Hey well Its your rp so I'm not going to argue what would be balanced or not, I'm happy to fix/nerf what I have to offer to fit it into the story. Though I'm not gonna lie and say I wasn't planning on playing a boss-character esq situation if thats not cool with you then who am I to force it?
Alright so here's the edited version. I cut out half of the basic moves including all of the ranged ones except for the leaping-based attack. Though if that still isn't acceptable I can cut that out too or replace it with a different lightning based ability.
As for the supers, I nerfed the transformation size (As you can see in the appearance section, I also changed the overall appearance as well.) and gave the transformation a 5 minute limit with a long cool down.
I also nerfed the raging dragon to a single dragon apparition and a single attack. Though if it still doesn't fit the bill I can cut that super move altogether.

@Mr Allen J thanks, ill let you know when I finish reworking him.

Clothes. Clothes were an interesting concept. Reptilian Genitalia is something already concealed by flaps of skin for both his kin and many other reptiles, unlike these mammalian creatures who's reproductive organs were exposed to the world. There was never any urgency to hide what was natural, anyhow, in Jackal's conscience. Still, this is just part of that culture Jackal had to adapt to. He need not wear anything more, granted little foreign attire could even hope to fit him, but he had to respect their boundaries.

The great beast was silent as his eyes focused back and fourth between the two very tiny people in front of him. By now the size between him and humans was something he adapted too, but these creatures were even smaller. The thought was strange. Back home, Jackal was treated as a runt, but here he was a giant. There was something satisfying about that.

Jackal was mostly quiet. He didn't say a word as the other short one, who's accent was hard for Jackal to understand, briefly introduced him. With the arrival of who he presumed to be the rest of the crew, and their leader, his eyes focused entirely on that who announced the new arrivals. The group as a whole, from what he can tell, was a mish-mash of various races and characters. Perhaps this is to be expected from galactic prisoners. The whole culture was still something he didn't understand as of yet.

Being gestured to enter, Jackal would lower his posture. In a hunched position his lanky arms now walked among the metal floor with his legs as he entered the ship, as to avoid bumping into the ceiling. Before getting into this position however, he would bite on the handle of his sword, being the giant hulking piece of metal that it was. The yellow orbs of his eyes took note of the advanced detail the ship had, something he always admired looking at whenever boarding such a vessel.
Oh boy

Long time no see, If this does catch on I'll happily reboot Jackal.
Totally not brooding

"What a drag." Chris muttered when he and his team were escorted away from the fight zone and towards the Outpost. On the way he took a glance at his injured classmates. Jesus, this sport got carried away fast. Then again maybe he should have listened to Cal and not transform. Now that he was thinking about it, his decisions thus far were stupid and costly for not only him but the survival of his team. Some bits of thoughts leaked through his solemn expression, with eyes glaring to the ground and fists being clenched as he berated himself in his head at his own actions.

When they finally arrived at the outpost, Chris saw all sorts of camera angles from the previous battle, most of them being his team getting defeated from key blows from his opponents. "How Embarrassing." Chris muttered, to no one but himself. He had already just finished drilling it into his head he'd never make such stupid mistakes again, but now it seems that USARLIN EAST wanted to rub it into his face, in his perspective at least. Worst of all, he saw Angelique and Siena conscienceless from the ordeal of battle. It would have been bitter sweet to see Angelique in this condition after loosing to her if not seeing Siena in the same condition.

Chris didn't like the idea of it. Friendship. It was something he wanted to avoid, but after the library he finally got a brief connection to. Besides, wouldn't it be better if you cared about the people you are trying to protect? the thought retorted into his mind, which he begrudgingly accepted. He looked around for a moment before pulling up a chair near Siena's cot. He sat down and for a brief moment, looked at her face before diverting his attention to his jacket. There he brought some things in an inner compartment to keep him occupied. While he brought some paper work he didn't finish, he also brought the book Siena recommended to him. He had yet the chance to read it, so now he supposed it would be a good time. After he glanced over the cover, Chris opened the book up to the first chapter, and started from there.

"Drake. And I'm aware, which is why I don't care." He said, arms still crossed and clearly not interested in conversation. "Go duel the next guy now."

It did hurt a bit of his pride that he lost, but he was lucky enough to get over that control his opponent played earlier. Aside from that, it spared him the trouble of continuously dueling these annoying kids. Now was a good time to relax and stop paying attention to this whole 'competition.'

Drake held up his arm over his face as the attacks blew over him, instantly dropping his life points to zero. He had lost.

"Hmph.." He muttered as his holograms faded, and his duel disk was discarded. He'd sigh. "Well whatever, that means I don't have to waste my time with these fools anyway." He said as he leaned against a tree, crossing his arms once more and closing his eyes.
