――――――――――Walter is the younger, more timidly studious Lord Finnegan Oaks. Their noses and face shape are quite similar. Even their stature and height are almost indistinguishably the same. However, his smile is more genuine, and his eyes are more kindhearted. He also has brown hair, which is kept less styled than that of his older counterpart, and his fashion sense is also more modest in approach. The young man appears to not have a single mean bone in him, and his earnest expression seems to be a constant struggle for him to stitch upon the seams of his blazers.
He is usually found in more earthen colors and makes use of lightly colored accessories to keep from being too drab. His most common ventricles of flair are his neckties and his wrist watches. On occasion, he will sport a hat even tucked with a feather. On lesser occasions, he can be seen wearing a pair of spectacles, lowcut machinery suggested by his mother dearest when he would work long hours with small variables. However, his most notable features are probably his puppy dog eyes, so eager to please.

――――――――――Mathematics and Machinery are the two atria of Walter's heart, but he prefers one over the other. He believes Math to be the fundamentals of life and everything in the world. It is the universal language, and yet despite all the equations and algorithms he can conjure in the silence of a breath alone, the greatest equation he cannot solve is the one that ties him so dearly to his brother.

――――――――――If it were not for Finnegan, Walter would be a Momma's Boy. Since such is not that case, it could be said that his personality is identical in some ways to his older brother's likeness, but he has a stammer at times due to a shy habit of being under-exposed to society. He is also not pompous about his title nor his love affairs (he has not had any to be noted). It is believed that Walter is the more genuine of the two, and if he had been in the shoes of Finnegan, he may have taken a more heroic role as the heir to the Oak Family Lineage. Unfortunately, assumptions of this sort cannot be made in concrete fact. Walter is known to be quite the curious creature and makes no hesitation in asking for small but awkward petty talk. However, he has no outward inquiries with lying or helping his brother with his vein of interests. If anything, his more polite and angelic style causes all the more shelter and protection for the eccentric perfumery's operations.

――――――――――The young man Walter is none other than the the younger brother of Finnegan Oaks. He was born almost a decade after his brother's own right and is nonetheless the frailer of the two, even if he kept his wits to some, much less diabolical degree. The house servants saw him as Finnegan’s personal puppy, and Finnegan saw him as him as being insensitively sensitive. The boy has a heart, though, and he appears to be trying his hardest to make himself whatever it is he is trying to make of himself, and therefore, as the older brother, Finnegan has always seen some mysteriously need to protect the boy, as the older brother he has been bound in duty and title.
He was reared in a much more sheltered environment than Finnegan. It was not by choice, per say, but because he was undeniably faint all the time and could not make himself useful without falling ill many of times. Therefore, he was tucked under his sheets for most of his life and rarely known outside the manor. Even his education was taught from the privacy of his room. (He left his room more than this biography gives him justice, but in order to more properly explain the predicament of his ailments, such an analogy is being used.) For such a reason, Finnegan is one of Walter's only friends. In reality, Walter has a quite corrupted adoration for his older brother for such a reason and more.
His knowledge of the outside world is all textbook based and taken as his imaginings of whatever Finnegan contrived to tell him. There is also a secret that Finnegan may have accidentally been the childish incident of Walter's illness, but as far as anyone can tell, the two are still closely knit (at least, for those who know of Walter). Nonetheless, even if his greatest feat is in counting and stretching the limits of logistics, his ability to calculate his relationship with his brother is mysteriously unsolvable to many. (Lady Alyssana and Lord Christopher Grey are among the few.)
Walter's knowledge of the affairs between his family and the counsel are known, of course. He may even have a better script of what is happening than Finnegan does. The only problem is that he has never really lived outside of his manor to grasp the true effects of the political powers that tie and knot the society together. Most of his learning are merely concepts and theories and his wildish dreams that attempt to piece the puzzles of this world together. Finnegan has always been quite adamant that Walter remains as wondering about reality as opposed to being self-imposed that he knows exactly how the world works, though. For that, Walter has safe-kept his boyish side with great conditioned measurement.
And yes, there are many of times when Finnegan was not around him, especially during his time at the Polytech Institute and while creating his own manors of interest. Thus, Walter began tinkering with mechanics, creating his own friends through metal and refinery. His expeditions through machinery did not stretch as far as he may have hoped, but a small hobby of kindling intricate instruments of clockwork and steam power have never left his finger tips. His bedroom is the greatest example of this as it is lined with his boyish imagination and endeavors. Walking into his room is like walking into a place lived by someone who has never truly grown up, and his brother is rather protective over this aspect of him. In fact, Finnegan has even requested to take Walter under his wing at his perfumery, and Walter has more than happily accepted the honor.

――――――――――Walter's first love being Finnegan, he has no desire to sever any ties between each other. He does not always agree with his brother's methods especially on murder and how he corresponds with women, but he has no backbone to say anything against him. He loves his brother to a fault quite dearly and will not resign anything negative against him for such a reason. Instead, Walter cherishes Finnegan and looks up to him a some sort of infallible hero.
