The carrot seemed to grow very quickly in the soil. Once it came in, Liam picked it. A cube dropped from the sky and trapped Beckham. Liam looked at the source and saw Billie and Kidd cackleing.
"I don't have time for this," Liam said, tossing Goodra's Ball into the air. Goodra emerged and used Dragon Pulse to send the Rockets flying. Goodra then smacked the cube in just the right spot as Beckham did the same from inside to make the cage break.
"OK, the others are probably waiting on us. Let's go."

Liam had been wondering if he would need to catch this pokemon or if he could just convince it to follow him
Liam planted the carrot in the mentioned patch. He and Beckham then had to wait.
Liam set off with Beckham following behind him to help keep him warm.
"I'll go for Spectrier," Liam said.
"Which one goes where?" Liam inquired.
"The other two have variants as well," Shiranui replied, "The Pokédex seems to make them out to be nasty pieces of work."
"I mean: if Articuno has one, it makes sense that Moltres and Zapdos would have ones as well" Liam said matter of factly.
"Didn't realize that Articuno had a regional variant," Liam commented.
"Well, let's get going to town then," Liam said.
