoonTM.
