I'm predicting the gen IX starters to be Water/Fly, Grass/Fight, and Fire/Rock. If I had to choose right now, I'd take Quaxley. But my final choice will come when we have more credible news, if not flat on confirmation of the final forms.
With that, Liam was ready to head over to the gym and asked his friends if they were ready as well.
"Actually, I think I might place a call..." Liam said thinking aloud. He called Oak and had a regular old Pokéball transferred to him. He decided that if he needed it, he had a powerful backup Pokémon, but he hoped it wouldn't come to that.
I can't wait. I wish they would have said something about Pokémon Sleep. If it's been canceled, I wish they would just say so. Side note: I feel Hell froze over tonight. Leaving work, some guy ran a red light and there was not one, but two cop cars right there behind him. Cops are never there when someone runs a red light where I am. Also also, I'm only missing three Pokémon to complete the Legends dex ^_^
"That's alright," Liam said. "I appreciate the offer though."
"Nah, that's OK," Liam said. "That wouldn't feel right. I'll just have to think about something to do when we get to town."
It would not be long until Motostoke came into view. Liam decided he could try to fish up a water-type. It couldn't hurt to get another new Pokémon after all. Unfortunately, Liam was getting no bites, save an old boot. "Well, that's just cliché," Liam said both disappointed at his circumstance and annoyed that people were littering in such a beautiful area.

Not a bad one. I remember a funny story involving Shiny Zubat. the sib and a friend of ours, and I were all sitting around playing Pokémon talking about how we never got any shinies, the sib then found a competitive shiny Zubat in the wild.
