Charlotte Lee
"Nothing is impossible. The word itself says 'I'M POSSIBLE'"
-Audrey Hepburn
Name: Charlotte Peyton Lee
Nickname: Charlie, Charles, Les, Char-les (pronounced Char-lez)
Birth Date: May 27th
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Pansexual
Relationship Status: Single
Occupation: Instructor at local YMCA
Classification: Senior
Role: Jock
In Depth Appearance: Charlotte is about 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs approximately 150 lbs. Her cheeks are rather prominent (but still kind of chubby). Her face is perceived as cute by many people, which contributes rather heavily to people seeing her as not an athlete. That misconception is one that Charlotte really does not like, but has to deal with day in and day out due to how people like to take one look at her and judge things.
The way she keeps her appearance up doesn't help with taking the misconception away. She spends an ungodly amount of time working on her makeup (except on days where she has games), and gets her eyebrows done more in a month than most people do in a year (slight exaggeration). A big giveaway of her athletic background (but most people don't really pay attention to it regardless) is her frame. Her shoulders are broad and her limbs are often described as "incredibly long". The limbs' length are often disguised whenever Charlotte isn't in uniform. She often wears clothes that would fall into the category of "alternative grunge", meaning that she wears a lot of flannel, jeans, t-shirts. Mostly basics. She has a very good fashion sense, but just doesn't want to spend the time looking for things to wear. When her sport is in full swing, sometimes she's dressed in shorts, a tank-top, a hoodie, and a pair of Nike sandals just because she can't spend much time getting dressed and undressed. However, when Charlotte does have time, she has the capability of putting together a stunning outfit.

Personality :
♦ Determined ♦ Aggressive ♦ Competitive ♦ Tempermental ♦
To summarize Charlotte's purpose, she was put into this world with the intention of being great. From a young age, her parents had drove the message that failure was never acceptable, and that the only acceptable result was victory. Nothing less would be tolerated. And that stayed true. As a result, Charlotte treats every single thing she approaches with the say approach, she will keep at it until she succeeds, or keep at it until she can no longer do so. It didn't matter what it was. It could've been the short amount of time she spent in tennis (taken out due to her wanting to focus on basketball), or it could've been all of her academic studies.
Because this is real life, failure is bound to happen. Charlotte does not handle failure well, especially when she knew that she had every chance in the world to succeed but ultimately failed to do so. It stays on her mind for days on end, sometimes even weeks or months. It rarely ever affects her psyche, but there have been circumstances where it had been so severe that it caused her to frequently second guess herself or make many mental errors, rattling her confidence in the process. Outside of places she doesn't have to compete, Charlotte does come across as being intense at first, but once someone gets to know her people are surprised to see that she is rather friendly and sweet. Charlotte recognizes the importance of teamwork and being able to fit in with her teammates and as a results bonds well with a lot of people.
Outside of school, when Charlotte isn't practicing, studying, or working, she is essentially a couch potato. She doesn't like to leave her home unless she knows something fun is going on, or her friends want to hang out with her. Reason for that is because of how little time she spends nowadays due to the nature of her life. Coming home from practice, going to work on the weekends, studying to no end. Just one of the many sacrifices she makes for the best chances at success.

History: Charlotte was born in the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center to James Lee (a now retired professional fighter) and Lucy Bryant (a physical therapist) on May 27th, 199x. Charlotte was joined by her older brother, Kyle, and her younger sisters Hailey and Taylor. As mentioned above, their parents had agreed with each other to push their kids and make sure that they grow up to be successful, just like James was in his fighting career. Sports were mandatory in the Lee family. Kyle got to play football, and follow in his father's footsteps in muay thai and wrestling. Hailey got to swim, and Taylor got run. Charlotte got to play basketball and softball, being trained to do so as soon as she reached the prime age of four. She learned how to dribble, she learned how to shoot, and at some point she learned how to cross people up. By the time she reached middle school, the first opportunity for her to truly represent herself with a school team came up.
She was a dominant force in middle school, taking the position of center since she had a height advantage (which wouldn't last very long anyway) and was plain unstoppable. Being so prominent in basketball of course attracted some attention from some cute boys. There was one boy in particular. Charlotte really, really, really liked his butt. And lo-and-behold, he ended up being Charlotte's first kiss. They were set to be a couple, but fate yanked him away from her when he had to move eastward to Florida. It was hard on Charlotte at first, but she got over it in some time.
Soon, Charlotte arrived at BHHS, and as a freshman she was already appointed onto the Girls Varsity Basketball team as a point guard. It was fine with Charlotte. She didn't like playing center that much anyway. She liked shooting from the perimeter and making adjustments. By the time she had arrived, her brother, Kyle, was the star strong safety at BHHS. Knowing that the Lee family had a presence, Charlotte had to live up to potential. She did pretty good her first year on the team, but her performance was overshadowed by the fact that Kyle Lee had committed to Alabama, the most prestigious school when it came to football. She took that as motivation, and devoted herself to making sure she made it to University of Connecticut, the equivalent of Alabama for women's basketball.
