@Mr Allen J Hey well Its your rp so I'm not going to argue what would be balanced or not, I'm happy to fix/nerf what I have to offer to fit it into the story. Though I'm not gonna lie and say I wasn't planning on playing a boss-character esq situation if thats not cool with you then who am I to force it? Alright so here's the edited version. I cut out half of the basic moves including all of the ranged ones except for the leaping-based attack. Though if that still isn't acceptable I can cut that out too or replace it with a different lightning based ability. As for the supers, I nerfed the transformation size (As you can see in the appearance section, I also changed the overall appearance as well.) and gave the transformation a 5 minute limit with a long cool down. I also nerfed the raging dragon to a single dragon apparition and a single attack. Though if it still doesn't fit the bill I can cut that super move altogether.

APPEARANCE & PERSONALITY
[ /hr]
APPEARANCE
Fafnir is a surviving mythological being. In his original form, the beast stands (on hind legs) 12 feet in height, 33 feet long (on all fours, most length is in the tail) and a wingspan of 28 feet. The beast has a five horns, blue keeled scales, a long hooked tail, and piercing yellow eyes. Multiple gold and iron studded bands are worn around his horns, arms, upper snout, tail, legs. ankles, wrists, and in a v over his chest, with a small plate on his underbelly embedded with sapphire.
In his usual, sealed form however, he is a 6'5" beige-skinned human with typical Aryan facial features and a muscular build. However he still retains some leaks of his inhuman nature in the form of his reptilian, glowing eyes, a pair of wings and a large, lumbering tail of purple keeled scales and a barbed tip.
His armor is fully plated iron, from head to foot, that fully conceals him. The only parts of him not concealed are his wings and his tail. The armor has various runes carved into it to attune with his Ki, as well as his large 6'0 lance he wields as a weapon.

BACKSTORY & MOTIVATION
Fafnir has always been intrigued in mortal culture. He is especially fond of the ideas of warriors and knights, especially after those that had failed to slay him in centuries past. Taking inspiration and wanting to humble himself in a new perspective, the dragon used his ki to seal himself into a weaker, psuedo-mortal form. Since then, he would have periods of roaming the world challenging other warriors or training his skills, or at time hibernate and relax in his lonesome for decades to philosophize or escape from any disasters the world had brought in his days. There were times where he even took the role as a teacher to young warriors that found him and took his fancy. However when earth's magic began to fade in history, Fafnir's activity started to slow down. He had lost motivation to be involved in the world, to fight opponents or teach mortal's his style. The world was changing rapidly, leaving behind the dragon as a fossil of earth's past. Forgotten by time and civilization as what could now be considered a mere myth.
What finally broke him from his melancholy-sleep was the desire to show the world his pride, the earth's roots in such ancient power. To become a nomad and not only reawaken the same thrill he got in battle, but too revive his race's long-gone legacy, was a newborn drive to his existence.
FIGHTING STYLE & ABILITIES
[ hr]
FIGHTING STYLE
With the exception of being somewhat more nimble Fafnir is not as strong, nor as in tune with his ki in this false image, however he makes up for that weakness with the vast amount of generations he spent honing a finesse with weaponry. His primary tactics use a mixture of Ki power and his trusty lance, one that served him throughout generations.
Fafnir in his humanoid form takes the time to stay mostly defensive and study his opponents carefully, using what energy is necessary to protect himself and keeping the flow of battle steady so that he can conserve the rest for when he feels the opportune moment to unleash it. He often plays to what his opponent offers, even if his foe is weaker then Fafnir, Fafnir rarely goes anything beyond his foe's own level in that case, in the start of that fight. This is for both to take pleasure in the battle itself, but to once again, take time to study his opponent.
If he ever sheds his mortal form however, Fafnir's fighting style is a u-turn from his original style. Without any finesse or weaponry, He relies solely on ki-power and physical capabilities his form offers. Just as the Dragon-Form will often go all out at the very start of his transformation, his instincts become much more of primal fury, at some points even lacking self-control with how carried away his predatory nature takes a hold of him. For this reason he only uses his true-form as a last resort tactic, or if someone really infuriates him.
SPECIAL MOVES & TECHNIQUES
■ Fury Jab
Fafnir unleashes a fast, multi-thrust attack with his lance. Unless if he has the intention to kill, the thrusts will usually be aimed to impale the arms and lower torso, and/or any equipment the target may be holding.
■ Scalelord's Conquest
Fafnir Soars into the air then lands down upon his opponent with high velocity, down thrusting his lance to either impale the foe from above or to thrust it through the ground, in either scenario the landing produces an electric and pressure blast of ki around both him and the weapon
■ Burning Honor
Fafnir becomes engulfed in flames, as if the fire was an additional set of armor. These flames of course burn those that touch it, just like any other fire. Its brightness can also obscure his figure making long-range precision based attacks more likely to miss him.
■ Disarming Grasp
If unarmed, Fafnir can channel ki into his hand to create a powerful electric charge, which will either be used as a simple, powerful punch, or tip grip/choke hold an opponent at the right opportunity to deliver the full voltage of that energy.
■ Standing Dragon Wall
Fafnir becomes stationary in a position and raises his guard. A transparent wall made of concetrated ki forms infront of him (Stronger if holding a shield) that can absorb a great deal of both physical and ki-related energy. However it only faces the direction Fafnir is facing.
■ Rising Fire
Fafnir slashes or raises his lance in a sweeping motion, and a wave of flames spawn from the ground and rise up at an angle facing away from him.
SUPER MOVES
■ Tactical Swipe
Fafnir channels his ki to the lance's blade, giving it twice as much reach as well as a boost of fire- ki energy force, though the motion itself is slow the concentrated power is designed to break someone's guard and/or armor, if not a killing blow.
■ Raging Dragon
Fafnir summons a oriental dragon made entirely of ki and fire. Willed to charge and either smash or engulf a target with intense flames. Though the dragon's length can extend it's only half a body, with Fafnir's body being attached to where the dragon's lower half would be. The dragon disperses shortly after its initial attack.
■ Unmasking the seal
Fafnir reveals his true form, a monstrous dragon.
At this state, Fafnir is immune to heat-related damage, with scales (except the underbelly) having a durability of iron. In flight the form can be quiet fast and nimble in the air. Claws and maw that can crush stone. The dragon can also breathe a jet of blue fire from its mouth. The beast can also generate an electric current around its body in a short burst with a 1 minute cooldown. However, due to Fafnir having spent most of his days now in his sealed form, the seal had grown a tight lock on his true nature. Fafnir can only transform into his original state for a brief time of 5 minutes with a few hours of cooldown time.
WEAKNESSES & LIMITS
Worst of worlds: In any situation, Fafnir starts out slow in his sealed form, or goes all out and reckless in his dragon form. It isn't difficult to take advantage of Fafnir at either strategy.
Prideful Vengeance: Despite his worked up tolerance, those that damage his pride can easily tear through his wisdom.
Greed: Fafnir's soft spot is treasure and gold, it is possible to bribe him with a great amount of wealth or something of such materialistic value, or a treasured weapon.
In his dragon form, the underbelly is soft and vulnerable to attack.
Water can temporarily disable his fire and electric related Ki.

Fafnir attunes his senses to his vision, allowing him to see the true nature of his surroundings, including those that would be otherwise invisable/disguised, or illusionary tricks. It can additionally allow him to see movement in detail and can help predict moves that aren't too fast for him to read.

Clothes. Clothes were an interesting concept. Reptilian Genitalia is something already concealed by flaps of skin for both his kin and many other reptiles, unlike these mammalian creatures who's reproductive organs were exposed to the world. There was never any urgency to hide what was natural, anyhow, in Jackal's conscience. Still, this is just part of that culture Jackal had to adapt to. He need not wear anything more, granted little foreign attire could even hope to fit him, but he had to respect their boundaries.
The great beast was silent as his eyes focused back and fourth between the two very tiny people in front of him. By now the size between him and humans was something he adapted too, but these creatures were even smaller. The thought was strange. Back home, Jackal was treated as a runt, but here he was a giant. There was something satisfying about that.
Jackal was mostly quiet. He didn't say a word as the other short one, who's accent was hard for Jackal to understand, briefly introduced him. With the arrival of who he presumed to be the rest of the crew, and their leader, his eyes focused entirely on that who announced the new arrivals. The group as a whole, from what he can tell, was a mish-mash of various races and characters. Perhaps this is to be expected from galactic prisoners. The whole culture was still something he didn't understand as of yet.
Being gestured to enter, Jackal would lower his posture. In a hunched position his lanky arms now walked among the metal floor with his legs as he entered the ship, as to avoid bumping into the ceiling. Before getting into this position however, he would bite on the handle of his sword, being the giant hulking piece of metal that it was. The yellow orbs of his eyes took note of the advanced detail the ship had, something he always admired looking at whenever boarding such a vessel.
"What a drag." Chris muttered when he and his team were escorted away from the fight zone and towards the Outpost. On the way he took a glance at his injured classmates. Jesus, this sport got carried away fast. Then again maybe he should have listened to Cal and not transform. Now that he was thinking about it, his decisions thus far were stupid and costly for not only him but the survival of his team. Some bits of thoughts leaked through his solemn expression, with eyes glaring to the ground and fists being clenched as he berated himself in his head at his own actions.
When they finally arrived at the outpost, Chris saw all sorts of camera angles from the previous battle, most of them being his team getting defeated from key blows from his opponents. "How Embarrassing." Chris muttered, to no one but himself. He had already just finished drilling it into his head he'd never make such stupid mistakes again, but now it seems that USARLIN EAST wanted to rub it into his face, in his perspective at least. Worst of all, he saw Angelique and Siena conscienceless from the ordeal of battle. It would have been bitter sweet to see Angelique in this condition after loosing to her if not seeing Siena in the same condition.
Chris didn't like the idea of it. Friendship. It was something he wanted to avoid, but after the library he finally got a brief connection to. Besides, wouldn't it be better if you cared about the people you are trying to protect? the thought retorted into his mind, which he begrudgingly accepted. He looked around for a moment before pulling up a chair near Siena's cot. He sat down and for a brief moment, looked at her face before diverting his attention to his jacket. There he brought some things in an inner compartment to keep him occupied. While he brought some paper work he didn't finish, he also brought the book Siena recommended to him. He had yet the chance to read it, so now he supposed it would be a good time. After he glanced over the cover, Chris opened the book up to the first chapter, and started from there.
@GarlandDaHero "Drake. And I'm aware, which is why I don't care." He said, arms still crossed and clearly not interested in conversation. "Go duel the next guy now."
It did hurt a bit of his pride that he lost, but he was lucky enough to get over that control his opponent played earlier. Aside from that, it spared him the trouble of continuously dueling these annoying kids. Now was a good time to relax and stop paying attention to this whole 'competition.'
Drake held up his arm over his face as the attacks blew over him, instantly dropping his life points to zero. He had lost.
"Hmph.." He muttered as his holograms faded, and his duel disk was discarded. He'd sigh. "Well whatever, that means I don't have to waste my time with these fools anyway." He said as he leaned against a tree, crossing his arms once more and closing his eyes.
